Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an aluminum foil laminate used for a container body of a press-through pack, and particularly to an aluminum foil laminate excellent in moldability and easy to mold a pocket of a container body.
The press-through pack is composed of a container body having a large number of pockets for storing tablets, and a lid member bonded to the container body. As a material for the container body, a transparent synthetic resin sheet has been conventionally used, but in recent years, it has been used as an aluminum foil. The synthetic resin sheet is transparent, has no light shielding properties, and easily permeates water vapor, so that the tablets stored in the pockets of the container body may be deteriorated. That is, some types of tablets dislike light and moisture, and in the case of such tablets, the quality of the tablets decreases.
For this reason, it has been proposed to use an aluminum laminate in which a synthetic resin film is bonded to both surfaces of an aluminum foil that is less permeable to water vapor and has a light shielding property (Patent Document 1). However, since aluminum foil is inferior in moldability as compared with a synthetic resin sheet, it has been difficult to form a deep pocket and is difficult to use as a container body. For this reason, in patent document 1, it is proposed to improve a moldability by employ | adopting a specific thing as a synthetic resin film bonded on aluminum foil.
However, in the method described in Patent Document 1, synthetic resin films are limited, and various arbitrary synthetic resin films cannot be employed. Then, even if arbitrary synthetic resin films are bonded, this invention aims at providing the aluminum foil laminated body with favorable moldability.
The present invention is not a synthetic resin film but an elemental composition of the aluminum foil itself, which improves the moldability. That is, the present invention provides an aluminum foil laminate in which the first synthetic resin film, the first adhesive layer, the aluminum foil, the second adhesive layer, and the second synthetic resin film are laminated and integrated in this order. The elemental composition of the foil is as follows: Si: 0.05 to 0.7 mass%, Fe: 0.7 to 1.8 mass%, Cu: 0.004 to 0.15 mass%, Mn: 0.0002 to 0.00. 0015 mass%, Mg: 0.0005-0.004 mass%, Zn: 0.001-0.01 mass%, Ti: 0.008-0.035 mass%, Al: 98 mass% or more. The present invention relates to a featured aluminum foil laminate.
As the first synthetic resin film 1, an arbitrary synthetic resin film such as a conventionally known polyester film or polyamide film is used. The first synthetic resin film 1 is a polyamide film having excellent heat resistance and weather resistance as well as excellent moldability because it becomes an exterior when the aluminum foil laminate according to the present invention is used as a container body of a press-through pack. It is preferable to adopt one. Although the thickness of the 1st synthetic resin film 1 is also arbitrary, when using the aluminum foil laminated body which concerns on this invention as a container main body of a press through pack, about 10-50 micrometers is preferable.
As the first
As the second synthetic resin film 5, an arbitrary synthetic resin film such as a conventionally known polyolefin film or polyvinyl chloride film is used. When the aluminum foil laminate according to the present invention is used as a container body of a press-through pack, the second synthetic resin film 5 becomes a surface that comes into contact with and adheres to the cover material of the press-through pack, A good synthetic resin film is used. In particular, it is preferable to use a polyvinyl chloride film that can be melted and bonded to the lid.
Although the thickness of the
Si is contained in an amount of 0.05 to 0.7% by mass. When Si is less than 0.05% by mass, the elongation of the aluminum foil is lowered, and cracking is likely to occur during molding. When Si exceeds 0.7 mass%, the crystal grain in aluminum foil will coarsen, the elongation of aluminum foil will fall and it will become easy to produce crack at the time of shaping | molding.
Fe is contained in an amount of 0.7 to 1.8% by mass. When Fe is less than 0.7% by mass, it is difficult to make crystal grains in the aluminum foil fine, the elongation of the aluminum foil is lowered, and cracking is likely to occur during molding. If Fe exceeds 1.8% by mass, the corrosion resistance of the aluminum foil is lowered, which is not preferable.
Cu is contained in an amount of 0.004 to 0.15% by mass. When Cu is less than 0.004% by mass, the crystal grains in the aluminum foil are coarsened, the elongation of the aluminum foil is lowered, and cracking is likely to occur during molding. When Cu exceeds 0.15% by mass, the aluminum alloy becomes hard, so that it becomes difficult to obtain an aluminum foil having a desired thickness by rolling.
Mn is contained in an amount of 0.0002 to 0.0015% by mass. If Mn is less than 0.0002% by mass, the strength of the aluminum foil tends to decrease, and cracking tends to occur during molding, which is not preferable. If Mn exceeds 0.0015% by mass, the aluminum alloy becomes hard, and it becomes difficult to obtain an aluminum foil having a desired thickness by rolling.
Mg is contained in an amount of 0.0005 to 0.004% by mass. If Mg is less than 0.0005% by mass, the strength of the aluminum foil tends to decrease, and cracking tends to occur during molding, which is not preferable. When Mg exceeds 0.004% by mass, Mg is concentrated on the surface of the aluminum foil in the final annealing step adopted when manufacturing the aluminum foil, and the peel strength between the first synthetic resin film and the second synthetic resin film is Since it falls, it is not preferable.
Zn is contained in an amount of 0.001 to 0.01% by mass. If the Zn content is less than 0.001% by mass, the strength of the aluminum foil tends to decrease, and cracking tends to occur during molding, which is not preferable. If Zn exceeds 0.01% by mass, the aluminum alloy becomes hard, and it becomes difficult to obtain an aluminum foil having a desired thickness by rolling.
Ti is contained in an amount of 0.008 to 0.035% by mass. When Ti is less than 0.008% by mass, the crystal grains in the aluminum foil are coarsened, the elongation of the aluminum foil is reduced, and cracking is likely to occur during molding. When Ti exceeds 0.035% by mass, defects such as streaks are likely to occur on the surface of the aluminum foil when rolled to obtain an aluminum foil having a desired thickness.
Al is the balance and is contained in 98% by mass or more. If the Al content is less than 98% by weight, the corrosion resistance of the aluminum foil is lowered, which is not preferable.

Examples 1-11 and Comparative Examples 1-14
Aluminum foils A1 to A11 and B1 to B14 were prepared. Here, those using aluminum foil A1 correspond to those in Example 1 and those using A2, respectively, as in Example 2, and those using aluminum foil B1 use Comparative Examples 1 and B2. Corresponds to each as in Comparative Example 2. After applying a polyurethane adhesive solution for dry lamination (manufactured by Toyo Morton Co., Ltd.) on one side of each prepared aluminum foil with a bar coater and drying at a temperature of 150 ° C. for 20 seconds to provide a first adhesive layer, T-die simultaneous biaxially stretched nylon film on one adhesive layer surface (Elongation is MD direction: 142%, TD direction: 89%, 45 ° direction: 125%, 135 ° direction: 137%, thickness is 25μm ) And laminated by pressing. In addition, after applying a polyurethane adhesive solution for dry lamination (manufactured by Toagosei Co., Ltd.) on the other surface of each aluminum foil with a bar coater and drying at a temperature of 150 ° C. for 20 seconds, a second adhesive layer was provided. A heat-adhesive hard polyvinyl chloride film (manufactured by Sumitomo Bakelite Co., Ltd., product number “VSS”, thickness 60 μm) was bonded to the second adhesive layer surface to obtain an aluminum foil laminate. In addition, the thickness of the 1st adhesive bond layer and the 2nd adhesive bond layer was 3 micrometers. Moreover, the sequential biaxially stretched nylon film is produced by a tenter method, and the elongation in the longitudinal direction and the elongation in the width direction are greatly different.
Example 12
Aluminum in the same manner as in Example 5 except that a round die simultaneous biaxially stretched nylon film (manufactured by Kojin Co., Ltd., trade name “Bonyl”, thickness 25 μm) is used instead of the T-die simultaneous biaxially stretched nylon film. A foil laminate was obtained. Therefore, the aluminum foil having the composition of A5 was used. In addition, the round die simultaneous biaxially stretched nylon film has substantially the same elongation rate in the longitudinal direction and elongation rate in the width direction.
Comparative Example 15
Aluminum was prepared in the same manner as in Comparative Example 3 except that a round die simultaneous biaxially stretched nylon film (made by Kojin Co., Ltd., trade name “Bonyl”, thickness 25 μm) was used instead of the T-die simultaneous biaxially stretched nylon film. A foil laminate was obtained. Therefore, the aluminum foil having the composition of B3 was used.
[Evaluation of moldability]
The 45 ° tensile elongation (%) of the aluminum foil laminates obtained in Examples 1 to 12 and Comparative Examples 1 to 15 was measured. Here, the 45 ° tensile elongation is the tensile elongation in the inclination direction (bias direction) of 45 ° with respect to the production flow of the aluminum foil laminate. Further, a 11.0 mmφ cylindrical body was molded with a molding packaging machine (product number “PF-J3000”) manufactured by Maruho Hatsu Kogyo Co., Ltd., and the molding depth (mm) was measured. The molding depth is a depth at which cracking, cracking or peeling does not occur in the aluminum foil laminate when it is molded. The results are shown in Table 2.

As is clear from the results in Table 2, the aluminum foil laminates obtained in Examples 1 to 12 have a larger 45 ° tensile elongation than the aluminum foil laminates obtained in Comparative Examples 1 to 15. It can be seen that the molding depth can be 3.5 mm or more, and the moldability is good. Moreover, even if it is the nylon film obtained by the tenter method (Examples 1-11), even if it is the nylon film obtained by the tubular method (Example 12), regardless of the kind of nylon film, It can be seen that an aluminum foil laminate having the same tensile elongation and molding depth can be obtained.
