More specifically, for example, the present invention relates to a fluororesin gasket for piping seal that can be suitably used as a piping sealing material or the like in a connection portion between piping.
Generally, gaskets such as fluororesin gaskets, metal jacket gaskets, and spiral wound gaskets are used as piping sealing materials. Fluororesin gaskets for piping seals that have both high stress relaxation and high air tightness (sealability), for example, carbon-based fillers such as graphite and carbon black, inorganic fillers such as talc, resin powder, There has been proposed a gasket made of a fluororesin sheet containing a filler in which a filler such as a fiber material such as carbon fiber is blended (for example, see Patent Document 1). The gasket has good stress relaxation and high airtightness, but may be deformed at high temperatures.
本発明は、前記従来技術に鑑みてなされたものであり、高温状態であっても変形しがたい配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットを提供することを課題とする。 This invention is made | formed in view of the said prior art, and makes it a subject to provide the fluororesin gasket for piping seals which cannot change easily even if it is a high temperature state.
本発明は、フッ素樹脂と炭化ケイ素粒子およびα−アルミナ粒子からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種の無機粒子を含有してなり、フッ素樹脂と無機粒子との体積比(フッ素樹脂/無機粒子)が40/60〜55/45であることを特徴とする配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットに関する。 The present invention contains at least one inorganic particle selected from the group consisting of fluororesin, silicon carbide particles and α-alumina particles, and the volume ratio of fluororesin to inorganic particles (fluororesin / inorganic particles). The present invention relates to a fluororesin gasket for piping sealing, characterized in that is 40/60 to 55/45.
本発明の配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットによれば、高温状態であっても変形しがたいという優れた効果を奏する。 According to the fluororesin gasket for piping seal of the present invention, there is an excellent effect that it is difficult to be deformed even in a high temperature state.
As described above, the fluororesin gasket for piping seal of the present invention contains at least one inorganic particle selected from the group consisting of fluororesin, silicon carbide particles and α-alumina particles. The volume ratio (fluororesin / inorganic particles) is 40/60 to 55/45. Since the fluororesin gasket for piping seal according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, it has an excellent effect that it is difficult to be deformed even in a high temperature state.
本発明に用いられる配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットは、例えば、フッ素樹脂、無機充填材、および必要により加工助剤を含有するガスケット形成用樹脂組成物をシート状に成形することによって製造することができる。 The fluororesin gasket for piping seal used in the present invention can be produced, for example, by molding a resin composition for forming a gasket containing a fluororesin, an inorganic filler, and, if necessary, a processing aid into a sheet shape. it can.
Examples of the fluororesin include polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA), tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (FEP), and tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer. Polymer (ETFE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE), chlorotrifluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer (ECTFE), and the like are exemplified, but the present invention is limited only to such examples. It is not something. These fluororesins may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these fluororesins, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is preferable from the viewpoints of moldability and processability.
フッ素樹脂は、粉末状のものであってもよく、あるいはフッ素樹脂粉末を溶媒に分散させた分散液であってもよい。フッ素樹脂粉末の分散液は、充填材を容易に均一に分散させることができるという利点がある。 The fluororesin may be in the form of a powder or may be a dispersion in which a fluororesin powder is dispersed in a solvent. The dispersion of the fluororesin powder has an advantage that the filler can be easily and uniformly dispersed.
本発明において、無機充填材として、炭化ケイ素粒子およびα−アルミナ粒子からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種の無機粒子が用いられる。 In the present invention, at least one inorganic particle selected from the group consisting of silicon carbide particles and α-alumina particles is used as the inorganic filler.
As silicon carbide particles, it is preferable to use silicon carbide particles having two different average particle diameters in combination. In this way, when two types of silicon carbide particles having different average particle diameters are used in combination, the two types of silicon carbide particles having different average particle sizes are used in combination with each other, and a synergistic effect of the combination of both types is used. Thus, the compression rate at high temperatures can be further reduced. When two types of silicon carbide particles having different average particle diameters are used in combination, the average particle diameter of one silicon carbide particle A is 7 to 12 μm from the viewpoint of reducing the compression rate at high temperatures, and the other silicon carbide particle The average particle size of B is preferably 1 to 5 μm.
なお、本明細書において、「平均粒子径」は、レーザー回折散乱法によって測定される粒度分布において、累積個数が50%となるときの粒子径(メジアン径)を意味する。前記粒度分布は、例えば、動的光散乱式粒径分布測定装置〔(株)堀場製作所製、品番:LB−550〕などを用いて測定することができる。 In the present specification, the “average particle diameter” means a particle diameter (median diameter) when the cumulative number becomes 50% in the particle size distribution measured by the laser diffraction scattering method. The particle size distribution can be measured using, for example, a dynamic light scattering particle size distribution measuring apparatus [manufactured by Horiba, Ltd., product number: LB-550].
炭化ケイ素粒子Aと炭化ケイ素粒子Bとの体積比(炭化ケイ素粒子A/炭化ケイ素粒子B)は、両者併用による相乗効果により、高温時における圧縮率を一層低くする観点から、45/55〜80/20であることが好ましく、50/50〜75/25であることがより好ましい。 The volume ratio of silicon carbide particles A to silicon carbide particles B (silicon carbide particles A / silicon carbide particles B) is 45/55 to 80 from the viewpoint of further reducing the compressibility at high temperatures due to the synergistic effect of the combined use of both. / 20 is preferable, and 50/50 to 75/25 is more preferable.
Moreover, also in the α-alumina particles, it is preferable to use α-alumina particles having two different average particle diameters as the α-alumina particles. Thus, when two types of α-alumina particles having different average particle sizes are used in combination, the two types of α-alumina particles having different average particle sizes are used in combination, respectively. Due to the synergistic effect, the compression ratio at high temperatures can be further reduced. When α-alumina particles having two different average particle diameters are used in combination, the average particle diameter of one α-alumina particle A is 2.5 to 10 μm from the viewpoint of reducing the compressibility at high temperatures, and the other The α-alumina particles B preferably have an average particle size of 0.5 to 2 μm, one α-alumina particle A has an average particle size of 3 to 5 μm, and the other α-alumina particle B has an average particle size. The diameter is more preferably 1 to 1.5 μm.
α−アルミナ粒子Aとα−アルミナ粒子Bとの体積比(α−アルミナ粒子A/α−アルミナ粒子B)は、両者併用による相乗効果により、高温時における圧縮率を一層低くする観点から、45/55〜80/20であることが好ましく、50/50〜75/25であることがより好ましい。 The volume ratio of α-alumina particles A and α-alumina particles B (α-alumina particles A / α-alumina particles B) is 45 from the viewpoint of further reducing the compressibility at high temperatures due to the synergistic effect of the combined use of both. / 55 to 80/20 is preferable, and 50/50 to 75/25 is more preferable.
フッ素樹脂と無機粒子との体積比(フッ素樹脂/無機粒子)は、高温時における圧縮率を低くする観点から、40/60〜55/45、好ましくは45/55〜55/45である。 The volume ratio of the fluororesin to the inorganic particles (fluororesin / inorganic particles) is 40/60 to 55/45, preferably 45/55 to 55/45, from the viewpoint of reducing the compression rate at high temperatures.
Examples of processing aids include petroleum hydrocarbon solvents such as paraffinic hydrocarbon solvents, but the present invention is not limited to such examples. Petroleum hydrocarbon solvents are those that can be easily obtained commercially. For example, Isopar C, Isopar E, Isopar G, Isopar H, Isopar L, Isopar M [above, ExxonMobil (existing) ), Product name] and the like, but the present invention is not limited to such examples. The content of the processing aid in the resin composition for forming a gasket varies depending on the type of the gasket and the like and cannot be determined unconditionally. However, it is usually preferably about 5 to 35% by mass.
ガスケット形成用樹脂組成物には、本発明の目的が阻害されない範囲内で、例えば、テルペン樹脂、テルペン−フェノール樹脂、クマロン樹脂、クマロン−インデン樹脂、ロジンなどの粘着性付与剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、重合禁止剤、充填剤、顔料などの着色剤などが適量で含まれていてもよい。 The gasket-forming resin composition includes, for example, a terpene resin, a terpene-phenol resin, a coumarone resin, a coumarone-indene resin, a tackifier such as rosin, an ultraviolet absorber, and the like within a range that does not hinder the object of the present invention. Antioxidants, polymerization inhibitors, fillers, colorants such as pigments, and the like may be contained in appropriate amounts.
ガスケット形成用樹脂組成物は、フッ素樹脂、充填材、必要により、加工助剤、添加剤などを任意の順序で一度に、または少量ずつ複数回に分けて均一な組成を有するように混合することによって調製することができる。なお、均一な組成を有するガスケット形成用樹脂組成物を得るために、ガスケット形成用樹脂組成物に加工助剤を過剰量で添加し、十分に撹拌した後に、過剰量の加工助剤を、例えば、濾過、揮散などの手段によって除去してもよい。 The gasket-forming resin composition is a mixture of fluororesin, filler, and, if necessary, processing aids, additives, etc. in any order at once or in small portions divided into multiple portions so as to have a uniform composition. Can be prepared. In order to obtain a gasket-forming resin composition having a uniform composition, after adding a processing aid to the gasket-forming resin composition in an excessive amount and stirring sufficiently, It may be removed by means such as filtration, volatilization.
200℃の温度で面圧35MPaの締め付け圧で締め付けたときの配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットの圧縮率は、前記ガスケット形成用樹脂組成物の組成を適宜調整することにより、容易に調節することができる。 The compression rate of the fluororesin gasket for pipe sealing when tightened with a tightening pressure of 35 MPa at a temperature of 200 ° C. can be easily adjusted by appropriately adjusting the composition of the resin composition for gasket formation. it can.
配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットは、前記ガスケット形成用樹脂組成物を用い、予備成形、圧延、乾燥および焼成を順次行なうことによって製造することができる。 The fluororesin gasket for pipe sealing can be manufactured by sequentially performing preforming, rolling, drying and firing using the gasket-forming resin composition.
ガスケット形成用樹脂組成物の予備成形は、例えば、ガスケット形成用樹脂組成物を押出成形することによって行なうことができる。この押出成形により、プレフォーム(押出成形物)が得られる。押出成形物(プレフォーム)の形状は、特に限定されないが、その後のシート形成の効率、シート性状の均質性などを考慮すると、ロッド状またはリボン状であることが好ましい。 The preforming of the gasket-forming resin composition can be performed, for example, by extruding the gasket-forming resin composition. By this extrusion molding, a preform (extruded product) is obtained. The shape of the extruded product (preform) is not particularly limited, but it is preferably a rod shape or a ribbon shape in consideration of the efficiency of subsequent sheet formation, the uniformity of the sheet properties, and the like.
Next, the extruded product (preform) obtained above is rolled. Examples of the method for rolling the extrusion-molded product (preform) include a method of passing the extrusion-molded product (preform) between rolling rolls such as a biaxial roll, and rolling and molding the sheet. A rolled sheet obtained by rolling an extruded product (preform) may be further rolled a plurality of times. By repeatedly rolling the rolled sheet, the inside of the rolled sheet can be further densified. In addition, when rolling a rolled sheet further, the roll space | interval of a rolling roll is normally narrowed whenever rolling is repeated. For example, when a rolled sheet is produced by rolling an extrudate (preform) using a biaxial roll, for example, the distance between the rolling rolls is adjusted to 0.5 to 20 mm, and the surface of the rolling roll is adjusted. The extruded product (preform) can be rolled by setting the moving speed (sheet extrusion speed) to 5 to 50 mm / second.
前記で得られた圧延シートには、加工助剤が残存している場合には、必要により、当該圧延シートを常温で放置するか、またはフッ素樹脂の沸点以下の温度で圧延シートを加熱することにより、加工助剤を除去してもよい。 If the processing aid remains in the rolled sheet obtained above, if necessary, the rolled sheet is left at room temperature or heated at a temperature below the boiling point of the fluororesin. Thus, the processing aid may be removed.
次に、前記で得られた圧延シートを焼成する。圧延シートを焼成する方法としては、例えば、圧延シートをフッ素樹脂の融点以上の温度で加熱し、焼結させる方法などが挙げられる。加熱温度は、フッ素樹脂の種類によって異なるが、圧延シート全体を均一に焼成するとともに、高温でフッ素系ガスが発生することを抑制する観点から、340〜370℃程度であることが好ましい。 Next, the rolled sheet obtained above is fired. Examples of the method for firing the rolled sheet include a method in which the rolled sheet is heated and sintered at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the fluororesin. Although heating temperature changes with kinds of fluororesin, it is preferable that it is about 340-370 degreeC from a viewpoint which suppresses generation | occurrence | production of fluorine gas at high temperature while baking the whole rolling sheet uniformly.
以上のようにして焼成された配管シール用フッ素樹脂製ガスケットは、そのままの状態でガスケットとして用いてもよく、あるいは所望の形状に裁断した後にガスケットとして用いてもよい。 The fluororesin gasket for piping seal fired as described above may be used as it is as a gasket, or may be used as a gasket after being cut into a desired shape.

次に、各実施例または各比較例で得られたシートガスケットの圧縮率を以下の測定方法に基づいて調べた。その結果を表1に示す。 Next, the compression ratio of the sheet gasket obtained in each example or each comparative example was examined based on the following measurement method. The results are shown in Table 1.
〔シートガスケットの圧縮率の測定方法〕
シートガスケットの圧縮率は、図1に示される圧縮率測定装置を用いて測定した。以下に、図1を参照しながら、シートガスケットの圧縮率の測定方法を説明する。
[Method for measuring compression ratio of sheet gasket]
The compression ratio of the sheet gasket was measured using a compression ratio measuring apparatus shown in FIG. Below, the measuring method of the compression rate of a sheet gasket is demonstrated, referring FIG.
図1は、シートガスケットの圧縮率を測定する際に用いられる圧縮率測定装置の概略説明図である。 FIG. 1 is a schematic explanatory diagram of a compressibility measuring apparatus used when measuring the compressibility of a sheet gasket.

The compression ratio is the formula:
[Compression rate (%)] = {[Displacement at which the sheet gasket is compressed (mm)] ÷ [Original thickness of the sheet gasket (mm)]} × 100
Based on.
次に、シートガスケットの高温(200℃)における圧縮率に便宜上10を乗じた値を求め、以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。その結果を表1に示す。 Next, a value obtained by multiplying the compressibility of the sheet gasket at a high temperature (200 ° C.) by 10 for convenience was obtained, and evaluated based on the following evaluation criteria. The results are shown in Table 1.
〔評価基準〕
◎:圧縮率が85未満
○:圧縮率が85以上150未満
×:圧縮率が150以上
〔Evaluation criteria〕
A: Compression ratio is less than 85 B: Compression ratio is 85 or more and less than 150 x: Compression ratio is 150 or more
From the results shown in Table 1, each of the sheet gaskets used in each example has a low compressibility at high temperatures compared to the sheet gaskets obtained in each comparative example. It can be seen that it is difficult to deform. Further, among the sheet gaskets used in each example, when two types of silicon carbide particles having different average particle sizes or two types of α-silica particles having different average particle sizes are used, the average particle size is used. It can be seen that the compressibility at a high temperature is further reduced due to the synergistic effect of using two types of particles having different temperatures.
