Description

The present invention relates to a drain socket, and more particularly to a drain socket for connecting a toilet and an external drain pipe embedded in a floor of a building.

Conventionally, even if a flush toilet is used, depending on the state of the external drainage pipe, the pipe of the external drainage pipe may be filled with water, causing siphon action and drawing up water in the bowl. was there.
Therefore, a method is known in which an air core is formed in the external drainage pipe to prevent breakage (see Patent Document 1). In Patent Document 1, a spiral convex portion is provided in the external drainage pipe, and the wastewater flowing in the external drainage pipe is caused to flow down while swirling along the spiral convex part. Discloses a technique for forming an air core.

However, in the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, for example, the position of the spiral convex portion provided in the external drainage pipe is determined in advance, so that depending on the state of the external drainage pipe, the effect of turning the drainage is obtained. However, there was a problem that siphon action occurred and the water in the bowl was drawn.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even after the drain socket is fixed to the floor surface, the direction in which the washing water flows is changed according to the direction of the bent portion of the external drain pipe. It aims at providing the drain socket which can do.

The drain socket according to the present invention is a drain socket for draining water drained from the toilet outlet to an external drain pipe embedded in the floor of the building, and is connected to the toilet outlet. A toilet drain port connecting portion, a drain pipe connecting portion connected to the external drain pipe, and a flow path for guiding water drained from the toilet drain port from the toilet drain port connecting portion to the drain pipe connecting portion A drain socket body provided with a portion, and a guide member that is inserted into the drain socket body and drains the water drained to the external drain pipe in a predetermined direction on the inner circumference of the external drain pipe, and The guide member is connected to the drain socket body so as to be rotatable about the axis of the flow path portion. Thereby, even after fixing the drain socket to the floor, the guide member can be rotated according to the direction of the bent portion of the external drain pipe. Therefore, according to the direction of the bent portion of the external drain pipe at the site, the drain socket can be constructed in a state where the siphon action is unlikely to occur. Therefore, when the toilet bowl does not have a refill function such as a wash-off type, it is possible to prevent the siphon action from occurring and cause the trap part of the toilet bowl to run out of sealed water.

In the drain socket according to the present invention, preferably, the guide member is formed in a cylindrical shape, and an inlet portion that is an inflow side of the guide member has a taper that decreases in diameter toward the outflow side of the guide member. The outlet portion that is formed in the shape and is the outflow side of the guide member is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the axial center of the outlet portion is eccentric with respect to the axial center of the flow path portion in the drainage pipe connecting portion. It is characterized by. Thereby, a guide member can be made into a simple structure. Therefore, when draining filth, the water drained from the toilet bowl to the external drain pipe via the drain socket can be drifted in the intended direction so as not to inhibit the flow of filth.

According to the present invention, the direction in which the cleaning water flows can be changed according to the direction of the bent portion of the external drain pipe even after the drain socket is fixed to the floor surface.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a toilet having a drain socket according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the toilet 1 has a bowl portion 2 that receives filth, and a drainage channel 3 for draining filth from the bowl portion 2 is provided downstream of the bowl portion 2. Is formed. In the drainage channel 3, a drainage port 3 a that opens toward the floor surface F is formed at the end opposite to the bowl portion 2. Moreover, the external drain pipe 4 is embed | buried under the floor surface F, and the downstream side is bent in the front direction (paper surface right direction) of a toilet bowl. A drain pipe opening 4 a that opens upward is formed on the upstream side of the external drain pipe 4. Between the drainage channel 3 and the external drainage pipe 4, a drainage socket 5 for connecting them is provided.
In addition, the dashed-dotted line A has shown the axial center (The axial center of the drainage pipe opening part 4a (refer FIG. 2)) of the flow-path part 63 in the drainage pipe connection part 62, and the dotted line B shows the guide member 7 mentioned later. The axial center of the exit part 71 is shown.

Next, the drain socket which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated using FIGS.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the drain socket according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the drain socket body according to the embodiment of the present invention. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the guide member according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a plan view of the guide member according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the drain socket according to the embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, the drain socket 5 is roughly composed of two members, a drain socket body 6 and a guide member 7. The guide member 7 is inserted into the drain socket body 6.

As shown in FIG. 3, the drain socket body 6 is provided with a toilet drain port connection portion 61 connected to the drain port 3 a of the toilet 1 on the inflow side, and connected to the external drain pipe 4 on the outflow side. A drain pipe connecting portion 62 is provided. Furthermore, the flow path part 63 which guides the water discharged | emitted from the drain outlet 3a of the toilet bowl 1 from the toilet bowl drain port connection part 61 to the drain pipe connection part 62 is provided. In addition, in the intermediate part of the drain socket main body 6, the flow path part 63 is provided with a taper part 64 that is reduced in diameter toward the outflow side.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the guide member 7 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The outlet portion 71 on the outflow side of the guide member 7 is formed in a cylindrical shape. In addition, the inlet portion 72 that is the inflow side of the guide member 7 is formed in a tapered shape that decreases in diameter toward the outflow side of the guide member 7, that is, toward the outlet portion 71 side.

As shown in FIG. 5, the axis B of the outlet portion 71 of the guide member 7 is eccentric with respect to the center of the end portion on the inflow side of the guide member 7.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the guide member 7 is inserted into the flow path portion 63 from the inflow side of the drain socket body 6, the inlet portion 72 formed in the tapered shape of the guide member 7 and the taper of the flow path portion 63. The part 64 contacts and the guide member 7 is not inserted into the drain socket body 6 any more. In this way, the guide member 7 is connected to the drain socket body 6 so as to be rotatable around the axial center of the flow path portion 63.

As shown in FIG. 6, the axis B of the outlet portion 71 of the guide member 7 is eccentric with respect to the axis A of the flow path portion 63 in the drain pipe connecting portion 62. Therefore, when the water flowing into the guide member 7 flows through the inlet portion 72 formed in a tapered shape to the outlet portion 71 formed in a cylindrical shape, the water on the inner periphery of the external drain pipe 4 is predetermined. Drifted in the direction.
In FIG. 6, the dotted line indicates the drain socket body 6, and the solid line indicates the guide member 7.
In this embodiment, when the external drain pipe 4 and the drain socket 5 are connected, the axis of the flow path 63 in the drain pipe connection 62 and the axis of the drain pipe opening 4a of the external drain pipe 4 are connected. Therefore, the axis B of the outlet portion 71 of the guide member 7 is also eccentric with respect to the axis A of the drain pipe opening 4 a of the external drain pipe 4.

Next, a procedure for connecting the toilet 1 and the external drain pipe 4 with the drain socket 5 will be described.
First, the guide member 7 is inserted into the drain socket body 6. Next, the drain socket 5 and the external drain pipe 4 are connected by inserting the drain pipe opening 4 a of the external drain pipe 4 into the drain pipe connecting portion 62 of the drain socket body 6. Thereafter, the guide member 7 is rotated to determine the direction in which the water discharged to the external drain pipe 4 is drifted. And the toilet bowl 1 and the drain socket 5 are connected by inserting the drain outlet 3a of the toilet bowl 1 in the toilet bowl outlet connection part 61 of the drain socket main body 6. FIG. In this way, the toilet 1 and the external drain pipe 4 are connected by the drain socket 5.

Here, in the present embodiment, the external drain pipe 4 is bent in the forward direction of the toilet bowl (the right direction in the drawing in FIG. 1). Therefore, the guide member 7 is rotated so that the direction in which the water drained to the external drain pipe 4 drifts is opposite to the direction in which the external drain pipe 4 is bent (the left side in FIG. 1). I am letting. That is, the axial center B of the outlet portion 71 of the guide member 7 is set to the left direction in FIG. 1 with respect to the axial center A of the flow path portion 63 (the drain pipe opening 4a of the external drain pipe 4) in the drain pipe connecting portion 62. Is eccentric.
The timing for inserting the guide member 7 into the drain socket body 6 may be after the drain socket body 6 is fixed to the floor F. Further, the direction in which the water drained to the external drain pipe 4 is drifted is not limited to the direction opposite to the direction in which the external drain pipe 4 is bent, and the guide member 7 may be rotated and adjusted.

Next, the flow of water when the guide member 7 is connected to the drain socket body 6 as shown in FIG. 1 will be described.
During toilet bowl cleaning, water drained from the bowl portion 2 is drained through the drainage channel 3 to the drainage port 3a. Then, the water drained from the drain port 3 a of the toilet 1 flows in the guide member 7 inserted into the flow path portion 63 when flowing through the flow path portion 63 of the drain socket 5. The water flowing into the guide member 7 passes through the inlet portion 72 formed in a tapered shape and flows into the outlet portion 71 formed in a cylindrical shape. At this time, the water flowing into the guide member 7 is biased by the guide member 7 to the inner periphery of the external drain pipe 4 in the direction opposite to the direction in which the external drain pipe 4 is bent.

In this way, the shaft core B of the outlet portion 71 of the guide member 7 is eccentric with respect to the shaft core A of the flow path portion 63 (the drain pipe opening 4a of the external drain pipe 4) in the drain pipe connecting portion 62. The water drained to the external drain pipe 4 can be drifted in the direction opposite to the direction in which the external drain pipe 4 is bent in the inner periphery of the external drain pipe 4. Thereby, the stagnation of the drainage in the external drainage pipe 4 can be suppressed, and the occurrence of siphon action can be suppressed. Therefore, when the toilet bowl does not have a refill function such as a wash-off type, it is possible to prevent the siphon action from occurring and the drainage channel 3 of the toilet bowl 1 from being sealed off.

Further, since the guide member 7 is connected to the drain socket body 6 so as to be rotatable around the axial center of the flow path portion 63, the guide member 7 is secured even after the drain socket is fixed to the floor surface. Can be rotated. Therefore, by rotating the guide member 7, the direction in which the water drained to the external drain pipe 4 is drifted can be changed. That is, according to the bending direction of the external drain pipe 4 at the site, the drain socket 5 can be constructed in a state where the siphon action is unlikely to occur. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the siphon action from occurring when the toilet 1 is of a wash-off type or the like according to the situation at the site, thereby causing the drainage channel 3 of the toilet 1 to run out of sealing water.

Next, the case where the external drainage pipe and the toilet bowl which are different in the bending direction from FIG. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a toilet body and other external drain pipes having a drain socket according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 7, the external drain pipe 8 is embedded in the floor surface F, and the downstream side is bent in the rearward direction (left direction on the paper surface) of the toilet bowl. A drain pipe opening 8 a that opens upward is formed on the upstream side of the external drain pipe 8. Other configurations such as the toilet 1 and the drain socket 5 are the same as those in FIG.

First, the guide member 7 is inserted into the drain socket body 6. Next, the drain socket 5 and the external drain pipe 8 are connected by inserting the drain pipe opening 8 a of the external drain pipe 8 into the drain pipe connecting portion 62 of the drain socket body 6. Thereafter, the guide member 7 is rotated so that the direction in which the water drained to the external drain pipe 8 is drifted is opposite to the direction in which the external drain pipe 8 is bent (the right side in FIG. 7). Let That is, the axial center B of the outlet portion 71 of the guide member 7 is set in the right direction in FIG. 7 with respect to the axial center A of the flow path portion 63 (the drain pipe opening 8a of the external drain pipe 8) in the drain pipe connecting portion 62. Is eccentric. And the toilet bowl 1 and the drain socket 5 are connected by inserting the drain outlet 3a of the toilet bowl 1 in the toilet bowl outlet connection part 61 of the drain socket main body 6. FIG. In this way, the toilet 1 and the external drain pipe 8 are connected by the drain socket 5.

The timing for inserting the guide member 7 into the drain socket body 6 may be after the drain socket body 6 is fixed to the floor F. Further, the direction in which the water drained to the external drain pipe 8 is drifted is not necessarily the opposite direction to the direction in which the external drain pipe 8 is bent, and the guide member 7 is rotated so that the siphon action does not occur. You may adjust it by moving.
