Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner capable of simultaneously performing dusting and dust sucking efficiently.SOLUTION: A suction nozzle 80 for a vacuum cleaner includes a roughly mortar-shaped funnel part 32 whose leading end is widened and bottom side is narrowed. The suction nozzle 80 also includes a duster part 38 extending from inside the funnel part 32. Thereby, the dust dropped by the dusting of the duster part 38 is sucked and collected by the funnel part 32 immediately, and does not scatter in a wide range. Furthermore, since a handle part 30 of the suction nozzle 80 for a vacuum cleaner, and a hose part 20 are long enough, dusting can be conducted even when cleaning parts are in a high place without lifting the vacuum cleaner 10.

Description

The present invention relates to a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner that is used by being attached to a suction pipe of the vacuum cleaner.

Hatchling is a cleaning method that has been used for a long time. However, since conventional dusting is scattered in the air, there is a problem that the floor must be cleaned after the dusting, and a person sucks the dust scattered. In this regard, the invention disclosed in the following [Patent Document 1] is configured such that the back portion is composed of a bundle of ultrafine fibers, and dust is collected by static electricity generated in the ultrafine fibers, and the collected dust is electrically cleaned. It is collected by suction with a group cleaning unit installed in the machine. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the scattering of the dust due to the scratching to some extent.

However, there is a limit to the ability to collect dust due to static electricity, and the scattering of dust cannot be completely prevented. As a solution to this problem, a method of carrying out a scratching operation while bringing the suction port of the vacuum cleaner close to each other can be considered. However, the suction port of the vacuum cleaner is relatively small, and there is a problem that dust scattered over a wide area cannot be sucked efficiently. In addition, the suction pipe of a general vacuum cleaner has a problem that the length is insufficient for a high-pitched hanger.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner capable of efficiently carrying out the scratching and the suction of dust simultaneously.

The present invention
(1) A vacuum cleaner suction nozzle attached to the suction pipe 12 of the vacuum cleaner 10, a hose part 20 attachable to the suction pipe 12, and a tubular handle part 30 communicating with the hose part 20 A funnel portion 32 which is located on the suction port side of the handle portion 30 and expands and can be deformed on the front side, and an elastic body 34 having one end installed in the vicinity of the boundary between the funnel portion 32 and the handle portion 30. And the suction body 80 installed on the free end side of the elastic body 34 to provide the suction nozzle 80 for a vacuum cleaner.
(2) By providing the suction nozzle 80 for an electric vacuum cleaner according to the above (1), the handle portion 30 is formed with a narrow inner diameter on the funnel portion side (tip portion 30a side). Solve the problem.
(3) The vacuum cleaner suction nozzle 80 according to the above (1) or (2) is characterized in that the handle body 30 vibrates greatly by vibrating the handle portion 30 and is thereby hung. By providing, the above-mentioned problems are solved.

The suction nozzle for an electric vacuum cleaner according to the present invention has a funnel portion with the suction port side widened and a peeling portion extending from the bottom of the funnel portion. For this reason, it is possible to immediately suck and collect the dust that has fallen due to the hanging by the funnel portion. As a result, dust scattering can be minimized, cleaning of the floor surface after scraping is not necessary, and dust suction by a person can be prevented. Furthermore, since the funnel part of the suction nozzle for electric vacuum cleaners which concerns on this invention can deform | transform, it can deform | transform along the cleaning location which performs a hooking. Thereby, dust can be collected by suction without leakage.

An embodiment of a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A vacuum cleaner suction nozzle 80 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is attached to the suction pipe 12 of the vacuum cleaner 10, and includes a hose part 20, a handle part 30 communicating with the hose part 20, It has a funnel part 32 located on the suction port side of the hand part 30 and a peeling part 38 installed in the funnel part 32.

The hose part 20 communicates with the suction pipe 12 of the vacuum cleaner 10 to transmit the suction force of the vacuum cleaner 10 to the handle part 30 side, and can be connected to the pipe end of the suction pipe 12 at one end thereof. A connecting pipe 22 is provided. Moreover, the hose part 20 can be bent freely, and the structure thereof includes, for example, a bellows structure of the attached hose 14 that is an equipment of the vacuum cleaner 10.

The handle portion 30 is a tubular body having a predetermined length that transmits the suction force of the vacuum cleaner 10 to the funnel portion 32, and the user basically holds the handle portion 30 and performs a scratching operation. The handle portion 30 is preferably formed by narrowing the inner diameter of the funnel portion 32 side (the tip portion 30a side). According to this configuration, an increase in the flow velocity due to the venturi effect occurs in the tip portion 30a having a small inner diameter, and a high suction force can be maintained in the funnel portion 32.

The funnel portion 32 has a substantially mortar shape in which the tip end side is expanded and the handle portion 30 side (the tip portion 30a side) is narrowed. The funnel portion 32 is formed of a soft synthetic resin material such as easily deformable rubber, silicon rubber, or vinyl. However, the handle portion 30 side (bottom side) of the funnel portion 32 needs to have a certain degree of hardness so as not to be crushed by the suction force of the vacuum cleaner 10 and to close the suction port. In addition, as a particularly preferable form as the funnel portion 32, a soft synthetic resin material is used, and the thickness is gradually reduced toward the tip, allowing deformation on the front side and not allowing deformation on the bottom side. Things. Furthermore, a reinforcing member or the like may be installed on the bottom side of the funnel portion 32 to prevent deformation.

In addition to the simple funnel shape shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the shape of the funnel portion 32 is suitable for scratching the narrow portion of the suction port having a relatively small diameter as shown in FIG. 3 (a). As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the shape may be any shape such as a wide inlet and suitable for scratching a wide range of wall surfaces. In addition, the funnel part 32 may be shape | molded integrally with the handle part 30, and may be shape | molded separately. When the funnel portion 32 and the handle portion 30 are separately formed, the funnel portion 32 and the handle portion 30 are detachable, and the funnel portion 32 having a different shape and number of the backlash portions 38 is appropriately selected according to the application. You may make it replace and use.

The funnel portion 32 is provided with a peeling portion 38 composed of an elastic body 34 and a peeling body 36. The elastic body 34 constituting the blade portion 38 connects the blade body 36 and the funnel portion 32 (or the handle portion 30), and is formed of a metal or synthetic resin rod having a predetermined length having elasticity. It is preferable to do. One end of the elastic body 34 is fixed near the boundary between the funnel portion 32 and the handle portion 30. As shown in the schematic cross-sectional view of FIG. 4 in which the funnel portion 32 is partially cut away, the fixing point at this time is such that the hairline of the elastic body 34 and the bottom end of the funnel portion 32 are at substantially the same position. It is preferable to do. Note that the fixing portions 24 of the elastic body 34 may be formed by being collected at specific locations as in the example of FIG. 4, or may be arranged at regular intervals as shown in FIG. 5 (a). good. Further, they may be distributed at arbitrary intervals. Further, a large number of fixing portions 24 may be formed so that the user can install the peeling portion 38 on any fixing portion 24. In the configuration in which a large number of fixing portions 24 are formed, as shown in FIG. 5B, both the fixing portions 24 arranged in a distributed manner and the fixing portions 24 formed by collecting at a specific location are provided. You may enable it to select suitably.

On the free end side, which is the other end of the elastic body 34, a peeling body 36 constituting the peeling portion 38 is fixed. There is no particular limitation on the blade body 36, and any material such as a fiber bundle, a string bundle, a cloth, or a sponge body may be used. Further, any material such as natural fiber or synthetic fiber may be used. However, in order to prevent dust from adhering to the peeling body 36, it is preferable to use a material that does not easily generate static electricity for the peeling body 36 and that has relatively short hairs.

Moreover, there is no limitation in particular in the number of the peeling parts 38 installed in the funnel part 32, One may be sufficient and plural may be sufficient. Moreover, it is good also as making it possible to change the installation number of the back part 38 suitably as needed by making the back part 38 removable.

Next, the usage method of the suction nozzle 80 for vacuum cleaners is demonstrated. First, the attached hose 14 and the suction pipe 12 are connected to the existing vacuum cleaner 10. At this time, the existing suction nozzle attached to the vacuum cleaner 10 is removed. Next, the connection pipe 22 of the hose part 20 is coupled to the suction port of the suction pipe 12. Thereby, the vacuum cleaner suction nozzle 80 is installed in the vacuum cleaner 10.

Next, the power source of the vacuum cleaner 10 is turned on. Thereby, the vacuum cleaner 10 operates and sucks outside air from the suction port of the funnel portion 32 through the attached hose 14, the suction pipe 12, the hose portion 20, and the handle portion 30.

Next, the user holds the handle 30 and scratches the cleaning portion. The user may swing the handle 30 in a normal manner by shaking the handle 30. However, the user can slightly hold the handle 30 by optimizing the weight balance between the elastic body 34 and the blade 36. By swinging (vibrating), it is preferable that a pendulum-like scratching operation is generated in the scraper body 36, thereby performing the hatching. In addition, since the handle part 30 and the hose part 20 are provided with sufficient length, as shown in FIG. 2, even if a cleaning location is a high place, it should be hung without lifting the vacuum cleaner 10 Can do.

Due to this scratching, the dust adhering to the cleaning location falls. The fallen dust is immediately sucked by the funnel portion 32 and collected by the dust filter in the vacuum cleaner 10 through the handle portion 30, the hose portion 20, the suction pipe 12, and the attached hose 14.

At this time, since the funnel portion 32 of the suction nozzle 80 for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention can be deformed, the funnel portion 32 is deformed along the cleaning portion by pressing the funnel portion 32 against the cleaning portion, and fits to the cleaning portion. To do. For this reason, a clearance gap does not arise between the funnel part 32 and the cleaning location, and it can attract | suck without leaking dust. Moreover, it becomes possible to insert the funnel part 32 in a gap or the like, and it is possible to carry out a hulling operation even in a narrow place where it has been difficult to hung a hull. FIG. 6A is a diagram illustrating an example in which the funnel portion 32 is pressed against the wall surface. FIG. 6B is a diagram illustrating an example in which the funnel portion 32 is pressed against the corner portion.

As described above, the vacuum cleaner suction nozzle 80 according to the present invention has the substantially mortar-shaped funnel portion 32 whose tip is widened and whose bottom is narrowed. Moreover, it has the crack part 38 extended from the inner side of the funnel part 32. FIG. For this reason, the dust that has fallen due to the hooking of the blade portion 38 is immediately sucked and collected by the funnel portion 32 and does not scatter widely. Moreover, since the handle part 30 and the hose part 20 of the suction nozzle 80 for vacuum cleaners which concern on this invention are equipped with sufficient length, even when a cleaning location is a high place, without lifting the vacuum cleaner 10 Can be hung. As described above, according to the suction nozzle 80 for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention, the hooking portion 38 and the funnel portion 32 are disposed close to each other, whereby the hooking and dust suction can be efficiently performed simultaneously. As a result, dust scattering can be minimized, cleaning of the floor surface after scraping is not required, and dust suction by a person can be prevented.

In addition, the structure of the suction nozzle 80 for vacuum cleaners shown in this example is an example, and the shape of each member, a dimension, etc. are not limited to said thing. Furthermore, the present invention can be modified and implemented without departing from the scope of the present invention.
