Description

The present invention relates to an electric wire clip that is attached to an overhead electric wire such as a pull-down line or an overhead wire of a power distribution facility, and is used to temporarily fix the electric wire to another electric wire.

For example, a high-voltage pull-down line is connected to a high-voltage overhead wire via a branch connector. In the work of attaching and detaching this branch connector, the high-voltage pull-down wire is connected to a high-voltage overhead wire or a pull-down wire to facilitate the work. Temporary fastening to the underline itself is performed.

In such temporary fixing, as shown in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2011-062004) described below, a pair of clamping members whose intermediate portions are pivotally supported are provided, and each of the clamping members has a pivotal support position. Using a clip with one side as the clamping part and the other side as the operating part, the pair of operating parts are gripped with an indirect hot wire tool such as an insulating jacket, and the pair of clamping parts is opened. The electric wire is inserted between the holding parts while maintaining the state, the gripping force on the operation part is released, and the electric wires are held between the pair of holding parts.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2011-062004

However, in the clip as described above, in order to temporarily support the electric wire, it is necessary to strongly grip the operating portion with an indirect hot wire tool and approach the electric wire in a state where the holding portion is opened. For this reason, if the gripping force on the operating part is loosened even slightly, the gripping position of the indirect live tool on the operating part of the clip may be shifted and the clip may fall, and the clip is not sufficiently attached to the wire In such a case, there is a disadvantage that the clip operation unit must be sandwiched again and reattached.
For this reason, the attachment of the clip to the electric wire has to be performed carefully, and it takes time and effort.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and does not require a strong gripping force when attached to an electric wire, can be easily attached to the electric wire, and can be attached in a short time without trouble. The main challenge is to provide an electric wire clip.

In order to achieve the above object, an electric wire clip according to the present invention includes a pair of sandwiching pieces that are juxtaposed at a predetermined interval so that electric wires can be inserted and whose base end portions are integrally connected by a connecting portion; A gripping portion provided on a side opposite to the side where the sandwiching piece extends of the connecting portion and rotatably connected, wherein the pair of sandwiching pieces is an intermediate portion centering on a center line between the sandwiching pieces Is twisted approximately 90 degrees in the same direction.

Therefore, in order to temporarily fix the electric wire to another electric wire using such an electric wire clip, the two electric wires are brought close to each other, and the holding portion of the electric wire clip is held using an indirect hot wire tool. With the tip opening of the holding piece facing the electric wire side, the electric wire clip is moved from the side of the electric wire toward the electric wire as it is, and two electric wires are sequentially inserted between the pair of holding pieces. After that, when the electric wire clip is further pushed in while holding the holding portion with the indirect hot wire tool, the pair of sandwiching pieces are twisted approximately 90 degrees in the same direction at the intermediate portion, so that the electric wire reaches the intermediate portion. In a state where the pair of sandwiching pieces rotate together with the connecting portion and the electric wire passes through the intermediate portion, the side surface is opened in a direction substantially orthogonal to the electric wire from the intermediate portion of the pair of sandwiching pieces. The base end side of the intermediate portion is in a state where the side surface is opened in the extending direction of the electric wire. Therefore, when the electric wire to which the electric wire clip is attached exceeds the intermediate portion, the electric wire stays in the space between the intermediate portion and the connecting portion, and the two electric wires can be obtained without giving the clip a special gripping force. Can be temporarily fixed. In addition, it is not necessary to keep gripping the grip part of the electric wire clip strongly with an indirect hot wire tool as in the past, and once the electric wire is inserted between the holding pieces of the electric wire clip, the electric wire is temporarily inserted only by pushing the electric wire clip. Since it can be stopped, the electric wire clip can be attached by a simple operation.

In addition, as a connection of the said connection part and the said holding part, you may make it connect via a spherical joint, or may connect via a universal joint.
Further, in order to smoothly insert the electric wire between the pair of sandwiching pieces, it is desirable that the distance between the tip portions of the pair of sandwiching pieces is wider than the other parts. Further, in order to facilitate the insertion of the electric wire between the pair of sandwiching pieces, the length of the pair of sandwiching pieces may be made different.

As described above, according to the present invention, the gripping part is rotatably connected to the connecting part of the pair of holding pieces that allows the electric wire to be inserted, and the center line between the holding pieces is set to the intermediate part of the pair of holding pieces. Since it is twisted approximately 90 degrees in the same direction as the center, the clamping piece rotates 90 degrees by pushing the wire clip from the side of the cable, and the wire is held between the intermediate part and the connecting part between the clamping pieces. It becomes possible to make it. For this reason, when attaching an electric wire clip to an electric wire, it becomes possible to attach to an electric wire easily and in a short time without requiring a strong gripping force.

In addition, it is possible to smoothly insert the electric wire between the pair of sandwiching pieces by increasing the distance between the tip portions of the pair of sandwiching pieces as compared with the other parts or by changing the length of the pair of sandwiching pieces. Moreover, the electric wire can be easily inserted between the pair of sandwiching pieces.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, the electric wire clip 1 includes a pair of sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 and a grip portion 10.

The pair of sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 are spaced so as to allow a belt-like member having a predetermined width (for example, about 2 to 5 cm) made of an insulating material such as a hard synthetic resin material to be inserted while sliding the electric wire 20 (electric wire). The base end portions are connected to each other by connecting portions 4 that are integral with the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3.

Each clamping piece 2 and 3 is formed in the length of about 10-30 cm, and in this example, the length from the connection part 4 of each clamping piece 2 and 3 to the front-end | tip is formed in the same length. . Further, each of the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 is formed with twisted portions 2a and 3a twisted approximately 90 degrees in the same direction around the center line α between the sandwiching pieces at an intermediate portion which is substantially the center in the longitudinal direction. . Accordingly, a linear first space 6 having an open front end is formed on the front end side of the intermediate portion (twisted portions 2a, 3a) between the pair of sandwiching pieces 2 and 3, and the pair of sandwiching pieces. Between the intermediate portion (twisted portions 2a, 3a) and the connecting portion 4, a linear second space 7 whose base end is closed by the connecting portion 4 is formed, and the first space 6 and the first space 6 are connected to each other. The space 7 is formed so that the direction in which the electric wire 20 is inserted is orthogonal, and is communicated with each other through a twisted space 8 provided between the twisted portions 2a and 3a of the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3.

The grip portion 10 is provided on the opposite side of the connecting portion 4 from which the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 are extended, and is formed in a plate shape having a size that can be gripped by an indirect live wire gripping tool such as an insulating jacket. Has been. Further, the front and back surfaces are formed in a corrugated shape and the like, and are subjected to anti-slip processing, and are rotatably connected to a spherical joint 11 embedded in the connecting portion 4 via a rod 12. The gripping part 10 may be fixed in advance at an angle with respect to the connecting part 4 so as to extend in a direction opposite to the extending direction of the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 with respect to the connecting part 4. 2A, the insertion hole 13 through which the rod 12 of the connecting part 4 is inserted is tapered so that the angle of the gripping part 10 with respect to the connecting part 4 can be adjusted. It is formed in a shape.

In the electric wire clip 1 having the above configuration, in order to temporarily support the electric wire 20 on another electric wire 20, the electric wire clip 1 is attached so as to be passed to two electric wires as shown in FIG. The two electric wires 20 are arranged, and the electric wire clip 1 is arranged at a position where the two electric wires 20 are linear when viewed from the side so that the opening at the tip thereof faces the electric wire side. It moves toward the electric wire 20 and the two electric wires 20 are sequentially inserted between the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3B, the two electric wires 20 are positioned between the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 so as to pass through the first space 6, and when the electric wire clip 1 is further pushed in from this state. When the electric wire 20 passes through the twisted portions 2a and 3a (twisted space 8), the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 gradually rotate together with the connecting portion 4, and the electric wire 20 passes through the twisted portions 2a and 3a (twisted space 8). As shown in FIG. 3C, the pair of sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 are rotated by approximately 90 degrees, and the two electric wires 20 pass between the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 so as to pass through the second space 7. And is supported by the electric wire clip 1 in this state.

Therefore, if the operator only performs an operation of pushing the electric wire clip 1 toward the electric wire 20 while holding the grip portion 10 of the electric wire clip 1, the electric wire 20 is arranged in the second space 7 of the electric wire clip 1. Therefore, the two electric wires 20 can be temporarily fixed without giving the electric wire clip 1 a special gripping force. In addition, unlike the conventional clip, there is no need to keep gripping the grip portion 10 of the electric wire clip 1 strongly with an indirect hot wire tool, and once the electric wire 20 is inserted between the holding pieces 2 and 3 of the electric wire clip 1, As long as the operation of pushing the electric wire clip 1 is performed, the electric wire 20 can be temporarily fixed. Therefore, the electric wire clip 1 can be attached by a simple operation without requiring any special labor. Therefore, it becomes possible to attach the electric wire clip 1 to the electric wire 20 in a short time regardless of the operator's experience.

In addition, although the structure which connected the holding part 10 to the connection part 4 via the spherical joint 11 was shown in the electric wire mentioned above, not only this but the holding part 10 is attached to the connection part 4 rotatably. Other configurations are possible as long as they can be configured. For example, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the connecting portion 4 and the grip portion 10 may be connected via a universal joint 15.

Further, in the above-described configuration, the example in which the interval between the pair of sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 is the same interval from the connecting portion 4 to the open end has been shown. However, as shown in FIG. Expanded release portions 2b and 3b that are widened in a shape may be provided so that the distance between the tip portions of the pair of clamping pieces is wider than that of the other portions.

According to such a configuration, the insertion of the electric wire 20 between the holding pieces can be performed smoothly, and particularly in the case where it is difficult to align the open ends of the holding pieces 2 and 3 with the position of the electric wire 20 during the indirect hot wire operation. However, the electric wire 20 can be smoothly and easily guided between the sandwiching pieces 2 and 3.

Further, in the above configuration, the example in which the length from the connecting portion 4 to the tip of the pair of sandwiching pieces is made equal is described. However, as shown in FIG. 5, the length of the pair of sandwiching pieces (the connecting portion 4). The length from the tip to the tip) may be varied.

In such a configuration, the electric wire 20 is applied to the inner side surface of the longer holding piece 3, and the electric wire 20 can be guided between the pair of holding pieces 2 and 3 while being guided to the inner side surface. Position alignment with the tip of the clip 1 can be performed roughly, and insertion of the electric wire 20 between the pair of sandwiching pieces 2 and 3 becomes easy.

In addition, the electric wire clip 1 mentioned above can be employ | adopted when not only a down wire but several electric wires, such as another overhead electric wire, are temporarily fixed.
