Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device.
照明装置に対してLED(Light Emitting Diode)が広く用いられている。 LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) are widely used for lighting devices. In general, when the temperature of the LED increases, the light emission efficiency decreases and the lifetime also decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to heat dissipation in the design of a lighting device using LEDs.
Conventionally, even in a fixture such as a ceiling light for a high ceiling using a high luminous flux LED, the amount of heat generated by the LED is large, and the aluminum radiation fins are large and heavy. In addition, since the substrate of the LED is generally made of aluminum, it is necessary to put an insulating sheet between the aluminum radiating fins, and there is a problem that the thermal conductivity is deteriorated.
In the invention of the light emitting diode cluster lamp disclosed in Patent Document 1, each of the light emitting diode lamp packages includes a chamber surrounded by a flat portion and a cylindrical wall portion connected to the edge of the flat portion. A heat pipe, at least one heat dissipating fin mounted on an outer periphery of the heat pipe, and a light emitting diode module directly bonded to a flat portion of the heat pipe, and the heat pipe forms a capillary structure The fluid is distributed in the capillary structure.
When the luminaire becomes a large luminous flux, it is necessary to increase the number of LEDs. Increasing the number of LEDs also increases the amount of heat generated. For example, when making a 100 W class large luminous flux module using a normal 1 W type surface mount type LED (100 lumen per one) as a light source, 100 LEDs must be mounted.
Therefore, in recent years, LED light sources of a type in which LED chips are mounted on one substrate at a high density have come out. In such an LED light source, since the chip is directly mounted on a large area, the heat radiation area can be increased as compared with the conventional LED light source, and there is a thermal advantage.
As a basic heat dissipation configuration for a large luminous flux device, there is a substrate on which an LED is mounted on one end of a heat sink for the required luminous flux. The LED is a resin that includes a chip, a substrate on which the chip is mounted, and a phosphor that covers the chip. It is the structure sealed by. In the case where a metal is used as the substrate of the constituent member of the LED, an insulator is required between the LED and a mounting surface to which the LED is attached. The insulating sheet conventionally used as the insulator is thin but has poor thermal conductivity and has problems such as poor heat transfer to the heat sink.
Therefore, by configuring a light source unit in which the LED light source and the heat radiating body (heat sink) are integrated, it is possible to improve the heat radiation property to dissipate the heat generated by the LED light source. In the case of such a unit type, a fixing frame for fixing the light source unit is required. Then, it is necessary to prepare fixed frames having different sizes and shapes according to the luminous flux class of the illumination device, the number of light source units mounted, the diameter of the hole in which the illumination device is embedded, and the like.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an illumination device capable of manufacturing a plurality of types of illumination devices having different numbers of light source units and the like at low cost.
An illumination device according to the present invention includes a light source unit having a light emitting unit and a fixed frame that supports the light source unit, and the fixed frame is configured by combining a plurality of fixed frame elements.
According to the present invention, the number of light source units to be mounted and the degree of freedom in layout can be increased, and it is not necessary to prepare a dedicated fixing frame for each number of light source units to be mounted and the luminous flux class of the lighting device. Costs can be reduced.

In the illuminating
The fixing
As shown in FIG. 5, the fixed
On the front surface of the
In the present invention, the number of
In the first embodiment, since the screw holes 20b of the fixed
However, in the present invention, the shape of the
The fixed
FIG. 6 is a front view showing a fixed
In the illuminating device of the first embodiment, the number of
In the first embodiment, as described above, the fixing position of the
In the fixed
In the example shown in FIG. 5, the three fixed
Next, the configuration of the
As shown in these drawings, the
The light
The
The light
The

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 12. The description will focus on the differences from the first embodiment described above, and the same or corresponding parts will be denoted by the same reference numerals. Is omitted. FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a light source unit included in the illumination apparatus according to
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 13. The description will focus on the differences from the first embodiment described above, and the same or corresponding parts will be denoted by the same reference numerals. Is omitted. FIG. 13: is a perspective view which shows the light source unit with which the illuminating device of
In the
In contrast, in the light source unit 2C of the third embodiment, as the distance from the
Embodiment 4 FIG.
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 14. The description will focus on the differences from the first embodiment described above, and the same or corresponding parts will be denoted by the same reference numerals. Is omitted. FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a light source unit provided in the illumination apparatus according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 14, the
Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 15. The description will focus on the differences from the first embodiment described above, and the same or corresponding parts will be denoted by the same reference numerals. Is omitted. FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a light source unit provided in the illumination apparatus according to
