また、軸線Xに対して正方向に傾斜する強化繊維c群を引き揃えたプリプレグシート11と軸線Xに対して負方向に傾斜する強化繊維c群を引き揃えたプリプレグシート11とを重ね合わせた、所謂、バイアスタイプのプリプレグシート群を使用してもよい。

(2)図4(c)(d)に示すように、螺旋状に巻回した突条形成用テープ13の上から、裁断したプリプレグシート11をマンドレル12に巻回する。
(3)図示していないが、更にその上から、セロファンテープ(図視せず)で更に巻き締める。
(4)マンドレル12に巻回した状態で炉に入れて焼成する。
(5)焼成後マンドレルを脱芯して円筒状の素材を取り出す。
(6)図4(e)に示すように、円筒状の素材より突条形成用テープ13を取り外す。そうすると、円筒状の素材の内周面に突条10Aが形成されている。
(7)図4(e)に示すように、その竿素材を装飾用筒状カバー体10の軸芯長Lで複数個に裁断し、仕上加工を施して装飾用筒状カバー体10とする。

(4)装飾用筒状カバー体10の内周面に突条10Aを形成することと同様の引っ掛かり効果を期待できるのであれば、ナット部材9の外周面に突条を形成してもよい。
(5)突条10Aの幅wは隣接する突条10Aとの間隔Wと同じか、大に形成してもよい。
