体全体を覆い隠すマントは、快適に使用できるようにメッシュ生地部分を設け、ケープで覆い隠し雨の侵入を防ぎかつ、蒸れないように形成している。マント通気のためのメッシュ布部（４a）、体を覆うマント部（４b）をつなぎあわせ、メッシュ布部とメッシュ布部を覆い隠すケープ部（５ａ）とを重ねギャザーを寄せた上端縁辺部（５b）を設け、上端縁辺部（５b）を帽子のつば先（３ｃ）と一体化させ、マントの上端縁辺部全体にはギャザーが設けられており、ギャザーを寄せたことでワイヤー等を使わなくても自然に膨らみ、中で動ける空間ができる。
帽子のつばはマントの重みで下がるので車内や狭い場所でも帽子のつばで場所をとらず、形が自在に対応できるため邪魔にならず使用出来る。
透明ビニール生地前側帽子のつば（３a）は透明ビニールの生地を使うことにより周りの状況が見え、安心して使用でき、雨風の侵入を防ぎ雨で顔を濡らすことなく使用できるよう形成している。
メッシュ布部とケープ部を重ねギャザーを寄せた上端縁辺部（５b）を帽子のつば先（３ｃ）の前側中央からぐるりと一周縫い合わせ中央でマントの端が重なりあうように帽子とマントを一体化させた。
マントの胸部から膝下に向けて閉じるように両面引手付きオープンファスナー（６）を取り付け内側外側どちらからでも容易に開閉できるよう構成するとともに、両面引手付きオープンファスナー（６）を挟んで内側左右に内側物入れファスナー付き右ポケット（７a）内側物入れファスナー付き左ポケット（７ｂ）を固定し脱着の際にポケットの中の物が落ちない様にし、個室の中で使用する携帯用トイレやティッシュペーパー・生理用品・着替えなどを床（地面）に置くことなく入れて使うことができ、左右２箇所にポケット（７a）（７ｂ）を設けることにより１つはこれから使用するものや着替えなどを入れ、もうひとつは着替え終わった物や使い終わったものを入れ仕分けられるようにするためである。
マント通気のためのメッシュ布部（４a）からの雨風の侵入を防ぐため、マント通気のためのメッシュ布部（４a）はケープ部（５ａ）より短く固定し、ケープ部（５ａ）はマント通気のためのメッシュ布部（４a）よりも長めに固定し、ケープ部（５ａ）の裾に広がり防止のための面ファスナー（８）を前後左右に設置する。

脱着が容易に行えるとともに、狭い場所や暗い所、雨の日でも使用可能となり、台風や傘のさせない悪天候時の防雨衣にもなり、車椅子を使用する人や介助を必要とする要介護者の方にも簡単にかぶせるだけで着用させることができ顔や体全体を濡らすことのない雨衣にもなる。
裾部分（１３）に紐を通すことで風の強い時は広がらないように結ぶことができる。
左右ウエスト部分に右手が出せるための両面引手付きファスナー（１０a）左手が出せるための両面引手付きファスナー（１０ｂ）を取り付け必要な時には手が出せるようにし、使用しない時には閉じておくようにする。
マントを胸部から膝下に向けて閉じるように両面引手付きオープンファスナー（６）を取り付けることによりマント裾が広げやすいため要介護者の介助がしやすくなる。
前が見える帽子とマントが一体化しているので向かい風や横殴りの雨の時でも帽子が脱げず飛ばされない、悪天候時に傘がさせない状態でもレインコートになり頭も顔も荷物もぬれることなく移動することができる。
小さくたたむことができるので収納袋に入れ携帯しやすい構成になっている。
本願のような構成をとることにより幅広く使用が可能になるなど多くの特徴を有するものとなる。
