By the way, the amount of water required for daily use (water supply: drinking water, shower water for decontamination, etc.) depends on the situation, such as the seismic isolated building of the nuclear power plant that we are operating. In facilities that are extremely fluctuating (for example, in the seismic isolated building, the number of activity personnel during normal times is about 10 people, but the number of emergency response personnel in the event of a disaster, etc. is about 300 people. There is a large difference in the amount of water required for daily use in an emergency), and it is wasteful and burdensome to manage if you try to secure the required amount of water for use in the event of an emergency (emergency) from normal times. The problem of hygiene management is also a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of such a background, and can reduce the management burden during normal times and can reliably supply the domestic water required in the facility in an emergency. In another aspect of the present invention, the purification device is operated even during normal times to purify the water in the miscellaneous water tank.

By operating the purification device during normal times in this way, it is possible to quickly supply domestic water in an emergency. In addition, it is possible to reduce the operation load of the purification device in an emergency.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the miscellaneous water tank includes a turbidity detector that measures turbidity of water stored in the miscellaneous water tank, and a turbidity measured by the turbidity detector. A control device for controlling the operation of the purifier according to the degree is provided.

According to the present invention, the purification device is not operated unnecessarily, and the purification device can be operated efficiently.

In another one of this invention, the 1st water intake for taking in the water for fire extinguishing is provided in the bottom face of the said miscellaneous water tank, and the 2nd water intake for taking in the water supplied to the said domestic water tank A mouth is provided in the miscellaneous water tank, and the second intake port is provided at a position higher than the water surface height when the amount of water to be secured as the fire fighting water is stored in the miscellaneous water tank.

In addition, the subject which this application discloses, and its solution method are clarified by the column of the form for inventing, and drawing.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the domestic water required in a facility can be reliably supplied in an emergency, reducing the management burden at the time of a normal time.

1 is a diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of a domestic water management system 1. It is a figure explaining the management method of domestic water at the normal time. It is a figure explaining the management method of domestic water at the time of emergency. It is a figure which shows the other aspect of the domestic water management system. It is a figure which shows the other aspect of the domestic water management system. It is a figure which shows the other aspect of the domestic water management system.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a domestic water management system 1 described as an embodiment. The domestic water management system 1 is a facility 5 (for example, a nuclear power operated by the present inventors) in which the number of users varies greatly between normal times and emergencies (when disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, and fires occur). It is installed in seismic isolated buildings and emergency evacuation.

As shown in the figure, the domestic water management system 1 includes a domestic water tank 10, a miscellaneous water tank 20, and a purification device 30. Among these, the domestic water tank 10 stores hygienically managed domestic water such as drinking water and decontamination shower water. The miscellaneous water tank 20 stores miscellaneous water such as cleaning water and toilet water.

As shown in the figure, the domestic water tank 10 and the miscellaneous water tank 20 are connected via a pipe 40. A part of the pipe 40 is provided with a valve 41 for adjusting the flow rate of water flowing through the pipe 40. Although not shown, the domestic water management system 1 includes a transport mechanism (such as a pump) for transporting water to the pipe 40 at key points.

The domestic water tank 10 is supplied with tap water from a water supply facility 3 such as a tap water. Capacity of domestic water tank 10, the amount of domestic water required in peacetime facility 5 (e.g., in seismic isolated building of a nuclear power plant by the present inventors have operated the 10 m 3 to 20 m 3 in peacetime The water is set to be large enough to store water.

On the other hand, the miscellaneous water tank 20 is supplied with water from a water source 4 such as a water supply, a river, or a lake. The capacity of the miscellaneous water tank 20 is sufficiently larger than the capacity of the domestic water tank 10. For example, the capacity of the miscellaneous water tank 10 is several tens of times that of the domestic water tank 10 (for example, the seismic isolation of the nuclear power plant operated by the present inventors We have established service water tank 20 of capacity of about 100m 3 ~120m 3 in buildings.) having a.

The miscellaneous water tank 20 is provided with a purifier 30 that purifies the water stored in the miscellaneous water tank 20. The purification device 30 includes, for example, a hollow fiber membrane filter, an ion exchange filter, a circulation pump, and the like. In order to prevent impurities such as rust from being mixed into the purified water by stirring the inside of the miscellaneous water tank 20 or the like, the purifying device 30 is installed with an appropriate structure in an appropriate state. It is preferable.

FIG. 2 shows a method for managing domestic water at normal times in the facility 5. As shown in the figure, during normal times, the required amount of clean water is supplied from the water supply facility 3 to the domestic water tank 10 (reference numeral 15 (1)). The miscellaneous water tank 20 is supplied with miscellaneous water from the water source 4 (reference numeral 15 (2)). Note that the valve 41 is closed during normal times.

FIG. 3 shows a management method for domestic water in an emergency. As shown in the figure, in an emergency, when the supply of water from the water supply facility 3 decreases or is interrupted, the domestic water tank 10 alone cannot supply the necessary amount of domestic water (reference numeral 16 (1)). Then, the purifier 30 is operated to purify the miscellaneous water stored in the miscellaneous water tank 20, and the purified water is supplied to the domestic water tank 10 by opening the valve 41 (reference numeral 16 (3)).

。   In order to operate the purification device 30 efficiently, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, a turbidity detector 60 is provided in the miscellaneous water tank 20 so that the purification device 30 and the turbidity detector 60 can communicate with each other. The device 70 may be connected so that the control device 70 operates the purification device 30 according to the turbidity measured by the turbidity detector 60 (for example, the turbidity exceeds a predetermined threshold value). The purifying device 30 is activated (functioned) only when it is.)

The purifying device 30 may be operated not only in an emergency but also in a normal time. By operating the purification device 30 even during normal times, the purified water can be quickly supplied to the domestic water tank 10 in an emergency.

Moreover, you may provide the purification apparatus 30 in the middle of the piping 40 (1st flow path) which guides water from the miscellaneous water tank 20 to the domestic water tank 10, for example, as shown in FIG. In addition, a pipe 80 (second flow path) for guiding water from the domestic water tank 10 to the miscellaneous water tank 20 is further provided. For example, by supplying clean water from the domestic water tank 10 to the miscellaneous water tank 20 during normal times, the miscellaneous water tank The turbidity of the water stored in 20 may be lowered. According to this, the operation load of the purification apparatus 30 can be reduced, and the effect of suppressing the propagation of miscellaneous bacteria can be expected due to the decrease in turbidity. In this case, in an emergency, the supply of clean water from the domestic water tank 10 to the miscellaneous water tank 20 may be stopped, or the miscellaneous water from the domestic water tank 10 may be such that the water in the domestic water tank 10 is not short. Water may be supplied to the tank 20.

Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a pipe 50 for taking water for fire extinguishing may be provided in the miscellaneous water tank 20. In this example, a first water intake 25 is provided on the bottom surface of the miscellaneous water tank 20 and one end of a pipe 50 is connected thereto. The other end of the pipe 50 is connected to a transport mechanism such as a pump, for example. The valve 51 shown in the figure is for adjusting the flow rate of water flowing through the pipe 50. In this case, as shown in the figure, the water surface height when the miscellaneous water tank 20 is filled with a necessary amount (for example, 5.2 m 3 ) of fire extinguishing water regulated by the Fire Service Act, etc. If the second water intake 26 is provided at a position higher than the length h, and the pipe 40 is connected to the second water intake 26, the necessary amount of fire-fighting water can be always secured.

As described above, according to the domestic water management system 1 of the present embodiment, the domestic water required in the facility 5 can be reliably supplied in an emergency. In addition, since it is not necessary to manage domestic water in preparation for emergencies from normal times, there are few human and cost management burdens, and there is no hygiene management burden for miscellaneous bacteria breeding. Moreover, since the miscellaneous water tank 20 is used for multiple purposes, the space in the facility 5 can be effectively used.

In addition, description of embodiment described above is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and does not limit this invention. It goes without saying that the present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and that the present invention includes equivalents thereof.
