Description

The present invention relates to a rotation mechanism of a display device, and more particularly, to a rotation mechanism of a display device suitable for a case where a thin display device is placed horizontally or vertically.

In recent years, thinning of a display device such as a liquid crystal panel has become common, and the liquid crystal panel has generally become a super-large screen of 60 type or more. In addition, with the increase in screen size, video sources have been diversified. For example, as a display image for viewing photos, commerce, public, etc., the display screen is changed from a normal horizontal screen to a vertical screen. The form of the stand is also increasing. And the screen rotation mechanism for responding to such a situation is proposed.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a display rotation mechanism that includes two ring-shaped members that are rotatably fitted via ball bearings. In this display rotation mechanism, one ring-shaped member is attached to the vicinity of the center of the back surface of the display via a rotating portion mounting plate, and the other ring-shaped member is attached to a wall or a stand via a fixed portion mounting plate. It is attached to the display fixed side. For this reason, in the display rotation mechanism disclosed in Patent Document 1, the display can be rotated 360 ° with respect to the fixed side.

However, in the display rotation mechanism disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to attach the ring-shaped member to the rotation mounting plate, and further to attach the rotating portion mounting plate to the display, and to attach the ring-shaped member to the fixing portion mounting plate. In addition, it was necessary to attach a wall mounting bracket and a stand to the fixed portion mounting plate. For this reason, it takes time for the attachment work. For example, when attaching to the wall surface, the attachment work has to be performed in the space between the display device and the wall surface, and thus the attachment work cannot be easily performed. In addition, when a mechanism for preventing rotation of the screen or for restricting rotation is provided between the ring-shaped members, a complicated mechanism is required. Further, since there are many members disposed between the wall and the display device, the gap between the display device and the wall is wide.

The present invention has been made in view of these circumstances, and has good workability when the display device is rotatably attached to an installation member such as a wall or a stand. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rotation mechanism for a display device that can easily position the rotation at 0 ° and that can reduce the gap between the display device and the installation member.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a first technical means of the present invention is a rotation mechanism of a display device having a short side and a long side and having different aspect ratios, and is provided at the center of the back surface of the display device. A first rotating member, a second rotating member provided at an upper position of the display device parallel to the short side from the first rotating member, and provided coaxially with the first rotating member, A semicircular guide member whose outer peripheral portion is in contact with the second rotating member when the display device is rotated around the first rotating member; and an installation member side of the display device; A support member that horizontally supports the bottom surface of the guide member, and the first rotation member is arranged so that the display device changes from a horizontally placed state that is a horizontally long screen to a vertically placed state that is a vertically long screen. By abutting with a member provided on the display device side when rotated left and right about the center The rotation prevention portion for preventing the rotation of more than 90 ° of the serial display device, in which is characterized in that provided at both ends of the support member.

According to a second technical means, in the first technical means, the rotation preventing portion is constituted by end faces at both ends in the horizontal direction of the support member, and the display device is rotated so as to be in a state of being placed from a horizontal position to a vertical position. In this case, the rotation prevention surface provided in the rear cabinet on the display device side is in contact with the display device.

According to a third technical means, in the first technical means, the rotation preventing portion is configured from upper surfaces of both end portions of the support member, and the display device is rotated so as to be in a state of being placed from a horizontal position to a vertical position. In this case, the second rotating member provided in the display device is in contact with the second rotating member.

According to a fourth technical means, in any one of the first to third technical means, the first rotating member includes a bearing portion provided at a central portion of a bottom surface of the semicircular guide member, and a support member. It is characterized in that it is rotatably held by a bearing portion provided at the center of the upper surface.

According to a fifth technical means, in any one of the first to fourth technical means, a groove is formed along an outer peripheral portion of the semicircular guide member, and the collar portion provided on the second rotating member is the It is characterized by being located in the groove.

According to the present invention, the semicircular guide member provided on the display device and the support member provided on the installation member side pivotally support the center of the back surface of the display device, and the display device can be placed vertically from the horizontal position. When the first rotating member is rotated around the first rotating member so as to be in a state, the rotation preventing portion provided at both ends of the supporting member prevents the display device from rotating more than 90 degrees and is provided in the display device. In addition, since the second rotating member is in contact with the outer peripheral portion of the semicircular guide member, it is possible to easily perform an operation for attaching the display device to the installation member such as a wall or a stand. Further, the rotation mechanism of the display device of the present invention can smoothly position the 90 ° rotation by rotating the display device smoothly, and can further reduce the gap between the display device and the wall.

(First embodiment)
A first embodiment of the rotation mechanism of the display device of the present invention will be described through the assembly order of the rotation mechanism. 1, 2, 4, and 5 are views for explaining an assembly order in an example of a rotation mechanism of a display device according to the present invention, and FIG. 1 is a rear cabinet on the back of the display device, respectively. FIG. 2 is a view when a semicircular guide member and a rotating member are attached to the display device, FIG. 2 (A) is a perspective view, and FIG. 2 (B) is a side view. 4 is a view after the semicircular guide member and the rotating member are attached to the display device, and FIG. 5 is a view when the semicircular guide member is attached to the support member. FIG. 3 is a view showing the relationship between the semicircular guide member and the first and second rotating members in an example of the rotating mechanism of the display device according to the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, for example, a TV substrate 13, an LED drive substrate is provided on the upper side, and a panel source substrate 15 is provided on the lower side on the rear surface of the display device 1 having a horizontally long screen. An upper rear cabinet 21 and a lower rear cabinet 22 are provided so as to cover. In addition, a first protrusion shaft 11 is provided at the center of the back surface of the display device 1, and a second protrusion shaft 12 is provided at a position above the first protrusion shaft 11 (upper side in the short side direction of the display device 1). Is provided. The first protrusion shaft 11 and the second protrusion shaft 12 can be formed by a metal caulking boss. Here, the first protruding shaft 11 is for supporting a first rotating member 41 described later, and the second protruding shaft 12 is for supporting a second rotating member 42. Further, the distance between the first protrusion shaft 11 and the second protrusion shaft 12 is substantially equal to the radius of a semicircular guide member 30 described later.

A first protrusion 25 and a second protrusion 26 are formed at the center of the upper rear cabinet 21 at positions on both sides of the second protrusion shaft 12. When the display device 1 is rotated, the distal end surface of the first projecting portion 25 and the distal end surface of the second projecting portion 26 come into contact with the end surfaces in the horizontal direction at both ends of the support member 50, as will be described later. The display device 1 functions as a first rotation prevention surface 23 and a second rotation prevention surface 24 for preventing the display device 1 from rotating beyond 90 degrees in the left and right direction.

A first rotating member 41, a second rotating member 42, and a semicircular guide member 30 are attached to the back surface of the display device 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the semicircular guide member 30 is a semicircular member having an outer peripheral portion 36 and a bottom surface portion 37, and a first rotating member comprising a semicircular cutout at the center of the bottom surface portion 37. A bearing portion 31 is formed. Grooves 32 are formed in the first rotating member bearing portion 31 along the circumferential direction of the inner surface, and grooves 33 are also formed in the outer peripheral portion 36 along the circumferential direction. Further, a first insertion hole 34 and a second insertion hole 35 are formed in the bottom surface portion 37 of the semicircular guide member 30 for attachment to a support member 50 described later.

The first rotating member 41 is a cylindrical member and has a collar portion 43 at the center in the axial direction. Similarly, the 2nd rotation member 42 is also a cylindrical member, and has the collar part 44 in the axial direction center part. 2A and 2B, the flange portion 43 of the first rotating member 41 is positioned in the groove 32 of the first rotating member bearing portion 31 of the semicircular guide member 30, and the first With the flange portion 44 of the two-rotation member 42 positioned in the groove 33 of the outer peripheral portion 36 of the semicircular guide member 30, the first rotation member 41 and the second rotation member 42 are respectively connected to the first protrusions of the display device 1. The first rotating member 41 and the second rotating member 42 are fixed to the first protruding shaft 11 and the second protruding shaft 12 by screws 45 and inserted into the shaft 11 and the second protruding shaft 12, respectively.

Here, the collar portion 43 of the first rotating member 41 is positioned in the groove 32 of the one-rotating member bearing portion 31 of the semicircular guide member 30, and the collar portion 44 of the second rotating member 42 is the semicircular guide. Since it is located in the groove 33 of the outer peripheral portion 36 of the member 30, if the semicircular guide member 30 is set in a substantially horizontal state at the time of assembly, as shown in FIG. 4, the semicircular guide member 30 is caused by frictional force. Can be prevented from being detached from the back surface of the display device 1.

Next, a method for attaching the display device 1 attached with the semicircular guide member 30 to the installation member will be described. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the relationship between the semicircular guide member and the support member in an example of the rotation mechanism of the display device according to the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the support member 50 has a substantially quadrangular prism shape, and a first rotating member bearing portion 55 made of a semicircular notch is formed on the upper surface of the center portion. ing. A groove 56 is formed in the first rotating member bearing portion 55 along the circumferential direction of the inner surface, and the collar portion 43 of the first rotating member 41 can be positioned in the groove 56. The support member 50 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is formed with a groove over the entire longitudinal direction of the upper surface of the support member 50, but the groove is at least at a portion where the flange portion 43 of the first rotating member 41 is located. It is not necessary to form it over the whole longitudinal direction.

A first protrusion 51 and a second protrusion 52 that can be fitted into the first insertion hole 34 and the second insertion hole 35 formed in the bottom surface portion 37 of the semicircular guide member 30 are provided on the upper portion of the support member 50. ing. Further, the length of the support member 50 in the longitudinal direction is equal to the length of the bottom surface portion 37 of the semicircular guide member 30, that is, the diameter of the semicircular guide member 30. Therefore, both end surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the support member 50 function as a first rotation prevention end surface 53 and a second rotation prevention end surface 54 for preventing rotation of the display device 1 exceeding 90 ° in the left and right directions, as will be described later. It becomes a rotation prevention part.

FIG. 7 is a view for explaining a method of attaching the display device to the wall using an example of the rotation mechanism of the display device according to the present invention. When the display device 1 is attached to the wall, as shown in FIG. In advance, the support member 50 is attached to the wall 60 on the installation member side, for example, with screws 59 or the like. In this case, the first protrusion 51 and the second protrusion 52 are attached so that the longitudinal direction of the support member 50 is horizontal. Then, the back side of the display device 1 is directed to the wall 60, the first protrusion 51 of the support member 50 is fitted into the first insertion hole 34 of the semicircular guide member 30, and the semicircular guide member 30 The display device 1 is fixed to the wall 60 by fitting the second protrusion 52 of the support member 50 into the one insertion hole 34.

FIG. 8 is a view for explaining an assembly order in an example of the rotation mechanism of the display device according to the present invention, and shows a view after the semicircular guide member is attached to the support member 50. Note that the walls are not shown in FIG. 8, and the same applies to the following drawings. As shown in FIG. 8, since the first rotating member 41 is sandwiched between the first rotating member bearing portion 31 of the semicircular guide member 30 and the first rotating member bearing portion 55 of the support member 50, the display device 1 is surely connected. Is pivotally supported. Further, the flange portion 43 of the first rotating member 41 fixed to the display device 1 includes a groove 32 formed in the first rotating member bearing portion 31 of the semicircular guide member 30 and a first rotating member bearing of the support member 50. Since the first rotation member 41 is located in the groove 56 formed in the portion 55, the first rotation member 41 does not come off from the first rotation member bearing portion 55 of the support member 50. Therefore, the display device 1 is not detached from the support member 50. Further, the bottom surface portion 37 of the semicircular guide member 30 attached to the display device 1 is supported horizontally in the same manner as the longitudinal direction of the support member 50. The display device 1 is pivotally supported with respect to the semicircular guide portion 30 and the support member 50 around the first rotation member 41.

FIG. 9 is a view in which the display device shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, when the display device 1 is rotated to be placed vertically, the second rotating member 42 provided in the display device 1 moves along the outer peripheral portion 36 of the semicircular member 30, so that the display is performed. The apparatus 1 can be rotated smoothly without shaking. In this case, the cylindrical portion of the second rotating member 42 may be rotated in contact with the outer peripheral portion 36 of the semicircular guide member 30, and the collar portion 44 of the second rotating member 42 is semicircular. You may make it rotate in the state which contact | connected the groove | channel 33 of the outer peripheral part 36 of the guide member 30. FIG. Or you may make it rotate in the state which both the cylindrical part of the 2nd rotation member 42 and the collar part 44 contact | connected the outer peripheral part 36 and the groove | channel 33 of the semicircular guide member 30. FIG. When the display device 1 is rotated 90 ° counterclockwise, the first rotation prevention surface 23 of the first protrusion 25 provided on the upper rear cabinet 21 of the display device 1 and the first rotation prevention end surface 53 of the support member 50 come into contact with each other. Therefore, the display device 1 is prevented from rotating more than 90 °.

FIG. 10 is a view for explaining a case where the display device shown in FIG. When the display device 1 is rotated to the right when viewed from the back in the horizontal state shown in FIG. 10A, the display device 1 has the first protrusion shaft attached with the rotating member 41 as shown in FIG. 10B. 11 (not shown in FIG. 10). Then, when the display device 1 is rotated 90 ° to the right from the horizontally placed state in FIG. 10 (A) to become the vertically placed state in FIG. 10 (C), the second device provided in the first back cabinet 26 is provided. The second rotation prevention surface 24 of the protrusion 26 contacts the second rotation prevention end surface 54 of the support member 50. Here, since the distance d from the center of the first rotation member 41 to the lower end of the second rotation prevention surface 24 of the support member 50 is larger than the radius r of the semicircular guide member, the display device 1 exceeds 90 °. There is no rotation.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the rotation mechanism of the display device of the present invention will be described through the assembly order of the rotation mechanism. 11 and 13 are diagrams for explaining an assembly order in another example of the rotation mechanism of the display device according to the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a diagram when the semicircular guide member is attached to the support member. FIG. 13 is a view after the semicircular guide member and the rotating member are attached to the display device. FIG. 12 is a diagram showing the relationship between the semicircular guide member and the first and second rotating members in an example of the rotating mechanism of the display device according to the present invention.

Compared with the display device 1 according to the first embodiment, the display device 1 ′ according to the second embodiment does not have a back cabinet, or the entire back portion of the back cabinet configured by one sheet. However, the other configuration is the same as that of the display device 1 according to the first embodiment. The first rotating member 41, the second rotating member, and the semicircular guide member 30 that are attached to the display device 1 'are the same as those in the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted. However, since the second embodiment does not have a back cabinet, the semicircular guide member 30 can have a larger radius than that of the first embodiment.

In the second embodiment, the support member 50 ′ is different from that in the first embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, in the second embodiment, the length of the support member 50 ′ in the longitudinal direction is formed longer than the diameter of the semicircular guide member 30; A first concave portion 57 and a second concave portion 58 each having a semicircular cutout are formed on the upper side surface. When the display device 1 is rotated, the first concave portion 57 and the second concave portion 58 are brought into contact with the cylindrical portion of the second rotating member 42, so that the display device 1 ′ rotates more than 90 ° left and right. The rotation prevention part for preventing this is comprised.

Therefore, the distance from the first rotating member 41 to the first circular member 41 side of the first recess 57 and the distance from the first rotating member 41 to the first rotating member 41 side of the second recess 58 are half It is formed to be equal to the radius of the circular guide member 30. Further, a groove 57 ′ and a groove 58 ′ are formed in the first recess 57 and the second recess 58, respectively, so that the flange portion 44 of the second rotating member 42 is positioned. Then, as shown in FIG. 13, when the semicircular guide member 30 provided in the display device 1 ′ is attached to the support member 50 ′, the groove 33 provided in the outer peripheral portion 36 of the semicircular guide member 30 is The groove 57 ′ provided in the first recess 57 and the groove 58 ′ provided in the second recess 58 are connected to each other.

FIG. 14 is a view in which the display device shown in FIG. FIG. 15 is a diagram for explaining a case where the display device shown in FIG. When the display device 1 ′ is rotated to the right when viewed from the back in the horizontal state shown in FIG. 15A, the display device 1 ′ is the first attached with the rotating member 41 as shown in FIG. It rotates around the projection shaft 11 (not shown in FIG. 10). Then, when the display device 1 is rotated 90 ° to the right from the horizontally placed state of FIG. 15 (A) to become the vertically placed state of FIG. 15 (C), the second rotating member 42 is supported by the support member 50 ′. The second abutment 58 is provided in contact with the second recess 58. As described above, the second recess 58 provided in the support member 50 ′ prevents the display device 1 ′ from rotating right beyond 90 °. At this time, a part of the flange portion 44 of the second rotating member 42 is located in a groove 58 ′ provided in the second recess 58.

FIG. 16 is a view in which the display device shown in FIG. 13 is rotated 90 degrees leftward when viewed from the back and placed vertically. Similar to the right rotation, the display device 1 ′ is rotated 90 degrees right from the back. At this time, the second rotating member 42 comes into contact with the first recess 57 provided in the support member 50 ′, and the display device 1 ′ is prevented from rotating counterclockwise beyond 90 °. At this time, a part of the flange portion 44 of the second rotating member 42 is positioned in a groove 57 ′ provided in the first recess 57.

Next, in the first embodiment, the wall has been described as an example of the installation member of the display device. However, for example, as illustrated in FIG. 17, the support member 50 can be configured as a part of the stand 71. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 18, the support member 50 may be attached to an easel type stand. The same applies to the support member 50 ′ described in the second embodiment. As described above, the rotation mechanism of the display device of the present invention can be applied to various installation members by configuring the support member 50 as a part of various installation members or attaching them separately. In the above description, the semicircular guide member 30 and the support member are fixed to each other with an insertion hole provided on the semicircular guide member side and a protrusion provided on the support member side. A protrusion may be provided on the side, and an insertion hole may be provided on the support member side, or another fixing structure may be used.

As described above, the rotation mechanism of the display device according to the present invention is a rotation mechanism of a display device having a short side and a long side and different aspect ratios, and is provided at the center of the back surface of the display device. A first rotating member, a second rotating member provided at an upper position of the display device parallel to the short side from the first rotating member, and provided coaxially with the first rotating member, A semicircular guide member whose outer peripheral portion is in contact with the second rotating member when the display device is rotated around the first rotating member; and an installation member side of the display device; A support member that horizontally supports a bottom surface portion of the guide member, and the display device is centered on the first rotating member so that the display device changes from a horizontally placed state that is a horizontally long screen to a vertically placed state that is a vertically long screen. When the display device is rotated, the display device comes into contact with the display device side member. The rotation prevention portion to from 90 ° prevent large rotation, are provided at both ends of the support member. As a result, the work at the time of mounting the display device on the installation member such as a wall or a stand can be easily performed, and the rotation of the display device can be easily performed by rotating the display device smoothly and at 90 ° left and right. Furthermore, the gap between the display device and the wall can be reduced.

In addition, the rotation blocking portion is configured by end faces at both ends in the horizontal direction of the support member, and is provided in the rear cabinet on the display device side when the display device is rotated from the horizontal position to the vertical position. You may make it contact | abut with the rotation prevention surface. Here, the horizontal length of the support member is set equal to the diameter of the semicircular guide member. As a result, the support member and the back cabinet can cooperate to position the display device 90 ° in the horizontal direction.

In addition, the rotation blocking portion is configured from the upper side surfaces of both ends of the support member, and the second rotation unit provided in the display device when the display device is rotated from the horizontal position to the vertical position. You may make it contact | abut with a rotation member. In this case, recesses for receiving the second rotating member are formed on the upper end surfaces of both end portions of the support member. As a result, the support member and the second rotating member can cooperate to position the display device 90 ° to the left or right.

Further, the first rotating member is rotatably held by a bearing portion provided at a center portion of the bottom surface of the semicircular guide member and a bearing portion provided at a center portion of the upper surface of the support member. It may be. Thereby, a rotation member can be pivotally supported reliably.

Further, a groove is formed in each of the bearing portion provided in the center portion of the bottom surface of the semicircular guide member and the bearing portion provided in the center portion of the upper surface of the support member, and the flange portion provided in the first rotating member. May be located in the groove. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the rotating member provided in the display device from being detached from the support member.

Further, a groove may be formed along the outer peripheral portion of the semicircular guide member, and a collar portion provided on the second rotating member may be positioned in the groove. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the semicircular guide member from being detached from the display device.

In addition, an insertion hole or a protrusion may be provided on the bottom surface of the semicircular guide member, and a protrusion or an insertion hole that can be fitted to the insertion hole or protrusion may be provided in the support member. Thereby, the semicircular guide member provided in the display device can be easily attached to the support member provided in the installation member.

The display device installation member may be a wall surface, and the support member may be attached to the wall surface, or the display device installation member may be a stand, and the support member may be a part of the stand. You may comprise. Thereby, it becomes possible to rotatably attach the display device to various installation members.
