Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sales management system.
When a product is sold and recorded in the store using the POS system, some of the many products may be delivered to the purchaser without being input to the POS system due to a salesperson's error or the like. . Since products that are not input to the POS system are not reflected in the billing fee, a sales omission occurs.
In order to prevent such a situation, a configuration for confirming a product using a weight value is known. For example, in the configuration of

The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and provides a sales management system that makes it possible to easily identify a product that has failed to be sold when many products are sold at once.

The product name is, for example, information for a salesperson to identify the product, and is represented by text data, for example. The product department name is information for identifying each group when the product is classified into groups, and is represented by text data, for example. When a plurality of products belong to the same group, the same product department name is designated for those product codes. A capacity | capacitance represents the net capacity | capacitance of goods, for example, is represented by a numerical value (a unit may be included). The theoretical weight represents the weight of the product, and is represented by, for example, a numerical value (may include a unit).
The theoretical weight can be designated as appropriate. For example, a nominal weight by the manufacturer may be used, or actual measurement may be performed in advance at a store or the like, and the measured value may be stored and used. Further, when an error due to the weight of the packaging or the like can be tolerated, the net weight of the contents may be used as the theoretical weight instead of the total weight including the packaging or the like. The definition or determination method of the theoretical weight may vary depending on the product.
The processing flow of the
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing a process flow of the
The sales management process shown in FIG. 3 is roughly divided into a first half product registration process and a second half settlement process. Specifically, the first half is a process of registering a product through the
In the process flow shown in FIG. 3, step S9 is a confirmation process for shifting from the first half to the second half process, step S10 is the second half process, and the other processes are the first half process.
Next, the computing means 11 acquires at least one product code to be sold via the scanner 30 (step S2). The product code is acquired, for example, when the salesperson causes the
Here, the salesperson takes out a product (for example, a product stored in the
Moreover, in this step S2, the calculating means 11 acquires the quantity (number) for every object product code. The sales person can input the quantity from the
The computing means 11 calculates the total theoretical weight based on the theoretical weight and quantity associated with each target product code. In addition, the scanned product may be displayed on the liquid crystal panel installed on the user side (step S3). Next, the salesperson scans all product codes and then performs a predetermined scanning end operation. In response to this, the calculation means 11 receives a scan end signal (step S4). The predetermined scan end operation is, for example, that the
During product registration in the first half of the process, the amount is accumulated and added in real time, and the total amount to be paid by the user is displayed.
In step S4 and subsequent steps, the total amount is confirmed by processing for confirming whether or not the second half of the process is entered (departure that there will be no registration of the product since the transaction will be transferred from now on), and proceeds to the second half of the settlement processing. . As described later, when a scan omission occurs, re-settlement processing can be performed by additionally registering a product and touching the “subtotal” button again.
The total theoretical weight can be obtained, for example, by calculating the product of the theoretical weight and the quantity for each target product code and summing the products.
Next, the calculation means 11 acquires the actual weight of the article accommodated in the after-
Next, the calculation means 11 controls the
FIG. 4 is an example of a screen for each product name. The screen for each product name displays the product name and the quantity (“number” in this example) for each product name in association with each target product code. This screen is close to the conventional visual confirmation. As shown in FIG. 4, the display of the target product code itself may be omitted, but this may be displayed.
In the example of FIG. 4, it is assumed that the number of “black beers” should actually be five, but the salesperson accidentally sets the number to four. The screen for each product name displays the total theoretical weight (4600 g in this example) calculated in step S4 and the actual weight (5000 g in this example) acquired in step S5. Further, the difference between the total theoretical weight and the actual weight (400 g in this example) may be displayed.
In addition, the screen for each product name shows the product name (“product” in this example), product name (“department” in this example), capacity, theoretical weight (in this example) for each target product code entered. "Weight") and quantity.
Next, the computing means 11 determines whether or not the total theoretical weight and the actual weight match (step S7). Here, the range of “match” may be appropriately determined by those skilled in the art. For example, it may be determined to match only when the numerical values are exactly the same, or may be determined to match when the difference or ratio falls within a predetermined range.
Actually, each product has a certain amount of weight error, so that the allowable range weight for each product or the total weight can be arbitrarily set. For example, when the tolerance is ± 20 g, when the theoretical weight is 1000 g, the actual weight is determined to be equal to the theoretical weight if the actual weight is 980 g or more and 1020 g or less. Moreover, since an error also occurs in the weight of the
If it is determined that they do not match, the
Further, the warning in step S8, the salesperson notices that the actual product and the scanned data are inconsistent, and determines that it should not proceed to the latter half of the settlement process. For such a case, as will be described later with respect to step S14 and the like, the first half of the process can be continued and an additional scan process can be performed.
In step S7, when it is determined that the total theoretical weight and the actual weight match, or after step S8, the calculation means 11 receives a control operation by the salesperson (step S9). For example, the
The screen for each product name (FIG. 4, step S6) displays a
The operation on the
The operations on the department
When the department
FIG. 5 is an example of a screen for each product department name. The screen for each product department name associates the product department name (in this example, “department”) with the quantity for each product department name (in this example, “number”) for each product department name related to the target product code. To display. If the
This screen is a screen that is aggregated by classification group such as departments when there are many types of similar products (that is, when there are many products belonging to the same product department).
Similar to the screen for each product name (FIG. 4), the screen for each product department name also displays the total theoretical weight and the actual weight. Further, the difference between the total theoretical weight and the actual weight may be displayed. In addition, for each of the product division names (in this example, “department”), the product division name and quantity are displayed. Further, a
After step S12, the process returns to step S9, and the calculation means 11 accepts a control operation by the salesperson.
When the department name
FIG. 6 is an example of a screen for each product department name / capacity. The screen for each product department name / capacity displays, for each combination of product department name and capacity related to the target product code, the quantity related to each combination in association with each other. If the
Similar to the screen for each product name (FIG. 4), the screen for each product department name / capacity also displays the total theoretical weight and the actual weight. Further, the difference between the total theoretical weight and the actual weight may be displayed. Further, for each combination of the product department name and the capacity, the product department name (in this example, “department”), the capacity, and the quantity are displayed. Further, a
After step S13, the process returns to step S9, and the calculation means 11 accepts a control operation by the salesperson.
When the product
In step S9, when a correction operation (a salesperson notices a scan omission and additionally scans a product), the calculation means 11 responds accordingly by applying the target product code, the quantity related to the target product code, or both Is corrected (added) (step S14). Thereafter, the process returns to step S3, and the total theoretical weight is recalculated.
By displaying the scanned product list as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, it is possible to prompt the salesperson to notice the product forgot to scan. In step S14, the scanned product data is updated by adding the data scanned by the salesperson to the already scanned product list.
Alternatively, instead of correcting, the processing may be returned to step S1 and all products may be scanned again.
As described above, in step S9, the
-Display the product name and quantity for each product name in association with each other,
-Display the product department name and the quantity for each product department in association with each other, or
It can be said that the combination of the product department name and capacity and the quantity for each combination are displayed in association with each other.
For this reason, it is possible to display whether the quantity for each product name is displayed in detail or whether the quantity for each product department or the quantity for each capacity is roughly displayed. Can be specified.
For example, when various types of beer are mixed as in the example of FIG. 4, there are cases where it is easier to count the total number of beers than to count the number for each product name that distinguishes even beer varieties. Therefore, in such a case, the screen is first switched to the screen of FIG. 5 to specify that the sales omission is one of beer (or not beer), and then the screen of FIG. 4 is switched to only beer. It is possible to confirm the details by paying attention (or paying attention to only the department other than beer).
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, by classifying and displaying beer by capacity, not by product type, one can see 633 ml of beer and six 350 ml of beer, so the salesperson cannot scan. It is easy to notice the product.
Although not shown in the figure, the total number of products scanned at present ("
In the first embodiment, the following modifications can be made.
The display control operation is not limited to the operation of the button displayed on the touch panel, and may be any operation as long as it is a known operation. For example, it may be an operation of pressing a predetermined key on the keyboard. In this case, different screens may be associated with different keys.
The operation and operation of the
The product department name may be a classification that does not necessarily match the term “department”. For some group classification, the product group name representing each group can be used instead of the product department name.
The
In addition, depending on the store, there is not enough space around the POS system that performs sales processing, and there are cases where the two baskets of the
In such a case, scan omissions (registration omissions) are more likely to occur than when a product is moved using two baskets. However, according to the present embodiment, the salesperson is more easily aware.
When the sales process is performed only with the after-
In the second embodiment, the scanned products are classified by paying attention to the characteristics of the products different from the first embodiment. Specifically, we focus on the manufacturer name and shape.
FIG. 7 is an example of the product master 21 used in the second embodiment. The product master 21 shown in FIG. 7 has items of manufacturer name and shape in addition to the
The flow of processing in the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. When the screen for each product name is displayed in step S6, the calculation means 11 displays the product name, department, manufacturer name, weight, and number as shown in FIG. 8 with reference to the product master 21 shown in FIG. To do. The capacity and shape may also be displayed.
When the manufacturer-
In FIG. 9, not only the manufacturer name but also the department, capacity, and shape may be displayed in combination. In FIG. 10, the division may not be displayed and the shape may be classified only, or the capacity and the manufacturer name may be combined and displayed.
The process of shifting to another display screen by operating the display button on the display screens of FIGS. 8 to 10 is as described in the first embodiment.
As described above, in the second embodiment, the classification and display are described with attention paid to various features of the product. For example, in the case of a skilled salesperson at a liquor store, the manufacturer can grasp at a glance when scanning beer. For this reason, if the five main categories of the four major domestic manufacturers and other foreign manufacturers are displayed, it is easy to understand what the scan omission products are.
Also, a skilled salesperson at a food store can easily grasp the shape of a product when scanning. Therefore, if the scanned products for each shape are classified and displayed, it is easy to grasp what the scan omission products are.
10 control devices (11 calculation means, 12 storage means), 20, 21 product master, 30 scanner (product code acquisition means), 40 touch panel (display means, operation input means), 50 scale (weight measurement means), 51 after sales Basket, 60 Pre-sales basket, 71 Confirmation completion button, 72 Department name display button, 73 Department name capacity display button, 74 Product name display button, 75 Manufacturer display button, 76 Shape display button, 80 Warning message (warning display) , 100 Sales management system.
