However, in the container of Patent Document 1, when the pitch of the male screw of the core chuck is small, it is difficult to form a fine female screw on the inner periphery of the female screw cylinder.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to easily form a female screw that is screwed into a male screw formed on the outer periphery of a rod shaft.

The present invention is a cosmetic material feeding container capable of delivering a cosmetic material, wherein the cosmetic material is located on an inner periphery, and a tip tube in which a tip opening hole into which the cosmetic material can advance is formed at the tip, and the tip A driving cylinder assembled to the cylinder so as to be relatively rotatable, a cosmetic material holding part that rotates integrally with one of the leading cylinder and the driving cylinder, and extends from the cosmetic material holding part to extend to the outer periphery. A push rod having a rod shaft on which a male screw is formed, and the other one of the leading cylinder and the driving cylinder, and is rotated between the leading cylinder and the driving cylinder and screwed into the male screw; A screw spring that advances and retracts the push rod in the axial direction by relative rotation of the tip cylinder and the drive cylinder, and the screw spring abuts the tip cylinder and defines a position in the axial direction. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 9, a cosmetic material feeding container 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cosmetic material feeding container 1 includes a front tube 10 in which a cosmetic material A is located on the inner periphery and a front end opening hole 11 into which the cosmetic material A can advance is formed at the front end. A drive cylinder 20 that is assembled so as to be relatively rotatable, a cosmetic material holding part 31 that rotates integrally with the drive cylinder 20 and extends the cosmetic material A, and a male screw 32 formed on the outer periphery extending from the cosmetic material holding part 31. The push rod 30 having the rod shaft 33 and the front tube 10 rotate integrally with each other. The push rod 30 is provided between the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 and is screwed into the male screw 32. And a screw spring 40 that moves the push bar 30 back and forth in the axial direction by relative rotation.

The cosmetic material feeding container 1 is capable of feeding the cosmetic material A by allowing the user to relatively rotate the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20. The cosmetic material feeding container 1 only feeds the cosmetic material A and does not have a function of feeding it back.

As shown in FIG. 2, the front tube 10 includes a cap insertion portion 18 that is tapered in the axial direction, and a front tube outer tube 19 that has a larger outer diameter than the cap insertion portion 18. It is a cylindrical member which has.

The cap insertion part 18 is a part to which a cap 2 described later is attached. On the outer periphery in the vicinity of the base end of the cap insertion portion 18, an annular fitting convex portion 12 into which the cap 2 is fitted protrudes. The cap insertion portion 18 is formed in a tapered shape with the outer diameter gradually decreasing toward the tip opening hole 11 at the tip.

The front cylinder outer cylinder 19 is a part that is picked and used by the user when the cosmetic material A is fed out. The front tube outer cylinder 19 is formed continuously with the cap insertion portion 18. A rear end opening hole 16 communicating with the front end opening hole 11 in the axial direction is formed at the rear end portion of the front tube outer cylinder 19. The front tube outer cylinder 19 is formed to have substantially the same diameter as the outer diameter of the cap 2. Therefore, in the state in which the cap 2 is attached, the outer periphery of the cap 2 and the outer periphery of the front tube outer cylinder 19 are substantially flush.

The front tube 10 includes a front cavity part 13 into which the cosmetic material A is inserted, a rear cavity part 14 having an inner diameter larger than that of the front cavity part 13, and the front cavity part 13 and the rear cavity. And a stepped portion 17 formed between the portion 14.

The front cavity portion 13 is formed continuously in the axial direction from the tip opening hole 11. After the cosmetic material delivery container 1 is assembled, the front cavity portion 13 is directly filled with the gel cosmetic material A from the tip opening hole 11.

The rear cavity portion 14 is formed continuously from the rear end opening hole 16 in the axial direction. In the vicinity of the rear end opening hole 16 in the rear cavity portion 14, an annular fitting recess 15 that is fitted to the drive cylinder 20 so as to be relatively rotatable is provided.

The step portion 17 is a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the front tube 10. A front end 41 (described later) of the screw spring 40 abuts on the stepped portion 17. A plurality of vertical ribs 17 a extending in the axial direction from the stepped portion 17 are formed on the inner periphery of the rear cavity portion 14.

The longitudinal rib 17 a has a smaller inner diameter than the front end portion 41 of the screw spring 40. Accordingly, when the screw spring 40 is inserted into the rear cavity portion 14, the front end portion 41 is held by the vertical ribs 17a.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cap 2 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape. The cap 2 has an inner cap 2 a at the bottom that closes the tip opening hole 11 while being attached to the front tube 10. By providing the inner cap 2a, the airtightness of the front cavity 13 when the cap 2 is attached to the front tube 10 is secured. Therefore, it is possible to use a soft gel-like cosmetic material A having high volatility.

On the inner periphery of the cap 2 in the vicinity of the opening end, an annular fitting recess 2b that fits with the fitting protrusion 12 of the front tube 10 is provided. By fitting the fitting recess 2b with the fitting projection 12 of the front tube 10, the axial position of the cap 2 is defined.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the drive cylinder 20 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape. The drive cylinder 20 includes an insertion cylinder part 21 that is inserted into the rear cavity part 14 of the front cylinder 10, an outer cylinder part 22 that has an outer diameter larger than that of the insertion cylinder part 21, and an inner peripheral part. It has a plurality of vertical ribs 26 which are formed in the cavity portion 25 and engage with the push rod 30 so as not to be relatively rotatable.

The fitting cylindrical portion 21 is formed in a cylindrical shape. On the outer periphery in the vicinity of the proximal end of the fitting cylindrical portion 21, a fitting convex portion 23 that fits into the fitting concave portion 15 of the front tube 10 is provided in a ring shape.

The outer cylindrical portion 22 is formed continuously with the fitting cylindrical portion 21. The outer cylindrical portion 22 is a portion that is picked and used by the user when the cosmetic material A is fed out. The outer cylinder portion 22 is formed to have the same diameter as the outer diameter of the front cylinder 19 of the front cylinder 10. Therefore, in a state where the drive cylinder 20 is assembled to the front cylinder 10, the outer periphery of the outer cylinder cylindrical portion 22 and the outer periphery of the front cylinder outer cylinder 19 are substantially flush.

The vertical rib 26 extends in the axial direction from the bottom surface 27 of the cavity portion 25 to the front end surface 24 where the opening hole is formed. The vertical rib 26 engages with a guide groove 35 of a large diameter portion 34 described later of the push rod 30. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4B, four vertical ribs 26 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 5, the push rod 30 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The push rod 30 is accommodated in the inner periphery of the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20. The push rod 30 includes a rod shaft 33 provided coaxially with the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20, a decorative material holding portion 31 provided at one end of the rod shaft 33, and a large diameter portion 34 provided at the other end of the rod shaft 33. Have

On the outer periphery of the rod shaft 33, a male thread 32 which is a double thread having a pitch P = 1.0 mm and a lead L = 2.0 mm is formed. The decorative material A filled in the front cavity portion 13 of the front tube 10 is used by being extruded by a minute amount. Therefore, the pitch of the male screw 32 is set to a pitch at which the push rod 30 can be finely moved. Not limited to this, the male screw 32 may be a single thread with a pitch P = 0.5 mm and a lead L = 0.5 mm. A female screw protrusion 44 (described later) of the screw spring 40 can be engaged with the male screw 32.

The decorative material holding portion 31 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a larger diameter than the rod shaft 33. The cosmetic material holding part 31 moves the front cavity part 13 of the front tube 10 in the axial direction. The front end surface 31 a of the decorative material holding portion 31 abuts on the decorative material A filled in the front cavity portion 13 of the front tube 10. The decorative material holding part 31 pushes out the decorative material A by the front end face 31a when the push rod 30 is drawn out.

An annular O-ring groove 31 b is formed in the outer periphery of the substantially central portion in the axial direction of the decorative material holding portion 31. The O-ring 3 (see FIG. 7) is attached to the O-ring groove 31b, and the cap 2 is attached to the front tube 10, whereby the airtightness of the front cavity portion 13 of the front tube 10 is ensured. Further, the O-ring 3 prevents the gel-like decorative material A from leaking.

The large diameter portion 34 is formed to have a large diameter compared to the rod shaft 33. The large diameter portion 34 moves in the axial direction in the cavity portion 25 of the drive cylinder 20. The large-diameter portion 34 defines the push-back limit of the push rod 30 when it contacts the bottom surface 27 of the drive cylinder 20. When the push rod 30 is further moved back in a state where the large diameter portion 34 is in contact with the bottom surface 27, the screwing spring 40 and the male screw 32 are repeatedly unscrewed and screwed back by the elasticity of the screwing spring 40. Thus, the clutch operation is performed.

On the other hand, the large diameter portion 34 defines a forward advance limit of the push rod 30 when it comes into contact with a later-described rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40. In this case as well, when the push rod 30 is further extended while the large-diameter portion 34 is in contact with the rear end portion 42, the screwing spring 40 and the male screw 32 are unscrewed by the elasticity of the screwing spring 40. The screwing is repeated and the clutch operation is performed.

In this embodiment, the push rod 30 can be fed back, but the decorative material A is directly filled into the front cavity portion 13 of the front tube 10 and abuts against the front end surface 31a of the decorative material holding portion 31. Because it is only, it is not repeated.

A plurality of guide grooves 35 that engage with the vertical ribs 26 of the drive cylinder 20 are recessed in the axial direction on the outer periphery of the large diameter portion 34. When the guide groove 35 is engaged with the vertical rib 26, relative rotation between the push rod 30 and the drive cylinder 20 becomes impossible. Therefore, when the user picks and rotates the drive cylinder 20, the push rod 30 also rotates simultaneously.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the screw spring 40 is formed in a drum shape. The screw spring 40 is provided between the front end surface 24 of the fitting cylindrical portion 21 and the stepped portion 17 of the front tube 10 and is accommodated in the rear cavity portion 14 of the front tube 10. The screw spring 40 is compressed in the axial direction when the drive cylinder 20 is assembled to the front cylinder 10, and is screwed into the male screw 32 of the push rod 30.

The screw spring 40 is in contact with the front tube 10 and has a front end portion 41 whose axial position is defined, a rear end portion 42 which is in contact with the drive tube 20 and whose axial position is defined, and a front end portion 41. And a plurality of leaf spring portions 43 that connect the front end portion 41 and the rear end portion 42 to bend toward the push rod 30, and are provided in at least one of the plurality of leaf spring portions 43. And an internal thread protrusion 44 that meshes with the external thread 32.

The screw spring 40 is formed of a stainless steel thin plate. Thereby, durability and restoring property of the screw spring 40 are ensured, and the cosmetic material feeding container 1 can be used for a long time. Alternatively, the screw spring 40 can be formed of other materials such as resin.

The front end portion 41 is formed in an annular shape. The outer diameter of the front end portion 41 is smaller than the inner diameter of the rear cavity portion 14 of the front tube 10 and larger than the inner diameter between the longitudinal ribs 17 a formed in the rear cavity portion 14. The screw spring 40 rotates integrally with the front tube 10 by fixing the front end portion 41 to the vertical rib 17 a formed on the inner periphery of the front tube 10.

In the center of the front end portion 41, a through hole 41a is formed through which the rod shaft 33 of the push rod 30 can advance and retract. The front end portion 41 abuts on the step portion 17 formed on the inner periphery of the front tube 10.

The rear end portion 42 is formed in an annular shape having the same shape as the front end portion 41. The outer diameter of the rear end portion 42 is formed smaller than the inner diameter of the rear cavity portion 14 of the front tube 10. In the center of the rear end portion 42, a through hole 42a is formed through which the rod shaft 33 of the push rod 30 can advance and retract. The rear end portion 42 abuts on the front end surface 24 of the fitting cylindrical portion 21 of the drive cylinder 20.

The leaf spring portion 43 receives an axial compressive force between the front end portion 41 and the rear end portion 42 and bends toward the push rod 30. As shown in FIG. 6B, the leaf spring portion 43 curves toward the inner periphery when pressed in the axial direction. Instead of this, the leaf spring portion 43 may be formed to bend toward the inner periphery when pressed in the axial direction. The leaf spring portion 43 is twisted by the frictional force between the front end face 24 and the rear end portion 42 of the drive cylinder 20 when the front cylinder 10 and the drive cylinder 20 are relatively rotated.

The female screw protrusion 44 meshes with the male screw 32 when the leaf spring portion 43 is bent. The female screw protrusion 44 is provided so as to protrude inside the substantially central portion of the leaf spring portion 43 in the axial direction. The female screw projection 44 is parallel to the front end portion 41 and the rear end portion 42 because the leaf spring portion 43 is not twisted in a state where the drive cylinder 20 is assembled to the front cylinder 10 and has not yet been relatively rotated.

When the leading cylinder 10 and the driving cylinder 20 are rotated relative to each other, the female thread protrusion 44 meshes with the male thread 32 in a state where the leaf spring portion 43 is twisted so as to be entangled with the outer periphery of the push rod 30 as shown in FIG. The female thread protrusion 44 is inclined in the same direction as the lead angle of the male thread 32 when the leading cylinder 10 and the drive cylinder 20 are relatively rotated in the direction in which the decorative material A is fed out (hereinafter referred to as “forward direction”). .

As a result, the female screw protrusion 44 and the male screw 32 are screwed together with a strong screwing force. Therefore, even when the cosmetic A is in close contact with the front cavity portion 13 of the front tube 10, it can be pushed out with a strong force.

Further, when the user applies makeup, the decorative material A is pressed in the direction of retraction in the axial direction, but the female screw protrusion 44 and the male screw 32 are screwed together with a strong screwing force. So-called cup-down in which A is repeated is suppressed.

On the other hand, the female thread protrusion 44 is opposite to the lead angle of the male thread 32 when the leading cylinder 10 and the drive cylinder 20 are relatively rotated in the direction in which the decorative material A is fed back (hereinafter referred to as “reverse direction”). Inclined to. As a result, the screwing force between the female screw protrusion 44 and the male screw 32 is smaller than that in the case of relative rotation in the forward direction. However, the cosmetic material feeding container 1 does not rewind the cosmetic material A, which is a problem. It will not be.

When the leaf spring portion 43 is twisted so as to be entangled with the outer periphery of the push rod 30, an appropriate resistance is imparted to the relative rotation between the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide an O-ring or the like for imparting resistance to the relative rotation between the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20. Further, since the restoring force by the compressed screw spring 40 acts in the direction in which the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 are separated from each other, the wobble between the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 is suppressed.

The female screw protrusion 44 may be provided in one of the plurality of leaf spring portions 43. However, when the pair of leaf spring portions 43 are provided to face each other as in the present embodiment, both leaf springs are provided. It is desirable to form the part 43. Moreover, the leaf | plate spring part 43 is not restricted to a pair, Any number may be sufficient if it is plurality.

In addition, the screw spring 40 is not fixed upside down. Therefore, the screw spring 40 may be accommodated in the rear cavity portion 14 such that the front end portion 41 abuts on the front end surface 24 of the drive cylinder 20 and the rear end portion 42 abuts on the step portion 17 of the front cylinder 10. .

Next, mainly with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 8, and FIG. 9, the operation of the cosmetic material feeding container 1 will be described.

FIG. 8 shows a state in the middle of assembling the cosmetic material feeding container 1. In the state shown in FIG. 8, the drive cylinder 20 is not yet assembled to the front cylinder 10, the push rod 30 is inserted into the cavity portion 25 of the drive cylinder 20, and the screw spring 40 is attached to the outer periphery of the push rod 30. . In this state, the screw spring 40 is not yet pressed in the axial direction, so that the female screw protrusion 44 is not engaged with the male screw 32 of the rod shaft 33.

From this state, when the fitting cylindrical portion 21 of the drive cylinder 20 is pushed into the rear cavity portion 14 of the front cylinder 10, first, the front end portion 41 of the screw spring 40 enters between the vertical ribs 17a. And the front-end part 41 will contact | abut to the step part 17, and will be hold | maintained between the vertical ribs 17a.

When the fitting cylindrical portion 21 of the driving cylinder 20 is further pushed into the rear cavity portion 14 of the leading cylinder 10, the fitting convex portion 23 of the driving cylinder 20 is fitted into the fitting concave portion 15 of the leading cylinder 10. Accordingly, the axial positions of the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 are defined, and the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 are assembled so as to be relatively rotatable.

At the same time, the front end face 24 of the drive cylinder 20 presses the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40, and the screw spring 40 is compressed in the axial direction. Accordingly, the pair of leaf spring portions 43 of the screw spring 40 are curved toward the inner periphery, and the female screw protrusion 44 provided on the leaf spring portion 43 is engaged with the male screw 32 of the push rod 30.

In this way, the screw spring 40 is compressed between the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 simply by assembling the drive tube 20 to the front tube 10, and the female screw protrusion 44 is engaged with the male screw 32. Accordingly, it is possible to easily form a female screw that is screwed into the male screw 32 formed on the outer periphery of the push rod 30.

After the drive cylinder 20 is assembled to the front cylinder 10, the gel-like cosmetic material A is directly filled from the tip opening hole 11, as shown in FIG. And the cosmetic material delivery container 1 is completed by attaching the cap 2 to the cap insertion part 18 of the front tube 10. FIG.

From the state shown in FIG. 1, when the user performs an operation of picking the front cylinder outer cylinder 19 of the front cylinder 10 and the outer cylinder cylindrical portion 22 of the drive cylinder 20 and rotating them relative to each other, a screw that rotates integrally with the front cylinder 10 is performed. The push rod 30 that rotates integrally with the drive cylinder 20 rotates relative to the combined spring 40. Accordingly, when the user relatively rotates the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 in the forward direction, the push rod 30 is fed out in the axial direction by the engagement of the female screw protrusion 44 of the screw spring 40 and the male screw 32 of the push rod 30. It will be. Therefore, the decorative material A is pushed out by the front end surface 31a of the decorative material holding part 31 of the push rod 30 and is ready for use by the user.

When the user continues the relative rotation of the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 further, as shown in FIG. 9, the push rod 30 is extended to the extension advance limit. This advancement limit is defined by the large diameter portion 34 of the push rod 30 coming into contact with the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40. From this state, even if the user further rotates the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 relative to each other, the male screw 32 rotates idle due to the expansion of the female screw protrusion 44 by the elasticity of the leaf spring portion 43. Therefore, the push rod 30 does not stroke any more.

Not limited to this, the extension advance limit of the push rod 30 may be defined by reaching the stroke end of the male screw 32 of the push rod 30 before the large diameter portion 34 contacts the rear end portion 42.

According to the first embodiment described above, the following effects are obtained.

In the cosmetic material supply container 1, a screw spring 40 that is compressed in the axial direction between the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 and screwed into the male screw 32 of the push rod 30 is provided. The screw spring 40 has a plate spring portion 43 that bends toward the push rod 30 by receiving a compressive force in the axial direction, and a female screw protrusion 44 that meshes with the male screw 32 of the push rod 30 when the plate spring portion 43 is bent. It is formed. Therefore, the screw spring 40 is compressed between the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20 simply by assembling the drive tube 20 to the front tube 10, and the female screw protrusion 44 is engaged with the male screw 32. Accordingly, it is possible to easily form a female screw that is screwed into the male screw 32 formed on the outer periphery of the push rod 30.

As described above, the screw spring 40 is compressed in the axial direction between the front tube 10 and the drive tube 20, whereby the leaf spring portion 43 is bent toward the push rod 30, and the female screw protrusion 44 is the male screw 32. It meshes with. Alternatively, the female screw protrusion 44 may already be engaged with the male screw 32 in a state where the screw spring 40 is not compressed in the axial direction.

In this case, the length of the screw spring 40 between the front end portion 41 and the rear end portion 42 is the distance between the stepped portion 17 and the front end surface 24 in a state where the drive tube 20 is assembled to the front tube 10. Formed to match. The screw spring 40 is formed in a shape in which the pair of leaf spring portions 43 are curved in advance toward the push rod 30 so that the female screw protrusion 44 meshes with the male screw 32.

Thus, the female screw protrusion 44 can be engaged with the male screw 32 without compressing the screw spring 40 in the axial direction. When the screw spring 40 is assembled to the push rod 30, the decorative material holding portion 31 of the push rod 30 is inserted from the through hole 42 a side of the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40. The decorative material holding portion 31 passes through the female screw protrusion 44 while spreading the leaf spring portion 43 outward. When the decorative material holding portion 31 passes, the leaf spring portion 43 returns to its original shape, and the female screw projection 44 meshes with the male screw 32.

At this time, the length between the front end portion 41 and the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40 is set between the stepped portion 17 and the front end face 24 in the state where the drive tube 20 is assembled to the front tube 10. It may be formed slightly longer than the distance. In this case, when the drive cylinder 20 is assembled to the front cylinder 10, the screw spring 40 is compressed in the axial direction, so that the female screw protrusion 44 is strongly engaged with the male screw 32.

(Second embodiment)
Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 10 to 12, a cosmetic material supply container 101 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In each embodiment described below, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those in the above-described embodiment, and a duplicate description will be omitted as appropriate.

The cosmetic material supply container 101 according to the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that it can not only supply the cosmetic material B but also return it.

As shown in FIG. 10, the cosmetic material feeding container 101 has a front tube 110 in which the cosmetic material B is located on the inner periphery and a front end opening hole 11 into which the cosmetic material B can advance is formed at the front end, and the front tube 110. A drive cylinder 20 that is assembled so as to be relatively rotatable, a cosmetic material holding part 131 that rotates integrally with the drive cylinder 20 and holds and feeds the decorative material B, and a male screw 32 extending from the decorative material holding part 131 to the outer periphery. The push rod 130 having the rod shaft 33 formed with the front tube 110 rotates integrally with the front tube 110, is compressed in the axial direction between the front tube 110 and the drive tube 20, and is screwed into the male screw 32. A screw spring 40 is provided that causes the push rod 130 to advance and retract in the axial direction by relative rotation of 110 and the drive cylinder 20.

In the cosmetic material supply container 101, the user can pay out the cosmetic material B by relatively rotating the front tube 110 and the drive tube 20 in the forward direction, and the user reverses the front tube 110 and the drive tube 20. The decorative material B can be fed back by rotating it in the direction.

As shown in FIG. 11, the front tube 110 is formed in a tapered shape whose outer diameter gradually decreases toward the front end opening hole 11. The front tube 110 is a portion that is picked and used by the user when the cosmetic material B is fed out or fed back.

The front tube 110 includes a front cavity part 13 into which the cosmetic material B is inserted, a rear cavity part 14 having an inner diameter larger than that of the front cavity part 13, and the front cavity part 13 and the rear cavity. A step portion 17 formed between the step portion 14, a plurality of vertical ribs 17 a extending in the axial direction from the step portion 17, and a concave portion in the rear cavity portion 14, and fitted to be freely rotatable relative to the drive cylinder 20. And an annular fitting recess 15 to be joined.

As shown in FIG. 12, the push rod 130 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The push rod 130 is accommodated on the inner periphery of the front tube 110 and the drive tube 20. The push rod 130 includes a rod shaft 33 provided coaxially with the leading tube 110 and the drive tube 20, a decorative material holding portion 131 provided at one end of the rod shaft 33, and a large diameter portion 34 provided at the other end of the rod shaft 33. Have

The decorative material holding part 131 is formed in a cup shape and holds the decorative material B which is a rod-shaped forming core. The decorative material holding part 131 is formed in a thin film shape so as to be substantially flush with the outer periphery of the decorative material B when the decorative material B is inserted. In this embodiment, since the low-volatility decorative material B is used with a rod-shaped forming core, it is not necessary to attach a cap or an O-ring to close the front cavity 13 and ensure airtightness. .

When the user performs an operation of relatively rotating the front tube 110 and the drive tube 20 in the forward direction, the decorative material B is fed out while rotating around the central axis in the front tube 110. Similarly, when the user performs an operation of relatively rotating the front tube 110 and the drive tube 20 in the opposite directions, the decorative material B is fed back while rotating around the central axis in the front tube 110.

The female screw projection 44 is inclined in the same direction as the lead angle of the male screw 32 when the leading cylinder 110 and the driving cylinder 20 are relatively rotated in the forward direction. As a result, the female screw protrusion 44 and the male screw 32 are screwed together with a strong screwing force. Therefore, when the user applies makeup, the decorative material B is pressed in the direction of retraction in the axial direction, but the female screw projection 44 and the male screw 32 are screwed together with a strong screwing force. So-called cup-down in which B is fed back is suppressed.

On the other hand, the female screw protrusion 44 is inclined in the direction opposite to the lead angle of the male screw 32 when the leading cylinder 110 and the drive cylinder 20 are relatively rotated in the opposite directions. Thereby, although the screwing force between the female screw protrusion 44 and the male screw 32 becomes smaller than that in the case of relative rotation in the forward direction, the decorative material B can be sufficiently fed back.

According to the second embodiment described above, similarly to the first embodiment, the screw spring 40 is connected between the front tube 110 and the drive tube 20 simply by assembling the drive tube 20 to the front tube 110. By being compressed, the female screw protrusion 44 meshes with the male screw 32. Accordingly, it is possible to easily form a female screw that is screwed into the male screw 32 formed on the outer periphery of the push rod 130.

Further, not only the decorative material B is fed out but also can be fed back by screwing the screwing spring 40 and the push rod 130 together.

(Third embodiment)
Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 13 to 17, a cosmetic material feeding container 201 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described.

The cosmetic material supply container 201 according to the third embodiment is different from the above-described embodiments in that the push rod 230 rotates integrally with the front tube 110 and the screw spring 40 rotates integrally with the drive tube 220. Is different.

As shown in FIG. 13, the cosmetic material feeding container 201 includes a tip tube 210 in which a stick-shaped decorative material C is located on the inner periphery and a tip opening hole 211 in which the stick-shaped decorative material C can advance is formed at the tip. A driving cylinder 220 that is assembled to the cylinder 210 so as to be relatively rotatable, a cosmetic material holding part 231 that rotates integrally with the front cylinder 210, holds and feeds the stick-shaped decorative material C, and extends from the decorative material holding part 231 to the outer periphery. The push rod 230 having the rod shaft 33 on which the male screw 32 is formed, and the drive cylinder 220 rotate together, are compressed in the axial direction between the leading cylinder 210 and the drive cylinder 220 and screwed into the male screw 32. And a screw spring 40 that moves the push rod 230 forward and backward in the axial direction by relative rotation between the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220.

In the cosmetic material feeding container 201, the user can feed the stick-shaped cosmetic material C by relatively rotating the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220 in the forward direction, and the user moves the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220. The rod-shaped decorative material C can be fed back by relatively rotating in the reverse direction.

As shown in FIG. 14, the front cylinder 210 is formed with an insertion cylinder part 218 that is inserted into a front cavity part 228 described later of the drive cylinder 220, and an outer diameter larger than that of the insertion cylinder part 218. A cylindrical member having a knob 219.

The fitting cylindrical part 218 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. An annular fitting convex portion 212 that fits into a fitting concave portion 223 (described later) of the drive cylinder 220 protrudes from the fitting cylindrical portion 218. A rear end opening hole 216 that communicates in the axial direction from the front end opening hole 211 is formed at the rear end portion of the fitting cylindrical portion 218.

The knob portion 219 is a portion that the user picks and uses when the stick-shaped decorative material C is fed out or fed back. The knob portion 219 is formed continuously with the fitting cylindrical portion 218. The knob portion 219 is formed in a tapered shape whose outer diameter gradually decreases toward the tip opening hole 211 at the tip. The rear end portion of the knob portion 219 is formed to have substantially the same diameter as the outer diameter of the drive cylinder 220. Therefore, in a state where the drive cylinder 220 is attached to the front cylinder 210, the outer periphery of the rear end portion of the knob portion 219 and the outer periphery of the drive cylinder 220 are substantially flush.

On the inner periphery of the front tube 210, a plurality of sliding grooves 213 in which claw pieces 231a forming a decorative material holding portion 231 (to be described later) of the push rod 230 slide are extended in the axial direction. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14C, four sliding grooves 213 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 15, the drive cylinder 220 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape. The drive cylinder 220 includes a rear cavity part 229 formed in the axial direction from the bottom surface 227, a front cavity part 228 having an inner diameter larger than that of the rear cavity part 229, a rear cavity part 229, and a front part. And a step portion 222 formed between the cavity portion 228 and the cavity portion 228.

The front cavity 228 is formed continuously from the distal end opening hole 221 in the axial direction. In the vicinity of the front end opening hole 221 in the front cavity portion 228, an annular fitting recess 223 that fits in a freely rotatable manner with the fitting projection 212 of the front tube 210 is provided.

The step portion 222 is a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the drive cylinder 220. The step portion 222 is in contact with the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40. A plurality of vertical ribs 222 a extending in the axial direction from the step portion 222 are formed on the inner periphery of the front cavity portion 228.

The longitudinal rib 222 a has a smaller inner diameter than the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40. Accordingly, when the screw spring 40 is inserted into the front cavity portion 228, the rear end portion 42 is held by the vertical rib 222a.

As shown in FIG. 16, the push rod 230 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The push rod 230 is accommodated on the inner periphery of the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220. The push rod 230 includes a rod shaft 33 provided coaxially with the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220, a cosmetic material holding portion 231 provided at one end of the rod shaft 33, and an engagement extending from the decorative material holding portion 231 in the axial direction. It has a ligament part 236 and a stopper part 234 provided at the other end of the rod shaft 33.

The decorative material holding portion 231 includes a plurality of claw pieces 231a that sandwich and hold the stick-shaped decorative material C.

The claw pieces 231a are formed at four locations at intervals of 90 degrees. The claw piece 231 a has a protrusion on the outer periphery thereof in contact with the sliding groove 213 of the front tube 210, and slides on the inner periphery of the sliding groove 213.

The claw piece 231a is formed so that the tip of the claw piece 231a does not come into contact with the tip of the sliding groove 213 in the front tube 210 when the push rod 230 is positioned at the forward advance limit. Therefore, even if the push rod 230 is further extended at the advance advance limit, an excessive burden is not applied to the claw piece 231a.

Further, the claw piece 231a is formed to have a small width compared to the width of the sliding groove 213. Therefore, the claw piece 231a is not engaged with the circumferential direction of the sliding groove 213 to restrict relative rotation, and an excessive load is not applied to the claw piece 231a.

The engaging strip 236 engages with the sliding groove 213. Thereby, the relative rotation of the push rod 230 and the front tube 210 becomes impossible. Therefore, when the user picks and rotates the front tube 210, the push rod 230 also rotates at the same time.

The engaging strip 236 is formed to have substantially the same diameter as the protrusion on the outer periphery of the claw piece 231a. That is, the engaging strip 236 is formed with an outer diameter that is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the sliding groove 213 of the front tube 210. Accordingly, the coaxiality between the push rod 230 and the front tube 210 is maintained, and the push rod 230 is prevented from rattling with respect to the front tube 210. The engaging strip 236 always engages with the sliding groove 213 in the entire stroke from the feed forward limit to the feed backward limit of the push rod 230.

The stopper portion 234 is formed with a larger diameter than the rod shaft 33. The stopper part 234 moves the rear cavity part 229 of the drive cylinder 220 in the axial direction. The stopper portion 234 defines the extension / retraction limit of the push rod 230 when it comes into contact with the bottom surface 227 of the drive cylinder 220. If the push rod 230 is further moved back in a state where the stopper portion 234 is in contact with the bottom surface 227, the screw release of the screw spring 40 and the male screw 32 and the screw return are repeated by the elasticity of the screw spring 40. Thus, the clutch operation is performed.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 17, the stopper portion 234 defines a forward advance limit of the push rod 230 when it comes into contact with the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40. Similarly, in this case, when the push rod 230 is further extended while the stopper portion 234 is in contact with the rear end portion 42, the screwing spring 40 and the male screw 32 are unscrewed and screwed by the elasticity of the screwing spring 40. The recovery is repeated and the clutch operation is performed.

As shown in FIG. 16, the stopper part 234 is formed in a taper shape whose outer diameter gradually decreases toward the free end. Further, the stopper portion 234 is formed with a notch portion 235 that is notched in the axial direction from the free end.

Accordingly, when the screw spring 40 is attached to the push rod 230, the outer diameter of the stopper portion 234 is reduced by deforming the notch portion 235 to be small. Therefore, the screw spring 40 is attached to the push rod 230 by passing the through hole 41a of the front end portion 41 and the through hole 42a of the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40 while the outer diameter of the stopper portion 234 is reduced. Can be attached.

The screw spring 40 is provided between the rear end surface of the fitting cylindrical portion 218 and the step portion 222. The screw spring 40 rotates integrally with the drive cylinder 220 when the rear end portion 42 is fixed to a vertical rib 222 a formed on the inner periphery of the drive cylinder 220.

When the user performs an operation of relatively rotating the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220 in the forward direction, the rod-shaped decorative material C is fed out without rotating in the front tube 210. Similarly, when the user performs an operation of relatively rotating the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220 in the opposite directions, the rod-shaped decorative material C is fed back without rotating in the front tube 210.

The female thread protrusion 44 is inclined in the same direction as the lead angle of the male thread 32 when the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220 are relatively rotated in the forward direction. As a result, the female screw protrusion 44 and the male screw 32 are screwed together with a strong screwing force. Therefore, when the user applies makeup, the rod-shaped decorative material C is pressed in a direction in which the rod-shaped decorative material C is fed back in the axial direction. However, since the female screw protrusion 44 and the male screw 32 are screwed together with a strong screwing force, So-called cup-down in which the decorative material C is fed back is suppressed.

On the other hand, the female screw protrusion 44 is inclined in the direction opposite to the lead angle of the male screw 32 when the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220 are relatively rotated in the reverse direction. As a result, the screwing force between the female screw projection 44 and the male screw 32 becomes smaller than that when the female screw protrusion 44 and the male screw 32 are relatively rotated in the forward direction, but the rod-shaped decorative material C can be sufficiently fed back.

According to the third embodiment described above, the screw spring 40 is connected between the front tube 210 and the drive tube 220 just by assembling the drive tube 220 to the front tube 210 as in the above-described embodiments. By being compressed, the female screw protrusion 44 meshes with the male screw 32. Therefore, it is possible to easily form a female screw that is screwed into the male screw 32 formed on the outer periphery of the push rod 230.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is obvious that various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea.

For example, in each of the above-described embodiments, either the front end portion 41 or the rear end portion 42 of the screw spring 40 is held by the vertical ribs 17a and 222a so as to be integrated with the front tube 10 or 110 or the drive tube 220. I try to rotate. Instead of this, the front cylinders 10 and 110 or the drive cylinder 220 may be rotated integrally based on the magnitude of the frictional force acting on the front end portion 41 and the rear end portion 42.

Specifically, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the friction force between the front cylinders 10 and 110 and the front end portion 41 is compared with the friction force acting on the rear end portion 42. Make it bigger. Further, in the third embodiment, the frictional force between the drive cylinder 220 and the rear end part 42 is made larger than the frictional force acting on the front end part 41.

As a result, as in the above-described embodiments, when the front cylinders 10, 110, 220 and the drive cylinders 20, 220 are rotated relative to each other, the push rod 30 is extended by the screwing of the screw spring 40 and the male screw 32. It is possible to repeat.
