この発明に係る映像表示装置は、
映像スクリーンに用いられる、複数個の発光表示素子で構成される表示素子群と該表示素子群への信号を駆動する表示素子ドライバとを備えた複数の映像表示パネル、
前記映像スクリーンに表示される映像信号データを一時的に記憶する映像メモリと、
前記表示素子群を構成する前記発光表示素子ごとの輝度のばらつきを補正する輝度補正値データを一時的に記憶する輝度補正値メモリと、
前記映像メモリに記憶された前記映像信号データおよび前記輝度補正値メモリに記憶された前記輝度補正値データを演算して前記映像表示パネルを駆動するためのドライバ駆動データを生成する演算制御器と、
前記複数の映像表示パネル用に一括してまとめられた前記輝度補正値データを記憶する不揮発性メモリと、
前記映像表示パネルとの間で前記輝度補正値データを送受信するための制御装置であるマイコンと、を有する制御ユニット、
を備えた映像表示装置であって、
当該映像表示装置の外部から送信される信号を用いて前記不揮発性メモリに輝度補正値データを書き込むように構成したものである。

A plurality of video display panels comprising a display element group composed of a plurality of light emitting display elements and a display element driver for driving a signal to the display element group , used in a video screen
A video memory for temporarily storing video signal data displayed on the video screen;
A luminance correction value memory for temporarily storing luminance correction value data for correcting variations in luminance for each of the light emitting display elements constituting the display element group;
An arithmetic controller for calculating the video signal data stored in the video memory and the luminance correction value data stored in the luminance correction value memory to generate driver driving data for driving the video display panel;
A non-volatile memory for storing the brightness correction value data collectively for the plurality of video display panels;
A control unit having a microcomputer that is a control device for transmitting and receiving the brightness correction value data to and from the video display panel;
A video display device comprising:
The brightness correction value data is written in the nonvolatile memory using a signal transmitted from the outside of the video display device.
Claims (4)
前記映像スクリーンに表示される映像信号データを一時的に記憶する映像メモリと、
前記表示素子群を構成する前記発光表示素子ごとの輝度のばらつきを補正する輝度補正値データを一時的に記憶する輝度補正値メモリと、
前記映像メモリに記憶された前記映像信号データおよび前記輝度補正値メモリに記憶された前記輝度補正値データを演算して前記映像表示パネルを駆動するためのドライバ駆動データを生成する演算制御器と、
前記複数の映像表示パネル用に一括してまとめられた前記輝度補正値データを記憶する不揮発性メモリと、
前記映像表示パネルとの間で前記輝度補正値データを送受信するための制御装置であるマイコンと、を有する制御ユニット、
を備えた映像表示装置であって、
