Abstract

【課題】紙幣は棄損する部分を有することにより、誰でも簡単に棄損し、その価値を容易に減らすことのできる紙幣を提供する。
【解決手段】紙幣を棄損させる部分２を有することによって、当該棄損させる部分２を棄損することにより、その価値を減らすことができる紙幣を作成する。これにより紙幣の機能、額面や信用を失うことなく、減価することを可能する。

Description

本発明は、紙幣の価値を減らすために、棄損させる部分を有する紙幣に関する。
従来、紙幣には価値を減らしていくという発想がなく、紙幣を破ったり、切ったり、穴をあけるなど、棄損することができない。
従来の紙幣は、価値が減らないことにより貯め込まれ、流通が滞り、景気悪化の一因になっている。また、破ったり切ったり、穴をあけるなど、棄損して価値を減らすことができる紙幣が存在しない、といった問題がある。
本発明は、紙幣が棄損させる部分を有するため、誰でも簡単に棄損し、紙幣の価値を容易に減らすことができることを特徴とする。
このような形にすることで、誰でも簡単に紙幣を棄損させ、価値を減らすことができる。これにより紙幣が溜め込まれることを防ぎ、流通が確保され、景気を浮揚させる効果がある。
棄損する（減価する）前の紙幣について説明するための図である。 棄損させた（減価した）後の紙幣について説明するための図である。
本発明の紙幣には、棄損させる部分が示されている。利用者は示された部分を棄損し、紙幣の価値を減らすことができる。
棄損させる部分を有する紙幣を発行する。一定の期間を過ぎると紙幣を棄損し減価しなければならない、といったルールを定める。地域やコミュニティなどで使用する。紙幣を手にした利用者は、ルールに従い使用し、一定の期間が過ぎれば紙幣を棄損し減価しなければならない。棄損の仕方は、指定された部分をちぎる、破る、切る、穴をあけるなど、利用者のやり易い方法でかまわない。
これにより紙幣の機能、額面や信用を失うことなく、減価することができる。この紙幣を手にした人は、価値が減ることを嫌い、この紙幣を優先して使用することになる。結果、紙幣の流通が促進され、経済の活性化に効果がある。
実施例について図面を参照して説明する。
図１は、棄損する（減価する）前の紙幣である。棄損させる部分が誰にでも分かる形にする。棄損させる部分は簡単に行なえる場所であればどこでもよい。
図２は、棄損させた（減価した）後の紙幣である。棄損させる方法は、ちぎる、破る、切る、穴を開けるなど、誰にでも簡単に行なうことができる方法であればよい。棄損させているので、減価していることが誰にでも分かる。また、額面や信用といった紙幣本来の機能を失わない。
地域通貨や法定通貨など、通貨類に利用できる。
