Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an oil supply device that supplies fuel oil to an automobile. In particular, the present invention relates to an oil supply apparatus having a lower case provided with an oil supply device, an upper case provided with an oil supply control device and an indicator, and a top case provided on a support column.
In order to supply fuel to an automobile with such a fueling device, a plurality of types of fueling systems are incorporated so that a plurality of types of fuel oil (for example, regular gasoline, high-octane, light oil) can be supplied.
Here, the fueling device includes a lower case and an upper indicator case, and the lower case houses an oiling mechanism such as an oil pump and a flow meter. The upper indicator case contains an oil amount indicator. In addition, electronic devices such as a keypad are accommodated.
And the panel which covers the lower case is removable for the maintenance check of the oil supply mechanism.
For maintenance and inspection of equipment in the lower case of such a fueling device, remove the fueling nozzle from the nozzle hook and place the oiling nozzle removed from the nozzle hook on the ground (floor surface of the gas station). It was necessary to remove the front panel.
However, when the oil nozzle is placed on the floor of the gas station, there is a risk that the vehicle will get on the oil nozzle when a vehicle that requests oil supply arrives.
On the other hand, the applicant has proposed an oil supply device in which a nozzle hook is separately provided in the lower case so that the oil supply nozzle at the tip of the oil supply hose does not get in the way during maintenance and inspection of the oil supply mechanism (patent) Reference 1).
Although such a fueling device (Patent Document 1) is effective, since a nozzle hook must be separately provided in the lower case, the manufacturing cost may increase.
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fueling device that can easily and safely perform maintenance and inspection work on fueling equipment.
The fueling device (1) of the present invention includes a lower case (2) for housing fueling equipment (
The lower case (2) is covered with a front panel (6). The front panel (6) includes a center panel (7) and side panels (8a, 8b) disposed on both sides of the center panel (7). It is characterized by having.
Here, the center panel (7) is configured to be removable from the lower case (2).
In the present invention, the side panels (8a, 8b) are preferably openable and closable (for example, in the horizontal direction by a hinge 15).
Here, the side panel (8a, 8b) is provided with a nozzle hook (9), and the nozzle hook (9) is an oil supply hose connected to the fuel supply device (the
Moreover, in this invention, the oil supply hose (10) provided with the oil supply nozzle (11) latched by the nozzle hook (9) isolate | separates for every oil kind system | strain, and either of the left and right side panels (8a, 8b). It is preferable that it is arrange | positioned.
More specifically, the side panels (8a, 8b) are provided on the left and right sides of the lower case (2), and the nozzle hook (9) provided on one side panel (8a) is refueled in communication with the gasoline system. The oil supply nozzle (11) of the hose (10) is locked, and the nozzle hook (9) provided on the other side panel (8b) is connected to the light oil system, the oil supply nozzle (11) of the oil supply hose (10). Is preferably locked.
In carrying out the present invention, the front panel (34) of the upper case (3) is detachably attached (by a hinge 36), and the front panel (34) of the upper case (3) is provided with a static electricity removing pad (33). It is preferred that
Moreover, it is preferable to provide an oil pan (21) in the lower part of the lower case (2).
Furthermore, it is preferable that the lower frame (18) of the lower case (2) is provided with a bolt (13) for ground connection confirmation, and the bolt (13) is grounded via a cable and a joint box.
According to the oil supply device (1) of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the center panel (7) can be configured to be removable from the lower case (2). When performing maintenance and inspection of the
Here, if the side panel (8a, 8b) is provided with a nozzle hook (9) and the side panel (8a, 8b) can be opened and closed in the left-right direction, the nozzle hook ( The side panels (8a, 8b) can be opened in the left-right direction with the oil supply nozzle (11) locked to 9).
If the side panels (8a, 8b) are opened in the left-right direction in a state where the oil supply nozzle (11) is locked to the nozzle hook (9), a wide space for maintenance and inspection work can be secured. At the same time, during the maintenance and inspection work, the oil supply nozzle (11) is locked to the nozzle hook (9) without placing the oil supply nozzle (11) on the ground (or the floor surface in the case of a gas station). Can be maintained.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the oil supply nozzle (11) does not get in the way during maintenance and inspection work.
In addition, as in the prior art, it is possible to prevent the danger that the vehicle gets on the fuel nozzle placed on the floor of the gas station, breaks the fuel nozzle, or the vehicle handle is removed. I can do it.
Further, it is sufficient to provide the nozzle hook (9) on the side panels (8a, 8b), and it is not necessary to provide a separate nozzle hook in the housing, and the manufacturing cost is reduced accordingly.
Moreover, in this invention, the oil hose (10) provided with the oil nozzle (11) latched by the nozzle hook (9) is isolate | separated for every oil type system | strain, and either of the left and right side panels (8a, 8b) is used. If it arrange | positions, for example, the fuel nozzle (11A, 11B) for gasoline type fuel will be latched by the nozzle hook (9) provided in one side panel (8a), and the other side panel (8b) For example, an oil supply nozzle (11C) for light oil can be locked to the nozzle hook (9) provided in the nozzle.
Since the position of the nozzle hook (9) is separated into right and left based on the type of fuel oil to be refueled, the possibility of erroneous oil type refueling can be reduced.
Further, when such a configuration is adopted, for example, when a fuel hose (10A, 10B) for supplying gasoline fuel and a fuel hose (10C) for supplying light oil are suspended from the top case (5), a fuel hose (10 ) Are arranged at equal intervals, the oil supply hoses (10) are less likely to be entangled with each other.
In addition, in the present invention, if a static electricity removing pad (33) is provided on the front panel (34) of the upper case (3), the center panel (7) is removed from the lower case (2) when performing maintenance and inspection. At this time, since the static eliminating pad (33) is not provided on the center panel (7), it is not necessary to remove the ground wire connected to the static eliminating pad (33).
For this reason, since the static electricity removing pad (33) is always kept connected to the installation ground, the static electricity can be reliably removed by touching the static electricity removing pad (33).
In carrying out the present invention, if an oil pan (21) for collecting oil leakage is provided at the lower part of the lower case (2), it is only necessary to visually check whether or not oil is stored in the oil pan (21). The oil leakage from (19, 26) can be easily detected. And there is no danger that the oil leaked from the oil supply device (19, 26) flows out of the oil supply device (1).
If a grounding detection bolt (13) is provided at the lower part of the lower case (2) and the bolt (13) is grounded via a cable and a joint box, the center panel (7) of the lower case (2) is provided. ) Without connecting the oil supply nozzle (11) and the oil supply hose (10) or the grounding circuit of the oiling worker by bringing the probe of the ground circuit continuity testing device into contact with the bolt (13). Inspection can be performed easily and accurately.

Even if you make a mistake between regular gasoline and high-octane gasoline, there will be no major problems with the car engine. On the other hand, if regular gasoline or high-octane gasoline and light oil are mis-supplied, it will cause a big trouble.

On the other hand, in the illustrated embodiment, as described with reference to FIG. 1, the high-octane gasoline supply hose 10 </ b> B to which the high-octane gasoline supply hose 10 </ b> B is connected is connected to the light oil supply hose 10 </ b> C. It is arranged at a position close to an oil supply pipe 27C for light oil supply. The high-octane gasoline refueling pipe 27 </ b> B is arranged separately from the regular gasoline refueling pipe 27 </ b> C.
As described above, the high-octane gasoline refueling pipe 27B and the regular gasoline refueling pipe 27C are arranged apart from each other as described above, so that the high-octane gasoline refueling hose 10B and the regular gasoline refueling hose are used. The arrangement of the
