Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a washing machine for washing clothes and the like, and more particularly to a washing machine capable of measuring electrical conductivity (hereinafter referred to as “electric conductivity”) of washing water or the like.
The washing machine performs a washing operation of clothes (laundry) with washing water obtained by dissolving detergent in tap water. The tap water supplied to the washing machine contains hardness components such as calcium and magnesium. Since the hardness component is combined with the surfactant, which is the main component of the detergent, to form soap scum, the amount of the surfactant in the wash water is reduced, which causes a reduction in cleaning power. Moreover, the electrical conductivity (hardness) of tap water differs in each region, and also varies from season to season. For this reason, a washing machine which performs washing operation etc. in consideration of the electric conductivity of tap water is required.
Regarding dissolution of the detergent, Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent No. 4448843) discloses an inner tub which is a washing and dehydrating tub provided so as to be inclined and rotated so that the rotation center axis is horizontal or the opening side is raised, A cylindrical outer tub that contains the tub and is coaxial with the inner tub and stores washing water, a drive device that rotationally drives the inner tub, a water supply mechanism that supplies washing water to the outer tub, and the bottom of the outer tub A washing water circulation mechanism that circulates the washing water stored in the tank, a drainage mechanism that drains the washing water in the outer tub, a water level detection means that detects the water level in the outer tub, and the laundry that has been put into the inner tub In a washing machine comprising a cloth amount detection means for detecting the amount of water, and a control device for controlling the drive mechanism, the water supply mechanism, the drainage mechanism, and the wash water circulation mechanism, the wash water circulation mechanism includes a circulation pump, the circulation pump, and the The flow path connecting the outer tub and the flow Is a first flow path from the bottom of the outer tank to the circulation pump, a second flow path from the circulation pump to the bottom of the outer tank, and a third flow path from the circulation pump to the top of the outer tank And a means for switching between the second flow path and the third flow path, and in the detergent dissolution step of generating a detergent solution, the water and detergent supplied to the bottom of the outer tub A washing machine is disclosed that circulates from the first flow path to the bottom of the outer tub through the second flow path (see claim 1).

By the way, there are various types of detergents such as powder detergents, liquid detergents, concentrated liquid detergents, and the solubility in water is different. For this reason, for example, in a powder detergent that is difficult to dissolve as compared with a liquid detergent or the like, it is desirable that the detergent is dissolved sufficiently for a longer time. On the other hand, it is desirable to reduce the power consumption of the detergent dissolving means (circulation pump) by shortening the time for dissolving the detergent in a liquid detergent or the like that is easily dissolved as compared with the powder detergent.
Further, depending on the type and amount of the detergent that has been introduced, it is required to perform appropriate washing operation, rinsing operation, etc., to shorten the total time from the start to the end of washing, to save energy, and to save water. For example, a detergent that can be rinsed once is commercially available. In such a detergent, it is desirable that the operation details of the washing operation and the rinsing operation can be changed. Further, for example, when the user determines that the clothes are less soiled and puts in less detergent than a predetermined amount, it is desirable that the operation details of the washing operation and the excessive operation can be changed.
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the washing machine which performs a suitable driving | operation according to the supplied detergent.
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a housing, an anti-vibration support in the housing, a liquid tank that can store liquid therein, a rotatably supported in the outer bath, and a laundry A drum for storing objects, a driving device for rotating the drum, water supply means for supplying water into the outer tub, detergent supply means for supplying detergent into the outer tub, and water supplied by the water supply means Detergent dissolving means for stirring water and the detergent supplied by the detergent supply means, conductivity detection means for detecting the electrical conductivity of the liquid, and operation control for controlling the drive device, the water supply means and the detergent dissolving means The operation control means controls the detergent-dissolving means to stir water and the detergent for a predetermined time, and then the electric power of the water stirred by the detergent-dissolving means by the conductivity detecting means.
As shown in FIG. 2, on the rear bottom surface of the
As shown in FIG. 4, on the upper left side of the rear side of the
As shown in FIG. 2, a

The
The
As shown in FIG. 6, the

The
The
As shown in FIG. 8, the
The first inclined surface 57 (inclined surface) is disposed below the
For this reason, the liquid dropped from the
Since the

The conductivity detection means 4 is an electrical conductivity sensor (hardness sensor) that detects the conductivity of the liquid used for washing, and is disposed at a position near the bottom wall 52 of the
FIGS. 9A and 9B are diagrams showing the conductivity detection means, where FIG. 9A is a perspective view of an electrode, and FIG. 9B is a longitudinal sectional view of a central portion.
As shown in FIG. 9B, the

As shown in FIG. 9 (a), the
The

As shown in FIG. 10, the first

≪Operation process≫
Next, the operation process of the drum type washing machine S according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 13 is a process diagram illustrating an operation process of a washing operation (washing-rinsing-dehydration) in the drum-type washing machine S according to the embodiment of the present invention.

In step S2, the

In step S6, the
In step S7, the
In step S8, the
In step S9, the

≪Detergent dissolving process≫
Next, the detergent dissolving process in step S5 will be described with reference to FIG.
In step S51, the
In step S52, the temperature sensor T1 provided in the lower part (for example, the drain port 21) of the
In step S53, the
In step S54, the detergent
In step S55, the detergent
In step S56, the detergent
In step S57, the
In step S58, the

<Conductivity threshold judgment>
Next, the electrical conductivity threshold determination in step S54 will be described with reference to FIG.
In step S541, the electrical
In step S542, the detergent
In step S543, the detergent
In step S544, the detergent

≪Summary≫
The aqueous solution of concentrated liquid detergent that may be rinsed once has a lower electrical conductivity than an aqueous solution of normal liquid detergent that is rinsed twice. Further, the aqueous solution of the powder detergent has a higher electrical conductivity than the aqueous solution of the normal liquid detergent in which the rinsing process is performed twice. In addition, when the input amount of the detergent is large, the electrical conductivity is higher than when the input amount of the detergent is small.
The drum type washing machine S according to the embodiment of the present invention determines whether or not it is a powder detergent by measuring the electrical conductivity of the aqueous solution of the detergent (see S542 and S543), and determines that it is a powder detergent. In this case (S55 / Yes), an additional melting operation is performed (see S58 and S59). Thereby, the undissolved residue at the time of charging the powder detergent can be prevented, the detergent can be distributed evenly during the pre-washing process, and the cleaning performance can be improved.
If it is not a powder detergent (No at S55), no additional melting operation is performed (see S57). As a result, it is possible to shorten the operation time of the detergent melting operation and shorten the operation time of the
Further, when an additional detergent dissolving operation is performed, the operation time is changed according to the water temperature t (see S56, S58, and S59). That is, when the water temperature t is higher than the threshold temperature t c and the powder detergent is easy to dissolve, the additional detergent melting operation time is set to time T1, and when the water temperature t is equal to or lower than the threshold temperature t c and the powder detergent is difficult to dissolve, The additional detergent-dissolving operation time is set to a time T2 (T2> T1) longer than the time T1. Thereby, when powder detergent is easy to melt | dissolve, while shortening the time of additional detergent melt | dissolution operation | movement, the operation time of the
Further, when the electrical conductivity EC is lower than the first threshold electrical conductivity EC1 (for example, when the rinsing process is one concentrated liquid detergent and the amount of detergent is small) (S542 / Yes), the number of times of the rinsing process is 1 (Refer to S544), when the electrical conductivity EC is equal to or higher than the first threshold electrical conductivity EC1 (for example, in the case of a normal liquid detergent with two rinse processes, when the amount of detergent is large) (S542, No), The number of rinsing steps is set to 2 (see S545). Thus, based on the electrical conductivity EC, the state of the detergent (the type of detergent and the amount of detergent to be introduced) can be determined and an appropriate number of times of rinsing can be obtained. Therefore, the motor M during rinsing can be shortened. Thus, the operating time can be shortened, energy consumption can be reduced, and the amount of water used can be reduced.
Here, it is desirable that the measurement of the conductivity is performed in the detergent dissolving step (S5). The washing water generated in the detergent dissolving step (S5) is a washing water having a higher detergent concentration than the washing water in the main washing step (S7). For this reason, the difference in conductivity depending on the type of detergent (concentrated liquid detergent, liquid detergent, powder detergent) also increases, and the difference in conductivity due to the difference in the amount of detergent input also increases. Thereby, the discriminability in step S542 and step S543 is improved.
The detergent dissolving step (S5) is a step prior to the pre-washing step (S6). Therefore, since the electrical conductivity can be measured before the washing water is sprayed on the laundry, it is possible to measure the electrical conductivity while reducing the influence of dirt on the laundry.
Further, the conductivity
Thus, since the threshold value of electrical conductivity can be corrected by the electrical conductivity (hardness) of water and the water temperature, the detergent state can be determined suitably.
≪Modification≫
The drum-type washing machine S according to the present embodiment is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
In FIG. 14, although it has been described that the time for the additional detergent dissolving operation is changed by the water temperature t in steps S58 and S59, the present invention is not limited to this. In FIG. 15, although it demonstrated as changing the frequency | count of a rinse process based on electrical conductivity, it is not restricted to this. For example, the structure which changes the time at the time of a rinsing process may be sufficient, and the structure which changes the amount of water used may be sufficient. Specifically, the higher the conductivity EC, the higher the amount of water used during the rinsing process. When the electrical conductivity EC is high, that is, when the amount of detergent added is large, foaming may occur during the rinsing process. As the conductivity EC is higher, the amount of water used is increased, thereby reducing the occurrence of foaming. Moreover, the structure which changes the time and amount of water used of a prewash process and a main washing process based on electrical conductivity may be sufficient.
Moreover, although the drum type washing machine S which concerns on this embodiment demonstrated as what melt | dissolves detergent by operating the
Moreover, the electrical conductivity detection means 4 is not restricted to the structure of this embodiment, What is necessary is just a structure which can detect the electrical conductivity of wash water.
