Description

The present invention relates to an eaves support bracket for supporting eaves installed along a wall surface of a building such as an ordinary house such as an apartment or a building.

The fence is installed along the wall of the building. In order to support the heel support metal fitting, it is screwed into an anchor embedded in a wall surface or the like, and is connected to a heel band for holding the heel by a bolt. The heel support metal fittings are often made of metal, and as the years of use, the heels are hardly damaged, whereas the heel support metal fittings are severely corroded and may require replacement.

The problem with replacing the heel support bracket is that the distance between the heel and the wall surface cannot be increased. That is, if the heel support fitting screwed to the anchor is to be removed from the anchor, the heel cannot be taken out due to an obstacle. The reverse is also true. For this reason, the old heel support bracket is cut, while the new heel support bracket is installed by installing an anchor at a position where the front surface of the heel is removed.

Patent Document 1 discloses a technique that allows a heel support to be attached to an original anchor without changing the heel. According to Patent Document 1, the heel support includes a fixing member, a detachable member, and a shaft member, and one end of the fixing member is inserted into the original anchor. The detachable member is detachable from the heel band. The shaft member rotatably connects the fixing member and the detachable member. In addition, the silhouette of the heel support disclosed in Patent Document 1 represents the heel support used mostly in eastern Japan, where the tip of the rod-shaped fixing member is flattened to form a portion corresponding to the detachable member. (For example, Patent Document 2). On the other hand, in Western Japan, a saddle support having a shape in which a bolt is welded to a flat plate is often used (for example, Patent Document 3).

The heel support disclosed in Patent Document 1 is connected by a fixing member, a detachable member, and a shaft member, and the heel vibrates, and the connection portion may loosen and become a sound source. Further, when a person passing by the side of the heel touches the heel, the heel receives a force in the lateral direction. The heel support disclosed in Patent Document 1 does not move laterally because the shaft member is in the horizontal direction. If it is the shape which has a rod-shaped fixing member, it is possible to provide a shaft member perpendicular | vertical to an attaching / detaching member using the thickness of a rod-shaped fixing member. On the other hand, in a shape in which a bolt is welded to a flat plate, it is difficult to provide a shaft member perpendicular to the flat plate.

An object of the present invention is to provide a heel support fitting that can be easily exchanged by entering the space between the heel and the wall surface with respect to an existing heel support fitting that supports the heel.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention is configured such that a flat portion is sandwiched between a pair of attachment pieces extending at the base end of the heel band that holds the heel, and a gap is provided in the length direction. A saddle support fitting that is fastened by a bolt through an insertion hole provided and is screwed into an anchor embedded in a wall surface, and a flat portion sandwiched between the attachment piece portions is the same as the attachment piece portion Alternatively, a long hole having a small width and longer than the interval between the insertion holes is opened, and further, a width from the upper and lower sides of the flat portion toward the long hole in the length range of the long hole. The constricted portion is narrowed, the constricted portion is bent and annealed, and the total length of the heel support fitting in the state where the constricted portion is bent is Screwed into the anchor in the extended state Wherein the same or shorter the length protruding from the surface.

At the stage of the product to be distributed, the constricted portion is bent and the total length is shortened, so that it can easily enter between the ridge and the wall surface. By fixing the heel support bracket to the anchor on the wall and returning the bent state to the original straight state, it returns to its original length and is attached to a pair of mounting pieces that extend to the base end of the heel band It can be pinched and fixed.

Since the bent portion in the bent state is annealed, it can be deformed manually. However, there is an effect that the bent portion is work-hardened by extending the bent state and is not easily deformed thereafter. Furthermore, the constricted portion is provided in a portion that can be attached to and detached from the heel band, and when the construction is completed, the constricted portion is sandwiched between a pair of attachment pieces of the heel band and is not conspicuous. Will not be damaged. Moreover, since there is no movable part, it does not become a sound source by the vibration of the kite.

It is a figure which shows a mode that a heel band is fixed to a heel support metal fitting. It is a figure which shows the collar support metal fitting of an Example. It is a figure which shows a mode that the collar support metal fitting of an Example is attached to a wall surface. It is a figure which shows another Example.

In FIG. 1, a saddle support fitting 1 of the present embodiment includes a flat detachable member 2 made of a flat plate made of steel such as stainless steel or galvanized steel, a fixing member 3 and a decorative washer 4 formed of bolts. It is made up of. The heel band 5 is made of stainless steel or galvanized steel, and is made of a single belt, a hinge connected at the center, or two semicircular shapes as shown. There are things that fit and connect metal fittings. The saddle band 5 has a pair of attachment piece portions 6 and 7 extending at the base end, and one attachment piece portion 6 is formed with circular bolt insertion holes 61 and 62 at intervals in the length direction. ing. Similarly, circular bolt insertion holes 71 and 72 are also formed in the attachment piece 7. The heel band 5 is distributed in different sizes depending on the diameter of the heel, but the width w1 of the heel band 5 used for a small heel (for example, 22 mm in diameter) is 25 mm, The width w1 of the heel band 5 used for a large ridge (for example, a diameter of 165.2 mm) is 32 mm, which is almost common.

The detachable member 2 has a width w2 that is the same or substantially the same (about +/− 5 mm) as the width w1 in order to connect the heel band 5 stably and continuously, and the bolt insertion holes 61, 62, 71. , 72 is provided with a long hole 21 through which the bolts 8, 8 pass. The bolt 8 is an M8 bolt, and the width of the long hole 21 is about 10 mm. Further, in the range of the length L of the long hole 21, it has a constricted portion f whose width is narrowed from the upper and lower side sides 24, 25 toward the long hole 21. The constricted part f reduces the length of the attaching / detaching member 2 in the width direction, and connects the front and back thereof with the widths of w3 and w4, respectively. It is desirable that w3 and w4 have the same length. The upper and lower sides 26 and 27 of the constricted portion f are parallel to each other.

The length L of the long hole 21 is set to be larger than the interval between the bolt insertion holes 61 and 62 or the bolt insertion holes 71 and 72 so that the variation in the interval between the wall surface and the flange can be absorbed. On the other hand, the length L of the long hole 21 is a length that is not exposed from the attachment piece 6 and the attachment piece 7 when sandwiched between the attachment piece 6 and the attachment piece 7. The constricted portion f is provided at a position where the bolt 8 exists between the bolts 8, 8 regardless of where the bolt 8 penetrates in the long hole 21. A decorative washer 4 is sandwiched between the detachable member 2 and the fixing member 3.

The attachment piece portion 6 and the attachment piece portion 7 sandwich the whole or part of the detachable member 2 and fasten them with bolts 8 and 8 (FIG. 1B). Since the constricted portion f of the detachable member 2 exists in a portion sandwiched between the attachment piece portion 6 and the attachment piece portion 7, it is covered by the attachment piece portions 6, 7, and a part of the side surface of the attachment / detachment member 2 is recessed. The appearance is not noticeable without impairing the aesthetic appearance of the design. Further, when the constricted portion f is present between the bolts 8 and 8, the portion located between the constricted portion f and the fixing member 3 is also sandwiched between the attachment pieces 6 and 7, and the range of the constricted portion f is large. This is desirable.

In FIG. 2, the detail of the collar support metal fitting 1 is shown. In FIG. 2A, the stainless steel attachment / detachment member 2 has two weld pieces 23 on a side surface 22 serving as a base end. The interval between the weld pieces 23 is the size of the bolt head 43 that is the fixing member 3. On the other hand, the decorative washer 4 is provided with a through hole 41 at a position corresponding to the weld piece 23.

The weld piece 23 is inserted into the through hole 41, the head 43 is inserted between the weld pieces 23 from the opposite side, and welding 42 is performed with the decorative washer 4 sandwiched between the side face 22 and the head 43 (see FIG. 2B). As a result, the fixing member 3 and the detachable member 2 are arranged on a straight line.

The constricted portion f is bent (FIG. 2C). The leg length before bending (the length protruding from the wall surface when the heel support fitting 1 is screwed into the anchor on the wall surface) is h1, the length embedded in the wall surface is h2, and the leg length in the folded state is k1. Then, k1 is equal to or shorter than the length obtained by subtracting h2 from h1. That is, in a state where the constricted portion f is bent, the total length k2 of the heel support fitting 1 is the same as or shorter than the length h1.

Since the constricted portion f is work-hardened by being bent, the bent portion is annealed again to remove internal strain due to work hardening and soften the tissue. As shown in FIG. 2D, the form of the product distributed as the heel support fitting 1 is a form in which the constricted portion f is bent and further subjected to an annealing process on the constricted portion f. It is desirable to perform the annealing process only in the constricted portion f. This is because only the constricted portion f is deformed and returned to its original state.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the heel support fitting 1 is attached to the wall surface 12. An anchor 10 is embedded in the wall surface 12, and a collar 11 is installed in front of it. The heel 11 cannot be moved, and the distance s from the wall surface 12 is fixed. The heel support fitting 1 in a folded state is inserted into the interval s (FIG. 3A). The total length k2 of the heel support fitting 1 is the same as the interval s but slightly smaller. The fixing member 3 is screwed into the anchor 10 (FIG. 3B). The detachable member 2 is in a vertical posture. And it returns from the state which bent the constriction part f using tools, such as pliers, to the original straight state. In this process, the constricted portion f is work-hardened. The leg length h1 from which the wall surface protrudes is the same as or slightly shorter than the interval s.

When the heel band 5 is fixed to the heel support 1 in a state where the constricted portion f is extended, as shown in FIG. 1B, the constricted portion f of the detachable member 2 includes the attachment piece portion 6 and the attachment piece. It is covered with the portion 7 and is hardly noticeable from the appearance.

Since there is no movable part in the coffin support metal fitting 1, there is no part which becomes a sound source even if the coffin vibrates. When removing the heel support fitting 1, it is removed by cutting the constricted portion f. This is because the constricted portion f once extended is work-hardened and does not easily return to the original bent state.

In the above-described embodiment, the widths w3 and w4 of the constricted portion f are such that the annealed stainless steel can be manually deformed. In this embodiment, the stainless steel plate used as the detachable member 2 has a thickness of about 3 mm, and the widths w3 and w4 are both 4 mm. When a force is applied to the heel support fitting 1 in a state of being inserted into the anchor 10 by pinching a portion ahead of the constricted portion f with pliers, the constricted portion f is not deformed but is fixed by the fixing member 3. There is a possibility that deformation occurs at a position between a certain bolt and the weld piece 23. It is necessary to set the lengths of the widths w3 and w4 so as to avoid this situation.

Since the upper and lower sides 26 and 27 of the constricted portion f are parallel to each other and have a distance, when the constricted portion f is returned from the folded state, the bent portion remains and returns as if a wave was hit. However, by taking the distance between the side edges 26 and 27 in parallel, there is an effect that no force is required because the sides 26 and 27 can be deformed before and after the folding point when returning from the folded state. In this embodiment, the length in which the side edges 26 and 27 of the constricted portion f are parallel is 12 mm.

As mentioned above, although the Example was shown and demonstrated about the collar support metal fitting 1 of the shape which welded the volt | bolt to the flat plate, the edge corresponding to the desorption member was formed by crushing one end of the rod-shaped member made of steel flatly It can also be applied to support brackets. FIG. 4 shows such a saddle support fitting 100.

In the eaves support fitting 100, a long hole 21 and a constricted portion f are provided in a flat portion 200 having a width w2 corresponding to a detachable member as in the previous embodiment. The other end has a portion 300 that is threaded to secure it to the anchor. The width w2, the long hole 21, and the constricted portion f are the same as in the previous embodiment. When the heel support fitting 100 is distributed as a product, it is distributed in a state (FIG. 4B) in which the annealing process is performed with the constricted portion f bent.

Also in such a saddle support metal fitting 100, when the saddle band 5 is fixed, the constricted portion f is covered with the attachment piece portion 6 and the attachment piece portion 7, and is hardly noticeable from the appearance. Moreover, since there is no movable part, it does not become a sound source by the vibration of the kite.
