９）賛成意見投稿文と反対意見投稿文を閲覧者が画面上で閲覧した際に、投稿内容に対し、同意の意思表示投票を行う手段、
１０）賛成意見投稿文及び反対意見投稿文の各々に対し閲覧者が意志表示投票した結果を、討論主題毎に集計する手段、
１１）解決案投稿文の各々に対し閲覧者が意志表示投票した結果を討論主題毎に集計し、同意者が最も多い解決案投稿文を得票数から抽出する手段、
１２）同意得票数の最も多い解決案投稿文を討論主題に対する討論結果として表示する手段、
