Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an improvement of a small and simple structure for assisting in cutting and connecting a wire, which is mainly used for cutting a wire and connecting the wires, and particularly confirms the insertion position of a sleeve with respect to the wire. The present invention relates to an auxiliary tool for connecting and disconnecting wires provided with a scale.
Since overhead electric wires are required to be lightweight and have high strength, stranded wires such as steel core aluminum stranded wires are often used.
In the operation of cutting the stranded wire, there is a possibility that the wire constituting the stranded wire may be unwound from the cut portion and spread and deform, so conventionally, a metal covered with vinyl such as a bind wire in the vicinity of the cut portion By winding and tightening the wire, the twisted wire was prevented from being loosened and frayed. Further, in the case of a stranded wire having a steel core in the center, there is a risk that the electric wire will jump up at the same time as the cutting, resulting in injury to the worker. Therefore, it was necessary for a plurality of workers to hold down the electric wire so that the cut portion does not jump up.
On the other hand, when connecting the ends of the wires, a wire connecting sleeve such as a compression sleeve is used. The respective wire ends are inserted from both ends of the sleeve in the axial direction, and the sleeve and the wire are plastically deformed using a dedicated tool such as a compression tool, thereby connecting the wires via the sleeve. Since it is necessary to apply a large force to the compression tool during the sleeve compression work, one worker needs to operate the compression tool with the other hand while holding the sleeve and the electric wire with one hand. It was difficult and caused a connection failure.
In order to solve the above problem at the time of connecting the electric wires, Patent Document 1 discloses an electric wire connecting holder for holding the electric wires and sleeves inserted from the openings at both ends in the axial direction of the sleeves when connecting the electric wires to each other in the sleeve. Have been described.
By the way, since an overhead electric wire receives a strong tension, it is necessary to prevent a connection failure from occurring when the wires are sleeve-connected. Therefore, at the time of connection work, to confirm that the ends of the two electric wires to be connected are equally inserted into the sleeve on the scale, and for the administrator to check whether the operator has securely connected Then, a recording photograph before recording connection in which a sleeve and a scale are attached to the connection portion and a recording photograph after connection in which a scale is attached to the connection portion are taken.
However, since the wire connection holder of Patent Document 1 does not have a scale, it is necessary to prepare a scale separately when confirming the insertion amount of the wire into the sleeve or when taking a recorded photograph. In addition, since the scale is unnecessary during the cutting operation and the connection operation, it is necessary to prevent the scale from interfering with these operations.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and provides an auxiliary tool for electric wire cutting and connection, which can be used for confirming the amount of sleeve insertion and has a scale that does not interfere with the electric wire cutting and connecting work. The purpose is to do.

The usage method of the auxiliary tool for wire cutting connection according to this embodiment will be described.

An electric wire connection method will be described with reference to FIG. FIGS. 2A to 2C are diagrams showing a procedure for connecting electric wires.
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), when connecting two electric wires C1 and C2, the electric wires C1 and C2 are connected to the respective electric wire holding portions so that the end faces of the electric wires C1 and C2 are attached to each other. 15 is attached.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the electric wire can be cut in a state where the electric wire holding portion holds the electric wire, it is possible to prevent the wires constituting the electric wire from being scattered and frayed. Further, since the electric wire can be cut while the two electric wire holding arms are restrained by the guide member, it is possible to prevent the electric wire from jumping up during the cutting operation and to prevent injury to the worker during the single operation. Moreover, since the electric wire holding part holds the two electric wires at the time of connecting the electric wires, there is no need for the operator to hold the electric wires, and the operator can stably operate the compression tool at the time of connecting work alone. This can prevent connection failure.
In addition, since the two electric wires can be held by the electric wire holding portion at the time of connecting the electric wires, the electric wires are bent at the time of connecting the electric wires, and a gap is generated between the wire members constituting the electric wires at the time of compressing the wires. The phenomenon can be prevented.
Moreover, since the scale can be moved to a retracted position separated from the electric wire, the scale does not become an obstacle to the operation at the time of cutting and connecting the electric wire. Further, since the scale can be moved to the measurement position close to the electric wire, the insertion position of the sleeve with respect to the electric wire can be accurately grasped.
In addition, since the guide member and the scale are integrated, the number of parts constituting the wire-cutting connection aid can be reduced, and the configuration can be simplified. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the weight of the wire-cutting connection aid.
Further, since the wing bolt and the wing nut are used for fastening each part, each part can be fastened or released without using a special tool.
[Second Embodiment]
An auxiliary tool for wire cutting connection according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an auxiliary tool for wire-cutting connection according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The electric wire cutting / connecting auxiliary tool according to the present embodiment is characterized in that the scale advance / retreat mechanism and the arm advance / retreat mechanism are separate mechanisms. Hereinafter, the same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.

As described above, also in this embodiment, the scale can be moved to the retracted position separated from the electric wire, so that the scale does not become an obstacle to the operation at the time of cutting and connecting the electric wire.
Further, since the scale can be moved to the measurement position close to the electric wire, the insertion position of the sleeve with respect to the electric wire can be easily confirmed.
Further, since the scale is advanced and retracted independently with respect to the guide member, the electric wire holding arms do not move when the scale is advanced and retracted. For this reason, the positional relationship of two electric wires does not shift | deviate at the time of electric wire connection (FIG.2 (b)).
[Third embodiment]
An auxiliary tool for wire cutting connection according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an electric wire cutting / connecting auxiliary tool according to the third embodiment of the present invention. The auxiliary tool for cutting and connecting the electric wire according to the present embodiment is characterized in that the scale moves forward and backward with respect to the electric wire C (see FIG. 1) independently from the guide member. Hereinafter, the same members as those in the first and second embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
