Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a deodorizer that deodorizes air using a heat regeneration type catalyst filter.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a deodorizer that deodorizes air in a closed space such as a room through a deodorizing filter has been used. In particular, in recent years, a heat regeneration type catalyst filter is used for this deodorization filter, and there is one in which the odor adsorption function can be regenerated by decomposing the adsorbed odor component by heating the catalyst filter with a heater.
In this type of deodorizing device, a meandering elongated sheathed heater is housed in the groove of the holding plate, one side of the sheathed heater is in direct contact with the catalyst filter, and the other side is in direct contact with the holding plate. There was a thing to make (for example, refer patent document 1). In this deodorizing apparatus, the catalyst filter is heated by heat transfer from one side of the sheathed heater and also by heat radiation of the holding plate that is transferred from the other side of the sheathed heater. Heat dissipation is effectively used to heat the catalyst filter.
Moreover, when using a small heater compared with the area of the catalyst filter used, the deodorizer provided with the filter rotation mechanism which heats the whole catalyst filter by rotating the catalyst filter which contacts a heater is used ( For example, see Patent Document 2). As an apparatus equipped with this type of deodorizing function, the adsorption rotor that adsorbs odorous components and harmful components in the air and releases the odorous components and harmful components by heating to regenerate the adsorption capacity is rotated. There is an air deodorizing device that sequentially heats each portion in the circumferential direction with a heating element as the adsorption rotor rotates. The adsorption rotor of this air deodorizing device is inclined, and an electric heater is arranged on the lower surface side and a catalyst is arranged on the upper surface side, respectively, and the odor component separated from the adsorption rotor by the rising air flow that naturally occurs around the electric heater. And is configured to carry harmful components to the catalyst.
However, the deodorizing apparatus shown in Patent Document 1 requires a long heater because the sheathed heater is arranged in a meandering manner, and the structure of the holding plate for holding the heater is complicated, so that material costs and manufacturing costs are required. There was a problem.
Moreover, the air deodorization apparatus shown in the above-mentioned Patent Document 2 uses a heater smaller than the sheathed heater of the deodorization apparatus of Patent Document 1 to uniformly heat the catalyst filter and to decompose and regenerate the odor component, It was necessary to provide a rotation mechanism for rotating the catalyst filter. For this reason, the deodorizer using the heating regeneration type catalyst filter of Patent Document 2 uses a rotating mechanism, which increases the number of parts and makes the structure complicated, resulting in increased manufacturing costs and failure frequency. There was a problem of increasing the cost.
Therefore, in order to reduce the cost of a deodorizer using a heat regeneration type catalyst filter, it is necessary not to use a meandering sheathed heater but to use a small heater and not to employ a rotating mechanism of the catalyst filter. There is. In that case, as a means for solving the problem of uniformly heating the entire catalyst filter using a small heater without adopting a rotating mechanism, the applicant has conceived a structure in which a heater is arranged at the center of the catalyst filter. In this case, the heater terminal is disposed in the air passage, and there is a possibility that dust may accumulate in the terminal, and the accumulation of this dust creates a new problem that in rare cases may cause insulation failure. I understood.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and is capable of efficiently and uniformly heating the entire catalyst filter using a small heater without mounting a rotating mechanism for rotating the catalyst filter. An object of the present invention is to provide a deodorizer that does not cause poor insulation.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the deodorizer of the present invention is blown by the air passage connecting the air inlet and the air outlet, the air blowing means in the air air passage, and the air blowing means. The deodorizer includes a filter unit that removes odorous components from the air, and the filter unit includes a catalytic filter that adsorbs and decomposes odorous components, a heater that heats the catalytic filter, and a heater that holds the heater A holding portion, a contacted portion with which the heater abuts, and a heat radiating portion for radiating heat transmitted from the heater through the abutting portion to the catalyst filter, the heater being attached to the heater A terminal portion to which a power cable for supplying electric power is connected is provided, and the contacted portion and the heater holding portion cover the terminal portion of the heater.
Further, in the deodorizer configured as described above, a heater stopper for restricting movement of the heater is provided in a space formed by the contacted portion and the heater holding portion. .
Further, in the deodorizer configured as described above, the heater has a terminal portion on one side surface, and the heater stopper is disposed to face the one side surface.
Further, in the deodorizer configured as described above, a claw portion is formed by notching a part of either the heater holding portion or the contacted portion arranged on the leeward side. The nail | claw part was bent and it was set as the said heater stopper.
Further, in the deodorizer configured as described above, the heater is disposed so as to close an opening formed when the claw portion is bent.
In the deodorizer configured as described above, the heater is a PTC heater.
According to the deodorizer of the present invention, the filter unit provided in the air passage includes a catalyst filter that adsorbs and decomposes odor components, a heater that heats the catalyst filter, a heater holding unit that holds the heater, and a heater. And a heat radiating part for radiating heat transferred from the heater through the abutted part to the catalyst filter, and the heater is connected to a power cable for supplying power to the heater. The terminal portion of the heater is covered with the contacted portion and the heater holding portion. As a result, the terminal portion of the heater that heats the catalyst filter of the filter portion disposed in the middle of the air passage is covered with the contacted portion and the heater holding portion, so a small heater is disposed near the center of the catalyst filter, and the catalyst Even when the entire filter is heated uniformly, dust does not easily accumulate in the terminal portion of the heater, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of poor insulation at low cost.
In addition, a heater stopper that restricts the movement of the heater is provided in a space formed by the contacted portion and the heater holding portion. Thus, the terminal portion can be reliably covered without the heater being displaced and the terminal portion being exposed.
Furthermore, the heater has a terminal portion on one side surface, and the heater stopper is disposed to face the one side surface. As a result, the movement of the heater is restricted by the heater stopper provided on the terminal portion side of the heater, so that the heater terminal portion remains in the space formed by the contacted portion and the heater holding portion, and from the heater holding portion. There is no risk of exposure.
In addition, any one of the heater holding portion and the contacted portion arranged on the leeward side is cut out to form a claw portion, and the claw portion is bent to form a heater stopper. This makes it difficult for the air flowing in the air passage to flow from the opening of the heater stopper formed when the claw portion is bent, and it is possible to prevent dust from collecting in the terminal portion of the heater while securely fixing the heater.
Moreover, a heater is arrange | positioned so that the opening formed when a nail | claw part is bent may be plugged up. As a result, even if the heater stopper has an opening, the opening is closed by the heater, so that almost no air flows from the opening, and dust can be more difficult to collect in the terminal portion of the heater.
In addition, by using a PTC heater as the heater, it is possible to place a small heater near the center of the catalytic filter, and control its own temperature using the characteristic that the electrical resistance value increases as the ambient temperature rises Therefore, a temperature detection means such as a thermistor is unnecessary, and it can be configured at a lower cost.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a deodorizer according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, this invention is not limited by this embodiment.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line YY cut longitudinally from the center of the deodorizer shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the
4 is a detailed cross-sectional view of the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
As shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 10, the deodorizer 1 according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of
Further, since the
The
Here, the
The
In the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
In other words, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
11 is a perspective view of a second member constituting a part of the air passage of the deodorizer shown in FIG. 2 as viewed from the front obliquely upward, and FIG. 12 is a part of the air passage of the deodorizer shown in FIG. It is the perspective view which inserted the deodorizing unit of FIG. 5 in the accommodating part of the 1st member which comprises. According to the deodorizer 1 according to the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 2, in the deodorizer 1 configured as described above, air (arrow A) introduced from the
Moreover, since it is necessary to arrange | position the
As described above, according to the deodorizer 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7, 9, and 10, the contacted
Further, according to the deodorizer 1 according to the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, according to the deodorizer 1 according to the present embodiment, since the PTC heater is used as the
