Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar speaker for a display, such as a thin television, having good design and excellent sound quality in which the screen does not shake.SOLUTION: One tempered glass 2 (about 20 cm wider than the liquid crystal) is stuck to the liquid crystal 1 of a display, such as a thin television, by an adhesive 4, and a vibration sound device (actuator) 3 is attached to a both side tempered glass projecting from the liquid crystal. Description

Using the NXT plane generation principle, it is used as a speaker for displays such as flat-screen TVs. The basic principle is that tempered glass is attached to the surface of a display such as a flat-screen TV and vibrates to generate sound.

Conventionally, a speaker with a certain capacity is required to produce good sound.
