Description

The present invention relates to a structure for shutting off water by blocking a drainage channel formed in a building structure such as a vertical in the middle of the channel.

Intrusion water such as rain water and dew condensation water that intrudes into a building structure (hereinafter referred to as a structure) is often discharged outdoors using a hollow portion of the structure as a flow path. The discharge port is formed in the middle or at the end (lower end) of the drainage flow path, and a catch pan and a water stop member are attached to this location. The catch pan and the water stop member are for receiving the incoming water from the upstream in the drainage flow path and guiding it to the discharge port.
The catch pan and the water stop member are attached to the drain flow passage in an arrangement that blocks the drain flow passage, and the gap between the periphery and the flow passage wall constituting the drain flow passage is wet filled with a sealing material to stop the water. ing.
In the watertight structure of Patent Document 1, as clearly shown in FIG. 5, the hollow groove (swallowing groove 11) of the longitudinal member 1 is used as a drainage flow path, and drainage is performed at a location where the transverse member 2 is coupled to the longitudinal member 1. The block 3 is fitted, and a wet sealant 4 is filled between the periphery of the drainage block and the flow path wall constituting the swallowing groove 11 for watertightness. The incoming water received by the drainage block is guided to the swallowing groove 21 of the cross member 2.

However, as described in paragraph 0013 of Patent Document 1, the work of fitting a catch pan or a water stop member into a narrow space surrounded by the flow path wall and filling a wet seal around it is expected. From the filling port 16 opened in the piece 12 through the filling port 34 of the drainage block 3 opened correspondingly, or from the side material side opening of the filling port 34 provided in the drainage block 3, the filling gun 6 It is difficult to work and requires labor. For this reason, there exists a possibility that a seal | sticker may become unreliable in the location where the water stop member is arrange | positioned.
This invention makes it a subject to provide the structure which has the drainage flow path in the part in which the water stop member for drainage was simply attached, and sealing was performed reliably.

A structure having a drainage channel in part, and a waterstop member for shutting off the drainage channel in the middle of the channel, and the waterstop member includes a sealing material, a block material, and a wedge material. Shall be.
The sealing material is a tangible plate-like material having a watertight function, such as a synthetic rubber sealing material.

At the water stop location provided in the drainage channel of the structure, a notch is formed by notching a channel wall constituting the drainage channel, and the block material is fitted into the notch and fixed. In that case, a sealing material is interposed between the upstream small opening of the drainage channel in the notch and the block material. Further, the fixing is performed by press-fitting a wedge material between the block material fitted into the notch and the small opening on the downstream side of the drainage channel of the notch.
The structure is, for example, vertical. In this case, the vertical inner space is partitioned indoors and outdoors by the partition walls, and the outdoor space formed by the partition walls and the walls on both sides is the drainage flow path.
The sealing material may be provided on the surface of the block material in advance.
The seal material provided in advance is arranged on the upstream surface of the drainage flow path of the seal block and the outdoor surface, and the seal material on the outdoor surface is separated upward and downward, and a drainage channel is formed between them.

In the notch provided in the structure, the sealing material is pressed against the small opening on the upstream side of the flow path by the block material, so that the sealing effect against intruding water is high.
Since the water blocking member can be attached simply by fitting the block material together with the sealing material into the notch provided in the structure and then press-fitting the wedge material, the mounting operation of the water blocking member is simple.
If the sealing material is previously attached to the surface of the block material, the catch pan can be attached more easily.

[Example 1]
A curtain wall 1 shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B includes a vertical wall 2 standing at equal intervals in a front view and a plurality of panel units 3. A part of the panel unit 3 is a window unit 3a.
As shown in FIG. 2, the panel unit 3 includes a rectangular unit frame 8 composed of upper and lower horizontal frames 4 and 5 and left and right vertical frames 6 and 7, and a panel 9 mounted on the inside. In the window unit 3a, the panel 9 may be an opening / closing door 9a.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the panel unit 3 is disposed in contact with the indoor side surfaces of the left and right vertical frames 6 and 7 of the adjacent panel units 3 and 3 on the outdoor side surface of the vertical 2 as a structure. The panel unit 3 is attached to the vertical 2 by bolts 10 and nuts 11 fixed to the four corners.

As shown in FIG. 3, the vertical space 2 is divided into an indoor space 13 and an outdoor space 14 by a partition wall 12, and the outdoor space 14 is a groove-shaped vertical wall 2 whose outdoor side is open. It is a space for equal pressure communicating in the longitudinal direction. Reference numeral 15 denotes a primary sealing material, which is attached to the side surfaces of the left and right vertical frames 6 and 7 in the unit frame 8. Reference numeral 16 denotes a wind barrier material, which is attached to the outdoor side surfaces of the left and right side walls 17 and 18 of the vertical 2. The space for isostatic pressure 2 (outdoor space 14) in the vertical 2 serves as a drainage flow path for intrusion water that flows through the rainwater that breaks through the wind barrier 16 or the internal dew condensation water.

In the outdoor space 14 of the vertical 2, an airtight block 19 is attached to the upper part, a water stop member 20 is attached to the lower part, and an auxiliary member 22 for attaching the intermediate catch pan 21 and the panel unit 3 to the middle of these. ing.
The upper airtight block 19 (FIGS. 6 and 7) closes the upper end opening portion of the vertical 2 and is fitted into the outdoor space 14 of the vertical 2 from the upper end to be fixed at a predetermined position. A wet sealant 23 is filled between the partition wall 12 forming the outdoor space 14 and the groove wall (flow channel wall) formed by the left and right side walls 17 and 18 of the vertical wall 2.
The intermediate catch pan 21 is of a normal dish type and is horizontally fitted and fixed in the outdoor space 14 of the vertical 2 and a wet sealant is filled between the periphery and the groove wall.

The water stop member 20 is fitted and attached to a notch 24 formed in the lower portion of the vertical 2. The water stop member 20 includes a seal member 25, a block 26, and a wedge member 27 (FIG. 8).
The sealing material 25 is a plate material made of synthetic rubber, and the block material 26 is obtained by cutting a hollow square bar material extruded in this embodiment into a vertical 2 finding dimension.
The wedge material 27 is a highly rigid synthetic resin thin plate or aluminum alloy thin plate, and is a plate having substantially the same area and shape as the cross section of the 14 outdoor spaces in the cross section of the vertical 2.
The vertical interval h1 of the notch 24 of the vertical 2 is larger than the vertical height h2 of the block material 26, and is larger than the vertical height h2 plus the thickness of the sealing material 25 and the wedge member 27. Slightly smaller.

The water-stop member 20 with respect to the cutout portion 24 of the vertical 2 first places the sealing material 25 into the upper small opening (drainage upstream side small opening) in the cutout portion 24, and then cuts out the block material 26. The sealing material 25 is interposed between the fitting portion 24 and the small outlet on the upstream side of the drainage channel. Next, the wedge material 27 is press-fitted between the block material 26 and the small opening (the small outlet on the downstream side of the drainage channel) below the notch 24. The block member 26 is pushed upward, and is fixed to the vertical 2 so as to press the water blocking member 20 against the upper fore edge.
For this reason, watertightness between the block member 26 and the upper fore edge is ensured reliably and easily. Also, so-called metal touch between the block member 26 and the vertical 2 can be avoided.

FIGS. 9A and 9B show the contact between the water-stopping member 20 attached to the lower end portion of the vertical 2 and other members, and the upper surface of the water-stopping member 20 is the lower end of the vertical 2. Are connected to the upper surface of the butt joint portion 30 of the starter frame 29 connected by the connecting member 28. The starter frame 29 has a drainage guide groove 31 in the longitudinal direction. The drainage guide groove 31 has a drain hole 32 for guiding water into the starter frame 29 at the bottom of the drainage guide groove 31 (not shown in the figure). ). There is a pre-sealed seal material 33 filled in the factory at the butt joint location 30, and a wet seal material 34 is filled between the pre-sealed seal material 33 and the outside surface of the block material 26. In order to increase the watertight effect of the material 34, the wet seal material 34 is brought into direct contact with the outdoor side surface of the block material 26. Reference numeral 34 is also a filling portion of the wet seal material.

With the above structure, the water that has entered the outdoor space 14 of the vertical 2 flows downward using this space 14 as a drainage flow path, falls to the water stop member 20 at the lower end, and is guided in the outdoor direction. The Next, it falls into the drainage guide groove 31 of the starter frame 29, enters the starter frame 29 through the drain hole 32, moves through the starter frame 29, and is discharged outside the room.

[Example 2]
FIG. 10 shows the water blocking member 20 in the second embodiment. The difference from the first embodiment is that the sealing material 25 is bonded to the block material 26 by bonding or the like in advance over the upper surface of the block material 26 and the outdoor side surface. It is attached and the sealing material 25 is separated into right and left on the outdoor side surface, and the block material 26 is directly exposed between them.

Since the sealing material 25 is attached to the block material 26 in advance, the water-stopping member 20 is easy to handle, and the work of fitting the block material 26 together with the sealing material 25 into the notch portion 24 of the vertical 2 is easy.
Further, since there is a place where the seal material 25 does not exist on the outdoor surface of the block material 26, the wet seal material is provided between the tip seal material 33 and the water stop member 20 at the butt joint location 30 of the starter frame 29 as described above. When 34 is filled, it becomes familiar with the water-stopping member 20 side, and high watertight performance can be obtained.
Furthermore, the water-stop member 20 can avoid a metal touch and the indoor side surface of the starter frame 29 by providing the sealing material 25 on the left and right sides of the outdoor side surface.

Example 3
The third embodiment is an example in which the water stop member 20 is used for a gutter 35 such as a carport (FIG. 11). On the outdoor side of the gutter 35, a drainage flow path is constituted by a curved outdoor side wall 36 and an indoor side wall 37 and a bottom wall 38 spaced apart from the curved outdoor side wall 36. As in the case of the first embodiment, the notch 24 is formed in the wall portion constituting the drainage flow path, and the water stop member 20 is attached to the notch 24. FIG. 13 schematically shows the arrangement of the water blocking member 20 from the side, and FIG. 14 is a plan view.

As shown in FIG. 12, the water stop member 20 is composed of the sealing material 25, the block material 26, and the wedge material 27 as in the case of the first embodiment.
And the water stop member 20 applies the sealing material 25 to the small opening on the upstream side of the drainage channel of the notch 24 and fits the block material 26, and then the wedge material 27 is connected to the blocking material 26 and the small opening on the downstream side of the drainage channel. And press fit between. As a result, the block material 26 is fixed to the gutter 35, and the sealing material 25 is pressed against the upstream side edge, and a high watertight effect is obtained. Similarly to the case of the first embodiment, if the sealing material 25 is attached to the block material 26 in advance, the water stop member 20 can be easily attached.
In the case of the gutter 35, there is no member on the outdoor side of the gutter 35, and there is no need to consider metal touch and watertightness between the water stop member 20 and other members. The material 25 is not arranged.

The examples have been described above. Appropriate materials are selected for the form of the water stop member 20, the material of the block member 26, and the like depending on the location to be applied.
After the water stop member 20 is attached, a wet sealant may be filled in a necessary portion.
The water stop member 20 can be attached not to the lower end of the stand 2 but to an intermediate portion or the like.
The structure is not limited to the vertical 2 and gutter 35 but can be applied to a structure in which a drainage channel is formed.
