(3) 単量体成分を乳化重合させてなるエマルション粒子を含有するトップコート用樹脂エマルションを製造する方法であって、前記単量体成分に対する反応性を有するアニオン性乳化剤および前記単量体成分に対する非反応性を有するアニオン性乳化剤の存在下で前記単量体成分を乳化重合させることを特徴とするトップコート用樹脂エマルションの製造方法、
(4) 樹脂エマルションに含まれるエマルション粒子を複数層で形成させる際に、当該複数層のうち最外層を、単量体成分に対する反応性を有するアニオン性乳化剤および単量体成分に対する非反応性を有するアニオン性乳化剤の存在下で単量体成分を乳化重合させることによって形成させる前記(3)に記載のトップコート用樹脂エマルションの製造方法、
(5) 前記(1)または(2)に記載のトップコート用樹脂エマルションを含有してなる塗料用樹脂組成物、および
(6) 前記(5)に記載の塗料用樹脂組成物を含有してなる上塗り塗料。
