Description

The present invention relates to a vegetable seedling supply system configured such that vegetables are cultivated in the vicinity of a store or the like and can be harvested immediately before the store or the like sells the vegetable.

Conventionally, for example, an aging store and a cold storage are known as facilities for storing fresh products while adjusting freshness. The aging box is for ripening fruits such as bananas and kiwi. On the other hand, the cool box is for maintaining quality such as freshness and ripeness of fresh products by keeping the ambient temperature at a certain low temperature for a certain period of time. These aging stores and cold storages are installed inside and outside the wholesale market, and are operated to be listed on the wholesale area of the wholesale market according to the order of the wholesale market consignee wholesaler or at the time of aging.

In the aging store, in order to control the aging time, it is possible to control dynamically using calculation techniques such as rule base, fuzzy, and neuro. However, since these controls are linked to the transaction, the preceding transaction cannot be used for the maturity of the fresh product or the quantity that can be shipped.

Therefore, a method for trading fresh produce as described in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. This trading method is for trading fresh products by controlling the number of days of storage and maturity in an aging store or a storehouse. That is, in Patent Document 1, the buyer side system requests the exchange system side for a necessary quantity of goods based on the product information transmitted from the exchange system side. On the exchange system side, the necessary amount of the received product is registered, the amount of the product required by the buyer side system is estimated based on the received information, and transmitted to the storage system side.

On the other hand, on the storage system side, the mode is switched from the storage mode for storing fresh products to the maturation mode for ripening fresh products, and the products are controlled so that the products input from the exchange system side have the optimal maturity at the time of shipment. It adopts the means to do.

However, in the method for dealing with fresh products described in Patent Document 1, only foods that can be controlled in an aging store or a storehouse can be handled, and fresh and safe vegetables cannot be provided to consumers. In other words, fresh foods such as vegetables are in the state of the highest freshness at the time of harvesting, so when stored in a storage, etc., the freshness of vegetables can be delayed to some extent, The decline is certainly progressing.

Therefore, in order to sell the vegetables with the most freshness in the conventional method of selling vegetables, selling freshly picked vegetables at a store close to the producing area is the most reasonable selling method. Yes. However, even for sales of local production for local consumption near the production area, it takes at least about half a day from harvesting to sales, and the freshness of harvested vegetables does not change with time from immediately after harvesting.

In addition, when selling vegetables, there is an attempt to increase the consumer's sense of security by selling with the data of harvested regions and farmers. However, such data can be confirmed only after searching on a personal computer or the like. Therefore, the security that consumers can obtain from the data at the time of purchase is limited to the image-like security that this kind of data exists, and the security that the consumer sees after confirming the cultivation and harvesting conditions. is not.

Therefore, the present invention has been created to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it becomes possible to sell vegetables with freshness immediately after harvesting, and the consumer confirms the vegetable producing area and the harvester himself. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the system of the present invention will be described. The basic configuration of the system of the present invention includes a small growth facility 10, a seedling production facility 20, and a cultivation management database 30.

The small growing facility 10 is a small facility for cultivating vegetables from seedlings, and is installed beside a user facility P constituted by a vegetable store or a vegetable using facility (see FIG. 1). On the other hand, the seedling production facility 20 is a facility for cultivating seedlings to be supplied to the small growth facility 10 from seeds, and is installed in an area where seedlings can be supplied to a plurality of small growth facilities 10.

User facilities P are user facilities P such as stores such as convenience stores and supermarkets, various food stores such as sandwiches and hamburgers, or Western and Japanese restaurants such as steakhouses (see FIG. 3). . A user facility P may be a hospital, a nursery school, a kindergarten, a school, an elderly facility, a company cafeteria, or the like. The small growth equipment 10 is installed beside these user facilities P, and is installed at a position where the vegetables grown by the small growth equipment 10 can be harvested and used at the user facilities P.

These small growing equipment 10 and seedling production equipment 20 are equipped in an assembly house Q composed of a unit house or a prefab house. And in this assembly house Q, the air-conditioning equipment 1, the lighting equipment 2, the nutrient solution equipment 3, and the cultivation shelf equipment 4 are provided.

In particular, an observation window Q1 is provided in the assembly house Q for the small growth facility 10 (see FIGS. 5A and 5B). This is configured so that the vegetable cultivation state inside the small growing facility 10 can be confirmed from the outside, and is configured so that the cultivation state and the harvested state can be confirmed with the eyes of the consumer. Since the system of the present invention is particularly suitable for cultivation of leafy vegetables, it is possible to expect an advertising effect by making the cultivation state of the leafy vegetables visible from the observation window Q1.

In the illustrated small growth facility 10, an air conditioner 1 and a cultivation shelf facility 4 including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner are installed in an assembly house Q (see FIG. 6). The cultivation shelf facility 4 includes a lighting facility 2 and a nutrient solution facility 3. In this nutrient solution equipment 3, a water tank 7 containing a nutrient solution is provided in the cultivation shelf facility 4, and the nutrient solution in the nutrient solution tank is circulated by a pump (see FIG. 7). In addition, a distribution board 5 and a carbon dioxide adjustment valve 6 are also provided.

The seedling production facility 20 is a facility that uses the assembly house Q (see FIG. 8). In the example shown,
An air conditioner 1, a cultivation shelf facility 4, and a distribution board 5 including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner are installed (see FIG. 9). This nutrient solution equipment 3 is provided with a water tank 7 containing a nutrient solution in the cultivation shelf facility 4 and circulates the nutrient solution in the nutrient solution tank with a pump.

With such a seedling production facility 20, the seedling production facility 20 is set so that seedlings can be provided to 10 to 50 seedling production facilities 20. And the circumference | surroundings centering on this seedling production facility 20 are made into the seedling provision area, and 10-50 small-sized growth facilities 10 are installed in this area. At this time, by allowing the seedling providing areas of the adjacent seedling production facilities 20 to overlap, it is possible to flexibly cope with different types of seedlings from each seedling production facility 20 and emergency replenishment. (See FIG. 4). Moreover, since the small growth facility 10 has higher seedling cultivation efficiency than the seedling production facility 20 that is cultivated from seeds, the number of strains per unit area is about 10 times different. Furthermore, since the size of the seedling production facility 20 does not have to be so large, management and manpower are not as much as expected, and handling is easy.

The cultivation management database 30 records information such as vegetable cultivation information 31 and seedling cultivation information 32 (see FIG. 2).
