Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cold container used to keep the temperature of contents from being close to the outside air temperature for a long time.
In general, in a cold storage container (or cooler box), a heat insulating material is disposed between a box-shaped outer case and an inner case, and the temperature of the contents placed in the inner case is supplied as energy supply for refrigeration or warming. It is used to keep it from getting close to the outside air temperature for a long time without performing.
In many cases, the contents are mainly kept cold and used for outdoor leisure or fishing, for example. In this case, a cooling agent such as ice or dry ice is placed inside the cooler box, and drinks such as juice cans and objects to be cooled such as fish are stored around the cooling agent.
There are also cold storage containers used for medical purposes for storing objects to be cooled such as blood and organs. As described above, the cooler container is more useful as it achieves a higher thermal insulation performance. This is because long-term insulation is possible.
In addition, although the cold storage container can be kept warm, it may be used as a tool for cold storage and will be described as “cooling performance” below.
The conventional cold container is used by replacing or replenishing a cold-retaining agent when using a container having a low cold-retaining performance for a long time.
The cold insulation performance can be expressed, for example, by measuring the temperature in the box after a predetermined time has passed since the cold insulation agent was added. The cold insulation performance varies depending on the type of heat insulating material and the difference in the structure of the cold insulation container.
For example, the heat insulating material includes a vacuum panel heat insulating material, a non-fluorocarbon HP urethane heat insulating material, and a super styrene heat insulating material (trade name). The vacuum panel heat insulating material described above generates high cold insulation performance, but is expensive. Further, the non-Freon HP urethane heat insulating material is cheaper than the vacuum panel heat insulating material, but the cold insulation performance is lowered. Furthermore, although the super styrene heat insulating material (trade name) is cheaper than the non-fluorocarbon HP urethane heat insulating material, it is lower than the cold insulation performance of the non-fluorocarbon HP urethane heat insulating material.
The cold insulation performance varies depending on the structure of the cold insulation container including the hermeticity. For example, when the outer case is made of resin and is integrally molded with a five-sided box shape with only the upper surface open, compared to the case where an outer case in which plate-like members are formed one by one is adopted, Since there is no boundary (insulating material is continuously filled), the cold insulation performance is improved.
On the other hand, there is a cold storage container that is made of a flexible material such as an aluminum sheet or vinyl leather and is formed in a box shape and a chemical fiber heat insulating material is attached to the inner surface thereof. Although this cold storage container is light in weight and low in manufacturing cost, the cold storage performance is lower than that of the cold storage container in which the above-described hard outer case is used to improve heat insulation.
By adopting
Now, in general, vacuum insulation is not excellent in workability, so it is structured to be attached to the inner six faces of the outer case (or the five-sided box shape with only the upper surface open and the upper lid member, It was a structure in which a vacuum heat insulating material excellent in heat insulating performance was sandwiched.
In the cooler box described in Patent Document 1, by using a thin sheet-like vacuum heat insulating material, the coverage is improved by a foldable vacuum heat insulating material.
Moreover, in the cold box described in Patent Document 2, when the through-hole is unavoidably provided in the flat vacuum heat insulating material, a technique for suppressing the surrounding of the through-hole due to a temperature difference from being deformed and floating is suppressed. Is disclosed.
A cold container having high cold performance has a complicated structure and a heavy weight. This is because an outer case that is difficult to deform is employed and formed in order to secure (protect) a heat insulating layer of a certain amount of heat insulating material or a vacuum heat insulating material that is difficult to deform. As a result, a cold storage container with high cold storage performance becomes a hard case.
It is reasonable to form the outer case of the cold storage container formed as a hard case by integral molding with a resin. Therefore, in order to add an additional function to the cold storage container (for example, to add a storage pocket such as an accessory case to the outer case), a process such as making a hole in the outer case and screwing it is necessary. It becomes. When high cooling performance is required, supplementary work for cooling performance around the perforating process is also performed. For this reason, the specification change is troublesome. In addition, since it is difficult to use the same material for the storage pocket and the outer case, design uniformity is also lacking.
On the other hand, the cooler box manufactured using the materials such as the aluminum sheet and vinyl leather described above can be lighter than the cold container formed as a hard case. Since it is not a hard outer case, it is relatively easy to provide a storage pocket on the outside of the outer case, and to add a storage pocket or change the size by changing specifications. Moreover, since it is soft and lightweight, it is easy to use for carrying. However, the cooling performance is inferior.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a cold storage container that can secure a degree of freedom in design without lowering the cold storage performance (refrigeration or heat retention ability including warm storage).
