Description

The present invention relates to a can holder that binds a plurality of canned beverages.

。   When a consumer purchases a plurality of beverage products in a container, it is convenient that a certain number of the products are sold in a bundled state. In order to satisfy such a requirement, a holder for binding a plurality of baskets or cans is disclosed. And since the shape differs in a cage | basket and a can, the thing from which the shape of the holder also differed was designed. (For patent, refer to patent documents 1-2, for example. For cans, refer to patent documents 3-6.) ).

If the characteristics required for a holder for binding a plurality of cans are listed, (1) the consumer should not drop the beverage product from the holder while carrying the beverage product; (2) the holder The beverage product can be easily removed from the utensil, (3) no assembly is required, it has a simple structure, and a small amount of material is used.

First, Patent Document 1 relates to a bottle binding tool for binding a plurality of bottles. The bottle binding tool has folded pieces (11, 12), and when the holder is attached to the bottle, the folded piece. The process of turning back is necessary. Patent Document 2 also relates to a bottle binding tool similar to Patent Document 1, and has a body binding section 2 that binds not only the bottle neck but also the body of the bottle, and the holder is used as a bottle. When mounting, a process of assembling the holder is necessary. Cited references 1 and 2 are not reference holders for binding the cans targeted by the present invention, and are only reference techniques because of differences in the shapes of the bottles and cans. It cannot be said that it has the characteristics of requiring no assembly, having a simple structure, and using a small amount of material.

On the other hand, Patent Document 3 discloses a can holder for a single partition plate. It is recognized that the partition plate is provided with a plurality of tabs 38 around each hole 32 and the tabs fix the upper end of the can mouth. The tab 38 is formed by providing a slit 36. Since the can holder is a single partition plate, it has the characteristics of (3) no assembly required, a simple structure, and a small amount of material used. However, Patent Document 3 is a technology for packaging beverage products in a two-layer stack in a carton, and the partition plate is not provided with a finger hole, and the consumer has gathered together with the partition plate. Does not consider carrying multiple canned beverage products. For example, since the slit 36 can be a cut line, the partition plate is easily broken starting from the slit 36, so that the beverage product easily falls off the holder. Therefore, it cannot be said that (1) the consumer does not drop the beverage product from the holder while the beverage product is being carried.

Patent Document 4 also discloses a single can holder. However, it has a two-fold configuration of a top panel and a bottom panel, has the characteristics that (3) no assembly is required, it has a simple structure, and a small amount of material is used. Absent. Further, the top panel portion 12 has a tab that is substantially the same as that of Patent Document 3, and the beverage product is easily dropped from the holder due to tearing from the tab, so that the above (1) It cannot be said that the characteristics are satisfied.

Patent Document 5 discloses a single can holder. The can holder of Patent Document 5 has the same tab as that of Patent Document 3, and since it is breached and the beverage product easily falls off from the holder, the above-mentioned characteristic (1) is satisfied. I cannot say that.

Patent Document 6 discloses a can holder in which a curved portion (80, 83) and a U-shaped portion (84, 86) are provided in an opening of a main panel. However, the side panels (12, 14) are necessary and do not have the characteristic (3).

Thus, the conventional can holder cannot be said to have the characteristics (1), (2), and (3), and a new can holder has been demanded. Accordingly, the present invention provides a can holder having the above characteristics (1), (2), and (3), that is, does not require assembly, has a simple structure with a small amount of material, and is a holder during distribution. It is an object of the present invention to provide a can holder satisfying that a canned beverage product does not easily fall off and can be easily removed during use.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventor locks a flange portion (hereinafter, also referred to as an upper end portion of the can or a tightening portion) that is formed when the can lid is wound. It was found that the shape of the locking piece, specifically the angle of the corner of the locking piece is related to the can holding force, and the present invention was completed. The can holder according to the present invention includes a plurality of perforations provided in a plate-like base material, and a plurality of canned beverages are bundled by fitting a lower edge of a tightening portion of a can lid to each of the perforations. In the can holder, the plate-like base material has a plurality of locking pieces at intervals on the inner peripheral edge of the perforation, and the corners of the locking pieces form acute angles. To do.

In the can holder according to the present invention, the shape of the portion sandwiched between the locking pieces of the inner peripheral edge of the perforation is a shape in contact with the same circumference, and the top edge of the locking piece has an arc shape. None, and it is preferable that the circumference center which the part pinched by the said locking piece touches, and the circumference center which the top edge of the said locking piece touches correspond. Supporting evenly over the entire circumference of the can can prevent the beverage product from falling off the holder.

In the can holder according to the present invention, the angle of the corner portion of the locking piece is preferably 45 ° or more and 80 ° or less. The can can be held more strongly.

In the can holder according to the present invention, it is preferable that the perforated beverage is bundled in the perforations, and the locking piece has a height corresponding to 3 to 6% of the outer diameter of the can lid. . The can can be attached and detached more stably.

In the can holder according to the present invention, it is preferable that the inner peripheral edge between the apex of the corner of the locking piece and the apex of the corner of the locking piece located adjacent to the locking piece has no corner. It is possible to prevent tearing starting from a corner.

In the can holder according to the present invention, the plate-shaped substrate has at least two finger engagement holes, and the portion sandwiched between the engagement pieces at a position that is the shortest distance from the finger engagement holes. It is preferable to arrange one of them. The can can be held more strongly.

The present invention does not require assembling, has a simple structure with a small amount of material, and cans satisfying that canned beverages do not easily fall off from the holder during distribution and can be easily removed during use. A retainer can be provided.

As long as the effect of the present invention is exhibited, the embodiment may be variously modified.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing an example of a can holder according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged side view showing a fitting state between the can holder and the can. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which canned beverages are bound. FIG. 4 is a front view showing one of the perforations. FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view of a corner portion of the locking piece. The can holder 1 according to the present embodiment has a plurality of perforations 3 provided in a plate-like base material 2 as shown in FIG. 1, and a can lid 11 is wrapped around each of the perforations 3 as shown in FIG. 2. In the can holder that fits the lower edge 12a of the portion 12 and binds a plurality of canned beverages 10 as shown in FIG. 3, the plate-like substrate 2 is formed in the perforations 3 as shown in FIG. A plurality of locking pieces 4 are provided at intervals on the periphery, and a corner 4a of the locking piece 4 forms an acute angle as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the canned beverage product 10 includes a disk-shaped can lid 11 and a cylindrical body 13. The can lid 11 and the body 13 are joined together by a tightening portion 12. The winding part 12 is, for example, a double-clamping method, a curl part formed on the periphery of the can lid member is placed on a flange part formed on the upper end of the body member, and is crimped so as to be wound. The can lid member and the body member It is the part which joined. The winding part 12 is formed in a flange shape at the upper end portion of the canned beverage product 10. The canned beverage product 10 preferably has a constricted portion 14 having a trunk diameter smaller than that of other portions of the trunk body 13 immediately below the tightening section 12.

The can holder 1 is composed of a plate-like substrate 2. The plate-like substrate 2 is a single plate. The material of the plate-like substrate 2 is, for example, paper or plastic. Of these, paper is more preferable from the viewpoint of processability and disposal. The thickness of the plate-like substrate 2 is preferably 0.3 to 2.0 mm, and more preferably 0.4 to 1.5 mm.

The perforations 3 are through holes provided in the plate-like substrate 2. The perforations 3 are preferably provided in the plate-like substrate 2 at equal intervals. On the inner peripheral edge of the perforation 3, as shown in FIG. 4, the locking pieces 4 that protrude relatively toward the center of the perforation 3 and the portions 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction. Formed.

The locking piece 4 is a portion that is substantially fitted to the lower end 12 a of the tightening portion 12 of the can lid 11. The locking piece 4 has a top edge 4 b extending in the circumferential direction of the perforation 3 and side edges 4 d extending from both ends of the top edge 4 b toward the outer periphery of the perforation 3. The shape of the top edge 4 b of the locking piece 4 is preferably a concave arc shape so as to match the outer peripheral shape of the lower end 12 a of the winding fastening portion 12. In this specification, the concave arc shape refers to an arc that swells toward the plate-like substrate 2 side. More preferably, the top edge 4b of each locking piece 4 is in contact with the same circumference R2. The diameter D2 of the circumference R2 with which the top edge 4b of the locking piece 4 contacts is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the can lid (shown as L2 in FIG. 2). The shape of the side edge 4d of the locking piece 4 is preferably a concave arc shape.

The angle θ of the corner 4a of the locking piece 4 is an acute angle as shown in FIG. By making the angle θ of the corner 4a of the locking piece 4 an acute angle, the can can be held strongly. The angle θ of the corner 4a of the locking piece 4 is preferably 45 ° or more and 80 ° or less, and more preferably 30 ° or more and 60 ° or less. If it is less than 45 degrees, the locking piece 4 may be deformed, and the canned beverage may fall off from the holder. If it exceeds 80 °, the force for holding the canned beverage may be insufficient, and the canned beverage may fall off from the holder. Here, the angle θ of the corner 4 a of the locking piece 4 is determined by the tangent of the top edge 4 b of the locking piece 4 passing through the corner 4 a of the locking piece 4 and the locking piece passing through the corner 4 a of the locking piece 4. 4 is an angle formed with the tangent of the side edge 4d.

The height L1 of the locking piece 4 shown in FIG. 5 preferably has a height corresponding to 3 to 6% of the can lid outer diameter L2 of the canned beverage product 10. More preferably, it is 3 to 5%, and particularly preferably 3.5 to 4.5%. If it is less than 3%, the force for holding the canned beverage product 10 may be insufficient. If it exceeds 6%, the canned beverage product 10 may not be stably attached / detached. Here, the height L1 of the locking piece 4 is the shortest distance between the circumference R1 where the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces contacts and the circumference R2 where the top edge 4b of the locking piece 4 contacts.

The number of the locking pieces 4 is preferably 2 to 9 and more preferably 6 to 8 per hole. FIG. 4 shows a mode in which the number of the locking pieces 4 is eight as an example. If the number of the locking pieces 4 is 1 or less, the force for holding the canned beverage product 10 may be insufficient. When the number of the locking pieces 4 is 10 or more, the plate-like substrate 2 may be cracked when the canned beverage product 10 is mounted. The locking pieces 4 are preferably arranged at equal intervals in that the canned beverages 10 can be held uniformly in the circumferential direction.

As shown in FIG. 5, the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces is a portion that connects the base end portions 4c of the adjacent locking pieces 4 (4A, 4B). Here, the base end portion 4 c of the locking piece 4 is a contact point between the circumference R 1 where the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces contacts and the side edge 4 d of the locking piece 4. The shape of the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces is preferably a concave arc shape. More preferably, as shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable that the circumference R1 where the part 5 pinched | interposed between each locking piece contacts is the same circumference. The diameter D1 of the circumference R1 with which the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces contacts is the same as the can lid outer diameter L2 or larger than the can lid outer diameter L2.

In the can holder 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the shape of the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces on the inner peripheral edge of the perforation 3 is a shape in contact with the same circumference R <b> 1, and The top edge 4b of the stop piece 4 has an arc shape, and the center O1 of the circumference R1 where the portion 5 sandwiched between the stop pieces comes into contact with the center R1 of the circumference R2 where the top edge 4b of the stop piece 4 comes into contact. It is preferable that O2 matches. When a can (not shown) is attached to the perforations 3, the can is supported uniformly over the entire circumference of the can, and the canned beverage product 10 can be prevented from falling off the holder. A more preferable form is a shape in which the shape of the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces in the inner peripheral edge of the perforation 3 is in contact with the same circumference R1, and the top edge 4b of the locking piece 4 has the same circumference R2. The center O1 of the circumference R1 in contact with the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces and the circle center O2 of the circumference R2 in contact with the top edge 4b of the locking piece 4 are in agreement. Since the top edge 4b of each locking piece 4 contacts the outer periphery of a can equally, the force which supports a can becomes further equal.

In the can holder 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the apex of the corner 4a of the engaging piece 4A and the apex of the corner 4a of the engaging piece 4B located adjacent to the engaging piece 4A. It is preferable that there are no corners in the inner periphery. It is possible to prevent tearing starting from a corner. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner peripheral edge connecting the corners 4a of the adjacent locking pieces 4A and 4B is sandwiched between the side edge 4d and the locking piece. It is the form which consists of the curve in which the part 5 continued. Since stress tends to concentrate particularly on the base end portion 4c of the locking piece 4, it is possible to prevent the breakage starting from the corners from occurring by attaching R to the base end portion 4c of the locking piece 4. .

The plate-like substrate 2 preferably further has an annular ruled line 6 on the outer periphery of the perforations 3. The annular ruled line 6 is a recess formed by compressing the plate-like substrate 2. By forming the annular ruled line 6, the locking piece 4 can easily move up and down, and the canned beverage product 10 can be attached and detached more stably. The annular ruled line 6 is preferably concentric with the circumference R1 with which the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces contacts. Further, the annular ruled line 6 is preferably formed at a position of 0 to 5 mm outward from the circumference R1 where the portion 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces contacts. More preferably, it is 1-3 mm.

In the can holder 1 according to the present embodiment, it is preferable that the plate-like substrate 2 further includes at least two finger engagement holes 7 as shown in FIG. The finger hole 7 is a portion where the consumer puts his / her finger when carrying the beverage product. The shape of the finger engagement hole 7 is preferably such that the inner peripheral edge has no corners in order to prevent tearing starting from the corners, and is, for example, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or a deformed shape corresponding to the finger shape.

In the can holder 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, one of the portions 5 sandwiched between the locking pieces is disposed at a position that is the shortest distance from the finger engagement hole 7. Is preferred. When the consumer puts his finger into the finger hole 7 and lifts the beverage product, the cans act so that the cans come together to prevent the cans from falling off. The stop is easily eliminated, and the can can be removed more easily. Moreover, when a consumer puts a finger in the finger hook hole 7 and lifts the beverage product, the inner peripheral edges of the finger hook hole 7 and the perforation 3 slightly warp upward. The degree of this deformation increases particularly around the finger hole 7. For this reason, when one of the locking pieces 4 is disposed at a position that is the shortest distance from the finger engagement hole 7, the degree of deformation of the engagement piece 4 increases with deformation around the finger engagement hole 7. The locking piece 4 may come off from the lower edge 12a of the tightening portion 12 of the can lid 11, and the canned beverage product 10 may fall off.

With reference to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, the state which bound the canned drinks 10 using the can holder 1 which concerns on this embodiment is demonstrated. When the upper end portion of the canned beverage product 10 is passed through each perforation 3, the locking piece 4 is deformed along the side wall of the can as shown in FIG. 2, and the lower edge 12 a of the tightening portion 12 of the can lid 11. To fit. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of canned beverages 10 are bundled. When the consumer puts his finger into the finger hole 7 and lifts the beverage product, the cans repel each other and are unlikely to come off, and the canned beverage product 10 does not fall out of the holder while being carried. In FIG. 3, as an example, a configuration in which 6 pieces of 2 rows × 3 columns are bound is shown, but a desired number of canned beverages 10 can be bound by increasing or decreasing the number of perforations 3.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not construed as being limited to the examples.

(Test Example 1)
FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining Test Example 1. FIG. Using the test samples A to C shown in FIG. 6, the force required for removal from the canned beverage was measured. The angles of the corners of the locking pieces were 65 ° for test sample A, 90 ° for test sample B, and 109.55 ° for test sample C. In each of the test samples A to C, the diameter D1 of the circumference R1 with which the portion sandwiched between the locking pieces contacts is 57 mm, and the diameter D2 of the circumference R2 with which the top edge of the locking piece contacts is 53.5 mm. The height L1 of the locking piece was 1.75 mm. The measuring method attached the test sample to the upper end part of the can-containing beverage (outside diameter of can lid (corresponding to L2 in FIG. 2) 56.8 mm). Fix the canned beverage to the test stand, and attach the jig that can fix the four corners of the test sample to the force gauge (model: FGP-5, manufactured by Nidec Symposium) and remove the test sample from the canned beverage The load required for the measurement was measured. The measurement was performed 5 times, the average value was calculated | required, and it evaluated as the retention strength of a canned drink. As a result, the test sample A was 32.76N, the test sample B was 26.14N, and the test sample C was 27.46N. Test sample A had the largest holding power of canned beverages. When the angle of the corner | angular part of a latching piece was an acute angle, it has confirmed that the holding | maintenance force was strongest in canned drinks compared with a right angle or an obtuse angle.

(Test Example 2)
FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining Test Example 2. A canned beverage was attached to each perforation using test samples 1-10 shown in FIG. In each of the test samples 1 to 10, the angle of the corner of the locking piece is 65 °, the diameter of the circumference (corresponding to D1 in FIG. 4) with which the portion sandwiched between the locking pieces contacts is 57 mm, and the locking piece. The diameter of the circumference (corresponding to D2 in FIG. 4) with which the top edge of the contact is 53.5 mm. The height L1 of the locking piece was 1.75 mm. Six canned beverages were the same type as those used in Test Example 1. The canned beverage group was fixed to a test bench, and a jig that engaged with two finger hook holes was attached to the force gauge, and the load required to remove the test sample from the canned beverage group was measured. The measurement was performed 5 times, the average value was calculated | required, and it evaluated as the retention strength of a canned drink. The results are shown in Table 1. When the canned beverage is a beer with a capacity of 350 ml, the mass of 6 bottles is generally 2.2 kg, and when the canned beverage is a beer with a capacity of 500 ml, the mass of 6 bottles is generally 3. Considering that it is 1 kg, it was confirmed that all of the test samples 2 to 10 could be put into practical use as a holder for 6 canned beers with a capacity of 350 ml or 6 canned beers with a capacity of 500 ml.
