なお、害虫防除部材9は、略台形状である。そのため、ベース用絶縁板4が取り付けられたベースケース5に、回路基板3を取り付けた場合に、害虫防除部材9は回路基板3及びベース用絶縁板4と面で接する。したがって、確実に虫等の侵入を防ぐことができる。

カバー用絶縁板2は、カバーケース1のカバー板1−1に密着するように設けられる。また、カバー用絶縁板2は、絶縁板立ち下げ部2−1が端子台6の背面部側(回路部品が実装される側)になるように設けられる(図12(d)参照)。また、絶縁板立ち下げ部2−1の高さH5は、カバー板1−1と回路基板3の部品実装面との間の距離L1と略同一である。つまり、絶縁板立ち下げ部2−1の端部は、回路基板3の部品実装面と接触する。
したがって、端子台6の背面部側で、回路基板3の部品実装面とカバーケース1との間の隙間は、絶縁板立ち下げ部2−1によって塞がれる。

Therefore, the gap between the component mounting surface of the circuit board 3 and the cover case 1 on the back side of the terminal block 6 is closed by the insulating plate falling part 2-1.

図15(a)に示すように、回路基板3の部品実装面に溝を設け、絶縁板立ち下げ部2−1の端部をその溝へ挿入するようにしてもよい。回路基板3の部品実装面に設ける溝を断面形状がV字型の溝としてもよい。
また、図15(b)に示すように、回路基板3の部品実装面に凹部(あるいは孔)を設けるとともに、絶縁板立ち下げ部2−1の端部に凸部を設け、凸部を凹部に挿入するようにしてもよい。
このような構造とすることで、絶縁板立ち下げ部2−1と回路基板3の部品実装面との間に隙間ができづらくなる。
