(B1)エア吹き込み口の軸線と中心を一致させて前記ボトル本体の外形に対応する本体部キャビティと、該本体部キャビティの周囲に連続し、前記額縁状部の外形に対応する平板状キャビティとを備えた成形用金型を用いてダイレクトブロー成形法によって製造すること。
