Claims (13)
- 好適には繰り返し使用可能に成形することによって、硬化ポリマーバインダと該硬化ポリマーバインダに含まれた充填剤粒子とを含む複合材料から製造された、例えば台所の流し台、洗面台又は調理台等のような成形品(1)であって、当該成形品(1)の可視面(10)、特に当該成形品(1)が使用される際に略水平な当該成形品(1)の前記可視面(10)の表面(8)が複数の孔(20)によって形成された不規則性を呈する成形品(1)において、
前記可視面(10)の30%より大きく90%より小さい前記表面(8)、特に40%より大きく80%より小さい前記表面(8)、好適には50%より大きく65%より小さい前記表面(8)が、前記孔(20)であって、平均して0.1mmより大きく1mmより小さい幅(24)と、平均して10μmより大きく50μmより小さい深さ(26)と、当該孔(20)の前記幅(24)に対する前記深さ(26)の比であって平均して1:4と1:30との間となる比と、を備える前記孔(20)によって形成されたことを特徴とする成形品(1)。 - 前記孔(20)の前記幅(24)の平均値が、0.2mmより大きく0.5mmより小さく、特に0.25mmより大きく0.45mmより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記孔(20)の前記深さ(26)の平均値が、12μmより大きく35μmより小さく、特に15μmより大きく25μmより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記孔(20)の前記幅(24)に対する前記深さ(26)の前記比の平均値が、1:8と1:30との間、特に1:10と1:25との間、好適には1:12と1:25との間であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記孔(20)が、孔の傾斜角(28)であって、8°より大きく30°より小さい平均値、特に10°より大きく25°より小さい平均値、好適には12°より大きく22°より小さい平均値又は12°より大きく20°より小さい平均値を有する孔の傾斜角(28)を呈することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記孔(20)によって形成された前記表面(8)の粗さが、不規則であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記孔(20)が、前記硬化ポリマーバインダの硬化中に成形金型からの収縮によって形式自由な方法で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、前記可視面(10)における当該成形品(1)の色彩効果を概して決定し、前記硬化ポリマーバインダによって形成された母材は、本質的に透過性を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記充填剤粒子の重量による割合が、当該成形品(1)の重量に基いて40%と85%との間、特に60%と80%との間、好適には65%と76%との間であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、少なくとも0.1mm、特に少なくとも0.2mm、好適には少なくとも0.3mmの粒子サイズで、当該成形品(1)の重量に基いて40%より大きく、特に50%より大きく、好適には55%より大きい重量による割合の第1のグループを有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、最大0.1mm、特に最大0.08mm、好適には最大0.05mmの粒子サイズで、当該成形品(1)の重量に基づいて3%より大きく、特に5%より大きく、好適には10%より大きい重量による割合のグループを有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、少なくとも0.1mm、特に少なくとも0.2mm、好適には少なくとも0.3mmの粒子サイズで、当該成形品(1)の重量に基づいて40%より大きく、特に50%より大きく、好適には55%より大きい重量による割合の第1のグループと、0.05mmと0.2mmとの間の粒子サイズで、当該成形品(1)の重量に基づいて3%と25%との間、特に4%と20%との間、好適には4.5%と15%との間の重量による割合の第2のグループと、0.01mmと0.05mmとの間の粒子サイズで、当該成形品(1)の重量に基づいて4%と25%との間、特に6%と20%との間、好適には8%と15%との間の重量による割合の第3のグループと、を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)。
- 前記成形品(1)が成形金型によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1つに記載の成形品(1)の製造方法。
