Abstract
Description
このような形式の出力分岐伝動装置はDE102008021010B4により公知である。この出力分岐伝動装置は、第1の遊星歯車伝動装置の側方に第2の遊星歯車伝動装置を有しており、この第2の遊星歯車伝動装置のプラネタリーギアはクラッチを介して第2の遊星歯車伝動装置のサンギア軸に接続することができる。
本発明の課題は、先行技術よりも所要構成スペースが小さい出力分岐伝動装置を提供することである。
第1の変速比を得るためには、クラッチ21は閉じられ、クラッチ20,11が開かれる。この場合は、機械的な出力分岐部25の領域では自由回転するリングギア10により出力伝達が行われないので、ハイドロスタティックな分岐部26を介して動力の伝達が行われる。
Claims (6)
- 特に自動車のための出力分岐伝動装置であって、互いに平行に配置され、1つの共通の駆動軸(1)に接続している機械的な出力分岐部(25)とハイドロスタティックな出力分岐部(26)とを備え、 前記ハイドロスタティックな出力分岐部(26)は、油圧ポンプ(17)に連結された油圧モータ(23)から成っており、歯車段(18)を介して前記駆動軸(1)に接続されており、前記機械的な出力分岐部(25)及び前記ハイドロスタティックな出力分岐部(26)から分岐された出力は、端面側に配置された歯車駆動装置(31)において1つにまとめることができ、前記歯車駆動装置(31)は続いて被駆動軸(24)に接続されており、前記機械的な出力分岐部(25)は、それぞれサンギア(29,30)と、プラネタリーギア(6,9)と、リングギア(3,10)とを備えた2つの遊星歯車伝動装置(27,28)から成っており、第1の遊星歯車伝動装置(27)の前記サンギア(29)は前記駆動軸(1)に直接配置されていて、第2の遊星歯車伝動装置(28)の前記サンギア(30)はサンギア軸(15)を介して前記歯車駆動装置(31)に接続しており、前記両遊星歯車伝動装置(27,28)の前記プラネタリーギア(6,9)は同心的に配置されていて1つの共通のプラネタリーキャリア軸(32)に支承されており、前記プラネタリーキャリア軸(32)は、第1の遊星歯車伝動装置(27)の側では第1の遊星歯車伝動装置(27)のリングギア(3)にプラネタリーギアアーム(5)を介して支承されていて、第2の遊星歯車伝動装置(28)の側にはクラッチ(11)が配置されている、特に自動車のための出力分岐伝動装置において、
前記クラッチ(11)によって、前記第2のリングギア(10)が前記第2のサンギア軸(15)に接続可能であることを特徴とする、特に自動車のための出力分岐伝動装置。 - 前記第2のプラネタリーギア(9)と前記クラッチ(11)との間に中間リング(16)が配置されている、請求項1記載の出力分岐伝動装置。
- 前記中間リング(16)には、前記クラッチ(11)を操作するピストン(12)が支持されている、請求項2記載の出力分岐伝動装置。
- 前記ピストン(12)は油圧操作可能である、請求項3記載の出力分岐伝動装置。
- 油圧供給は前記サンギア軸(15)を通して行われる、請求項4記載の出力分岐伝動装置。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の出力分岐伝動装置を有していることを特徴とする、自動車のパワートレイン。
