Abstract
Description
弁ステム104がノズル先端部114及びノズルハウジング102の溶融物通路103の内部でセンタリングされているままであることを確実にすることにより、
(A)弁ステム104の周囲の溶融物のより良好に均質化した温度分布及び粘度分布、(B)ノズル先端部114、弁ステム104及びゲートインサート(図示せず)に関連する摩耗の低減、(C)プリフォームゲートナブの品質の向上、(D)用いる弁ステムのタイプ(ストレートタイプ、圧力リリーフタイプ等)にかかわらない、ゲートの裂断に対する可能な解決策、(E)弁ステムの影側(shadow side)に起因する着色剤と添加剤とに伴う溶融物の流れの線の低減、及び/又は(F)ホットランナーバランス最適化の改善を得ることができる。

Claims (7)
- 金型工具システム(100)であって、
供給端(106)から、該供給端(106)からはオフセットされている排出端(108)まで延在する溶融物通路(103)を有するノズルハウジング(102)と、
(i)前記溶融物通路(103)に沿って摺動移動可能であるとともに、(ii)前記供給端(106)と前記排出端(108)とによって摺動支持される弁ステム(104)と、
を備える、金型工具システム。 - 前記弁ステム(104)の全ストロークに渡って前記排出端(108)は前記弁ステム(104)を摺動支持する、請求項1に記載の金型工具システム(100)。
- 前記ノズルハウジング(102)の前記排出端(108)に受け入れられるノズル先端部(114)を更に備え、
前記弁ステム(104)は、前記ノズル先端部(114)によって摺動可能に支持される、請求項1に記載の金型工具システム(100)。 - 前記ノズルハウジング(102)の前記排出端(108)に受け入れられるノズル先端部(114)を更に備え、
前記排出端(110)まで前記弁ステムの周囲に溶融物が流れることを可能にするように構成されている溝構成部(116)を該ノズル先端部(114)は有し、
前記溝構造部(116)において前記ノズル先端部(114)によって摺動可能に前記弁ステム(104)は支持される、請求項1に記載の金型工具システム(100)。 - 前記ノズル先端部(114)の出口ポータル(118)に近接して前記溝構造部(116)は位置決めされ、開位置に配置されている前記弁ステム(104)の周囲にプラスチックが流れることを可能にするように構成されている、請求項4に記載の金型工具システム(100)。
- 前記弁ステム(104)が前記開位置に配置されると、前記ノズル先端部(114)の前記出口ポータル(118)の断面積が画定する流れ領域(300)に等しい前記弁ステム(104)を囲む流れ領域(400)を前記溝構造部(116)は形成し、それによって、前記弁ステム(104)が支持されると同時に前記流れ領域(400)が維持され得る、請求項5に記載の金型工具システム(100)。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の金型工具システム(100)を有する成形システム。
