又、上記鍔部4と槽体1底面裏側の間には、リング状にして上面に凹部を有する取付部7が配置されており、該取付部7によって排水装置11と接続されている。

A mounting portion 7 having a ring shape and having a concave portion on the upper surface is disposed between the flange portion 4 and the bottom surface of the bottom surface of the tank body 1, and is connected to the drainage device 11 by the mounting portion 7.

まず、工場内において、図31乃至図34に示すように、鍔部4が成形される前の状態において、取付部7を排水口側壁3に挿通させる。尚、鍔部4形成前において、排水口側壁3は中程から下端にかけて切り欠け5が設けられている。
上記取付部7を排水口側壁3に挿通後、図35及び図36に示すように、排水口側壁3を外側方向に折り曲げて鍔部4を形成する。この時、排水口側壁3が平面視略四角形形状となっており、且つ排水口側壁3の角(アール部分)は切り欠け5となっている為、容易に排水口側壁3を外側に折り曲げることが出来る。又、当該折り曲げによって鍔部4が形成されることによって、取付部7が排水口側壁3の外周に位置決め固定される。
次に、図37及び図40に示すように、鍔部4の下方よりパッキン17を介して排水装置11のフランジ部12を当接させる。そして、図41及び図42に示すように、係合部材30をフランジ部12の下方に当接させた状態で爪部31を回動させ、取付部7の凹部と爪部31を係合させることによって取付部7と排水装置11のフランジ部12を係合部材30によって接続する。この時、係合部材30は鍔部4、パッキン17を介して取付部7と排水装置11のフランジ部12とを接続する為、フランジ部12が取付部7に水密に接続される。
又、図43及び図44に示すように、排水口2若しくは排水装置11内部に、蓋部材23やストレーナー24を設置する。
ここで、排水装置11の排出口13に対し、排水配管15を挿入し、袋ナットやパッキン等を使用して水密に接続する。
上記排水配管15を槽体1の底面裏側に沿って水平方向に延出した後、S字状の排水トラップである排水トラップSを介して床下配管に接続することで、図29に示したような、排水装置11の取付を含む排水配管の成功が完了する。

Further, as shown in FIGS. 43 and 44, a lid member 23 and a strainer 24 are installed in the drain outlet 2 or the drainage device 11.
Here, the drainage pipe 15 is inserted into the discharge port 13 of the drainage device 11 and connected in a watertight manner using a cap nut, packing, or the like.
As shown in FIG. 29, the drainage pipe 15 extends horizontally along the back side of the bottom surface of the tank body 1 and then is connected to the underfloor pipe via a drainage trap S that is an S-shaped drainage trap. In addition, the success of the drainage pipe including the attachment of the drainage device 11 is completed.

一方で、鍔部4を形成するにあたり、折り曲げ後に排水口側壁3と鍔部4下端が面一となるよう、排水口側壁3と鍔部4の間に切れ込みを入れたり、パッキン17や取付部7の形状を変更したりと、適宜の設計変更を加えても良い。
