Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filtering device for filtering oil such as hydraulic oil, cutting oil, insulating oil, and other liquids.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, hydraulic devices are used in various industrial machine devices, and they are provided with a hydraulic unit for supplying pressure oil as hydraulic oil to a hydraulic cylinder or the like. The hydraulic unit has a hydraulic tank for storing pressure oil.
Since the hydraulic oil becomes dirty with use, it is necessary to perform maintenance such as removing impurities by periodically filtering the hydraulic oil.
Usually, maintenance of such hydraulic oil is carried out by a worker carrying a filtration device at a site where a hydraulic unit or the like is installed, and performing the filtration work at that site. Therefore, portability is important for the filtration device used for this.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been proposed a filtering device that is small in size so that it can be mounted on a service car and that can exchange a filter (Patent Document 1).
According to the apparatus of
When using this filtration device, carry the filtration device to a site where a liquid tank such as a hydraulic tank is installed, where the suction pipe and the discharge pipe are connected to the liquid tank, and the pump is operated to operate the hydraulic oil, etc. Circulate the liquid. While the liquid circulates, the liquid is filtered by the filter and cleaned.
In addition, there has been proposed a mobile filtration device in which a pump and a filter are arranged inside a box equipped with casters (Patent Document 2).
In the conventional filtration device described above, when the pump is stopped and the filtration operation is completed, the suction pipe and the discharge pipe are removed from the liquid tank, and the filtration device is moved to another site or standby place.
However, in the prior art, the suction pipe and the discharge pipe are removed from the liquid tank as soon as the filtration operation is completed, so that the liquid in the liquid tank remains inside the filter device, particularly in the filter (filter unit). The liquid in the tank will be reduced accordingly.
Accordingly, the liquid in the liquid tank decreases each time maintenance is performed by the filtration device, so that it is necessary to perform a liquid replenishing operation, which requires labor and extra liquid. Further, since the liquid remaining in the filtration device is discarded later, resources are wasted accordingly.
Also, with conventional filtration devices, it is not easy to drain the liquid remaining in the filtration device and return it to the liquid tank, and there is often not enough work space especially on the site where maintenance is performed. At present, no liquid is discharged.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a filtration device that can easily discharge a liquid accumulated in a filter unit by a filtration operation.

Hereinafter, the
[Configuration of
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
The
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the
The
In the present embodiment, the
The
In the
In the
The
In the use posture SS, the horizontal portion HB and the
In addition, since the
An
A
Further, the
That is, the
The
The
In the present embodiment, the mesh of the first-
Thus, by connecting the
Each of the
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the
The
That is, each
In the present embodiment, each
By attaching the
Further, when the filtration of the liquid ML is finished, the pump PE sends out air by pulling out the inflow hose 53 (see FIG. 10) from the liquid tank ET. Due to the pressure of the air sent out in this way, the liquid ML accumulated not only in the
That is, in this way, by setting the

In FIG. 10, the

The posture change between the use posture SS and the post-processing posture AS is extremely easy because the operator can hold the

Since the
