Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture.

Conventionally, there is a lighting device (so-called emergency light) that is equipped with a secondary battery and normally charges the secondary battery with power from a commercial power source (when there is no power failure) and turns on the light source using the secondary battery as a power source during a power failure (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the lighting fixture disclosed in Patent Document 1. FIG. This lighting fixture has, for example, a bottomed cylindrical fixture main body 1 that is inserted and fixed in a hole 101 formed in a ceiling material 100 from below, and an emergency lighting circuit is housed inside the fixture main body 1 A light block 31 is mounted.

On the outer peripheral edge of the lower end portion of the instrument body 1, a flange 1a protruding outward is provided over substantially the entire circumference. Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the appliance main body 1, the mounting bracket 1b that contacts the upper surface of the ceiling member 100 is provided so as to be movable between a position protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface and a position retracted inside the outer peripheral surface. It has been. Thus, the fixture body 1 is inserted from the lower side into the hole 101 with the mounting bracket 1b retracted inside, and the mounting bracket 1b with the lower surface of the ceiling member 100 in contact with the upper surface of the flange 1a. Is attached to the ceiling material 100 by protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the appliance body 1 and bringing the mounting bracket 1b into contact with the upper surface of the ceiling material 100.

After attaching the battery unit 32 which accommodated the storage battery to this instrument main body 1 from the opening of a lower surface, the reflective mirror unit 10 is attached so that the opening of a lower surface may be plugged up. A socket 33 provided on the lower surface of the battery unit 32 is exposed from a central hole of the reflector unit 10, and a lamp 34 is attached to the socket 33.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-16313

In the lighting fixture disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the battery unit 32 and the reflector unit 10 can be attached to and detached from the fixture body 1, the battery unit 32 and the reflector unit 10 can be easily replaced. The lighting circuit was integrated with the instrument body 1.

By the way, in recent years, awareness of disaster prevention has increased, and the lighting time required for emergency lighting equipment has been shifting from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. In order to change the specifications such as the lighting time, it is necessary not only to replace the battery unit 32 but also to replace the emergency light block 31 containing the lighting circuit, and to replace the entire instrument body 1. . Also, when the light source is changed from an incandescent lamp to an LED, the current flowing through the light source is different, so that the emergency light block 31 must be replaced and the entire instrument body 1 must be replaced. There is a problem in that it takes time and labor and costs for replacement are high.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said subject, The place made into the objective is to provide the lighting fixture which can change a specification easily and cheaply.

The lighting fixture of this invention is equipped with the fixture main body fixed to a construction material, a lamp unit, and a control block. The lamp unit includes a storage battery, a light source that can be turned on with power supplied from the storage battery, and a current control circuit that controls a current flowing through the light source. The control block is one of an operating state of the lamp unit, a first operating state in which the storage battery is charged by receiving power supply from an external power source, and a second operating state in which the light source is turned on with the electric power from the storage battery. Switch to. The control block is attached to the instrument body, the lamp unit is detachably attached to the instrument body, and the operation state is switched by the control block in a state of being attached to the instrument body.

In this lighting fixture, it is also preferable that the lamp unit includes any one of a lens that controls light distribution of the light source and a reflecting member that reflects at least a part of light emitted from the light source in a desired illumination direction. .

According to the present invention, even when it is desired to change the lighting time at the time of a power failure or the type of light source, the storage unit, the light source, and the current control circuit are provided in the lamp unit that is detachably attached to the fixture body, so the lamp unit is replaced. It can respond. Therefore, it is not necessary to replace the instrument body, and the number of replacement parts can be reduced as compared with the conventional case, and the labor for replacement can be reduced. Therefore, the specification can be easily and inexpensively changed. Further, the current control circuit controls the current flowing through the light source, so that a desired amount of light can be obtained and the time that can be lit by the storage battery can be controlled. For example, the lighting time can be extended by limiting the current.

Below, embodiment of the lighting fixture which concerns on this invention is described based on FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lighting fixture of the present embodiment includes a fixture body 1, one of a plurality of types of lamp units 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B, a control block 3, a terminal block 9, and a reflector unit 10. It has. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the lighting fixture attached to the ceiling material 100, and the control block 3 and the terminal block 9 are not shown in FIG.

The instrument main body 1 has the same configuration as that of the conventional instrument main body 1 shown in FIG. 6, and is inserted into the hole 101 provided in the ceiling material 100 from the lower side, and has a flange 1 a and a mounting bracket (not shown). ) Between the ceiling material 100 and the ceiling material 100. A terminal block 9 and a control block 3 are fixed inside the instrument body 1. Further, either one of the lamp units 2A and 2B is detachably attached from the opening on the lower end side of the instrument body 1. Note that the description common to the two types of lamp units 2A and 2B is expressed as the lamp unit 2, and the individual description is expressed as the lamp unit 2A or the lamp unit 2B.

The terminal block 9 is connected to the power supply line L1 previously wired on the back side of the ceiling material 100 and the electric wire from the control block 3, and relay-connects the electric wire from the control block 3 and the power supply line L1. .

The control block 3 is attached to the instrument body 1. As shown in FIG. 3A, the electric wires from the terminal block 9 are connected to the input terminals t1a and t1b of the control block 3, and the control block 3 is connected to an external power source via the terminal block 9. The control block 3 includes a connector CN1 that is detachably connected to a connector CN2 included in the lamp unit 2. The connector CN1 is provided with four-pole connection terminals t2a, t2b, t3a, and t3b. Here, when the power supply from the external power supply is normal, the control block 3 conducts between the terminals t2a and t1a and between the terminals t2b and t1b, and opens the connection terminals t3a and t3b. On the other hand, at the time of a power failure when the power supply from the external power supply is cut off, the control block 3 connects the connection terminal t2a to the connection terminal t3a, the connection terminal t2b to the connection terminal t3b, and opens the input terminals t1a and t1b. Yes.

Next, the lamp units 2A and 2B will be described. As shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C, the lamp units 2A and 2B are common except that the types of light sources are different. The lamp unit 2A includes an incandescent lamp 5A as a light source, and the lamp unit 2B emits light as a light source. A diode 5B is provided.

The lamp unit 2A includes a storage battery 4, an incandescent lamp 5A, and a current control circuit 6 that lights the incandescent lamp 5A by controlling the current supplied to the incandescent lamp 5A using the storage battery 4 as a power source. Removably attached to.

The lamp unit 2B is different from the lamp unit 2A in that a light emitting diode 5B is provided instead of the incandescent lamp 5A, and the rest is the same as the lamp unit 2A, and the description thereof is omitted.

The lamp unit 2 has a container body 20 accommodated in the appliance body 1, and a light source 5 (incandescent lamp 5 </ b> A or light emitting diode 5 </ b> B) is attached to the lower surface of the container body 20.
The container body 20 is provided with locking claws 20a and 20b for fixing similarly to conventional lighting fixtures, and by locking these locking claws 20a and 20b to the fixture body 1 and the control block 3, the fixture body 20 is provided. It is attached to the main body 1 and the control block 3. A connector CN2 is provided on the upper surface of the container body 20 so as to be detachably connected to the connector CN1 of the control block 3 with the container body 20 attached to the inside of the instrument body 1. The connector CN2 includes four-pole connection terminals t4a, t4b, t5a, and t5b that are respectively connected to the connection terminals t2a, t2b, t3a, and t3b of the connector CN1. Four storage batteries 4 and a fuse 11 are connected in series between the connection terminals t4a and t4b, and the light source 5 (incandescent lamp 5A or light emitting diode 5B) is connected between the connection terminals t5a and t5b via the current control circuit 6. ) Is connected.

A reflector unit 10 is attached to the lower end of the instrument body 1 so as to close the lower end opening of the instrument body 1, and the light source 5 is exposed downward from a central hole 10 a of the reflector unit 10. Since a part of light emitted from the light source 5 (for example, light irradiated in the lateral direction) is reflected in a desired illumination direction (for example, downward) by the reflecting surface 10b of the reflecting mirror unit 10, the illumination space from the light source 5 is reflected. It is possible to increase the amount of light emitted to the.

In this lighting fixture, the terminals t2a and t1a of the control block 3 and the terminals t2b and t1b of the control block 3 become conductive when energized, and the storage battery 4 is connected to the external power source via the control block 3 and the storage battery 4 is charged. . The control block 3 is provided with a circuit (not shown) that converts AC power supplied from an external power source into DC and steps down the voltage to a predetermined voltage value.

On the other hand, since the connection terminals t2a and t3a of the control block 3 are electrically connected and the connection terminals t2b and t3b are electrically connected when the external power supply is interrupted, the connection terminals t4a and t5a of the lamp unit 2 are connected. The state between t5b is conducted through the control block 3. At this time, the light source 5 (incandescent lamp 5A or light emitting diode 5B) is connected to the storage battery 4 via the current control circuit 6, and the current whose current value is adjusted by the current control circuit 6 is supplied to the light source 5. 5 (incandescent lamp 5A or light emitting diode 5B) is lit.

That is, the control block 3 switches the operating state of the lamp unit 2 to the first operating state (the operating state in which the storage battery 4 is charged by an external power source) during normal operation, and the second operating state (the light source 5 with the power from the storage battery 4) during a power failure. The operation state is turned on.

Here, when the light source 5 is the incandescent lamp 5A and the light emitting diode 5B, the current flowing through the light source 5 is different, but in this embodiment, a current control circuit 6 for adjusting the current flowing through the light source 5 is provided in the lamp unit 2 itself. Is provided. Therefore, when it is desired to change the type and brightness of the light source 5, it can be handled by replacing only the lamp unit 2, and the control block 3 can be used in common regardless of the type of the lamp unit 2.

As described above, the lighting fixture of the present invention includes the fixture body 1 fixed to the construction material, the lamp unit 2, and the control block 3. The lamp unit 2 includes a storage battery 4, a light source 5 that can be turned on with power supplied from the storage battery 4, and a current control circuit 6 that controls a current flowing through the light source 5. The control block 3 includes an operation state of the lamp unit 2 in any one of a first operation state in which power is supplied from an external power source and the storage battery 4 is charged, and a second operation state in which the light source 5 is turned on with electric power from the storage battery 4. Switch to The control block 3 is attached to the instrument main body 1, the lamp unit 2 is detachably attached to the instrument main body 1, and the operation state is switched by the control block 3 in a state of being attached to the instrument main body 1.

Thereby, even when it is desired to change the lighting time at the time of a power failure or the type of light source, the storage battery 4, the light source 5, and the current control circuit 6 are provided in the lamp unit 2 detachably attached to the fixture body 1. This can be done by swapping 2. Therefore, it is not necessary to replace the instrument body 1, and the number of replacement parts can be reduced as compared to the conventional case, and the labor for replacement can be reduced. Therefore, the specification can be easily and inexpensively changed. Furthermore, the current control circuit 6 controls the current flowing through the light source 5, whereby a desired light amount can be obtained, and the time during which the storage battery 4 can be lit can be controlled. For example, by limiting the current, it is possible to extend the lighting possible time. By replacing the luminaire, which has conventionally been capable of lighting 30 minutes, with a lamp unit 2 that reduces the current flowing through the light source 5, the lighting is possible. The possible time can be extended to 60 minutes or more.

In the lighting fixture shown in FIG. 2, the reflecting mirror unit 10 which is a member for controlling the light distribution is formed separately from the lamp unit 2, but the member for controlling the light distribution is the lamp unit 2. And may be provided integrally.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a lens member 21 made of a synthetic resin molded product having translucency is integrally attached to the lower surface of the container 20 of the lamp unit 2, and the light distribution of irradiation light is controlled by the lens member 21. May be. In the form of FIG. 4, a mounting spring 22 is provided on the container body 20, and the mounting body 22 is attached to the instrument body 1 by hooking the mounting spring 22 on a locked portion (not shown) of the instrument body 1. The lower opening of the instrument body 1 is closed by the vessel body 20.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, a reflector unit 23 may be attached to the lower side of the body 20 of the lamp unit 2 by an appropriate method, and the distribution of irradiation light may be controlled by the reflector unit 23. The light source 5 is exposed downward from the central hole 23 a of the reflector unit 23, and a part of light emitted from the light source 5 (for example, light emitted in the lateral direction) is reflected on the reflecting surface of the reflector unit 23. Reflected in the desired illumination direction (for example, the lower side) at 23b. In the embodiment of FIG. 5, the reflecting mirror unit 23 is provided with a mounting spring 22, and the mounting body 22 is hooked on a locked portion (not shown) of the instrument main body 1, whereby the container body 20 is mounted on the instrument main body 20. 1 and the lower opening of the instrument body 1 is closed by the vessel body 20.

Thus, the lamp unit 2 is a lens (lens member 21) that controls the light distribution of the light source 5, and a reflecting member (reflecting mirror unit) that reflects at least a part of the irradiation light of the light source 5 in a desired illumination direction. It is also preferable to include any of 23), and a desired light distribution can be obtained. In addition, since the lens or the reflecting member is provided in the lamp unit 2, it is possible to reduce the trouble in attaching to the instrument body 1 compared to the case where it is provided separately from the lamp unit 2.
