Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brassiere which is softly fitted to a chest with a breast being thergically removed to apparently maintain the same chest as that of a healthy person.SOLUTION: A brassiere is made from a stretchable cloth having a pocket for inserting a bust pad as an artificial breast and a pocket for inserting a side pad. A postoperative breast cup portion is sewn to a center part and a side fabric, and the other cup portion is sewn to an under belt portion. The center part of the postoperative breast cup is sewn to the other cup, and the side fabric of the postoperative breast cup is sewn to the under belt, whereby the right and left cup portions are stabilized.

さらに、パッドはお椀型になっており、手術によっては、乳房と乳房周りも切除されている場合の対策がなされていなかった。
