前記熱交換器に供給した蒸気の復水を吸引する吸引手段を接続し、
前記吸引手段で前記熱交換器を低圧状態に維持し、
前記吸引手段を循環する循環液体を、前記ヒートポンプの前記蒸発器で前記熱媒体と熱交換させて冷却し、
前記ヒートポンプの前記凝縮器を、前記循環液体を通過させる層と前記熱媒体を通過させる層との多層構造とし、前記凝縮器における前記循環液体を供給する先端箇所にスプレーノズルを有する、低圧蒸気加熱装置。
