Description

The present invention relates to a coin feeding device for feeding coins.

。   Conventionally, this type of coin feeding device includes a rotating disk and a peripheral wall disposed around the rotating disk. Then, the coin is received on the upper surface of the rotating disk, and by rotating the rotating disk, the coin placed on the upper surface of the rotating disk is moved in the peripheral direction of the rotating disk by centrifugal force and moved in the circumferential direction along the peripheral wall, A coin is fed out to a coin passage from a coin feeding opening opened in a part of the peripheral wall. In addition, the rotating body is eccentrically arranged on the central area of the rotating disk, and the rotating body is eccentrically rotated at a higher speed than the rotating disk, so that the coins staying in the central area on the rotating disk are placed around the rotating disk. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).

As a result, the changing means 70 has the upper surface 53a of the rotating disk 53 and the rubber sheet 72 as the changing member 71 on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53 whose distance from the peripheral wall 56 is smaller than the diameter of the smallest coin to handle. And the frictional force with the coins on the rotary disk 53 is changed on the same circumference of the rotary disk 53. Further, the changing means 70 is provided in a non-constant shape on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53, and the changing member 71 is located from the center O1 of the rotating disk 53 to the periphery of the changing member 71. At least part of the distance is different.

Next, the operation of the coin feeding device 36 will be described.

Coins are received and stored inside the peripheral wall on the rotating disk 53.

By the rotation of the rotating disk 53, a centrifugal force in the outer diameter direction of the rotating disk 53 and a rotating force in the circumferential direction of the rotating disk 53 are applied to the coins placed on the upper surface 53a of the rotating disk 53. As a result, the coins placed on the upper surface 53a of the rotating disk 53 move in the peripheral direction of the rotating disk 53 and abut against the peripheral wall 56, and also move in the peripheral direction along the peripheral wall 56, and a part of the peripheral wall 56 The coins are fed out one by one from the coin feed outlet 57 opened to the coin passage 32.

The coins fed out from the coin feeding port 57 are transferred from the rotating disk 53 onto the passage surface 32a of the coin passage 32 while being guided by the peripheral portion of the coin coming into contact with the introduction portion 32d of the guide member 32b. By being sandwiched between the transport belt 61 and the transport belt 61, the transport belt 61 transports the coin passage 32.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the frictional force between the coin C1 and the rotating disk 53 and the passage surface 32a and the rotating disk with respect to the coin C1 in a state where the coin C1 is in contact with the edge 57b on the downstream side of the coin feeding port 57. If the force relationship such as the centrifugal force and the rotational force from 53 is balanced, the coin C1 stays as it is without being fed to the coin feeding port 57. In particular, the subsequent coin C2 comes into contact with the coin C1 and is easily held in a balanced state by pressing the coin C1 against the edge 57b on the downstream side of the coin outlet 57.

In the coin feeding device 36 of the present embodiment, the changing means 70 provided on the rotary disk 53 can break the balance state of the coins C1 and smoothly feed the coins from the coin feeding port 57.

That is, in the state where the rubber sheet 72 exists at the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 1, the area where the rubber sheet 72 is in contact with the coin C1 is large and the frictional force with the rubber sheet 72 is large. Accordingly, when the rubber sheet 72 is eccentrically rotated at the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, the area where the rubber sheet 72 contacts the coin C1 is reduced, and the frictional force with the rubber sheet 72 is reduced. Deviated from 72.

Accordingly, as the rotating disk 53 rotates, the frictional force between the coin C1 and the rotating rotating disk 53 changes, and the coin C1 that is in contact with the edge 57b of the coin dispensing port 57 is balanced. In the radial direction (indicated by arrow B in FIG. 1), the balance of the coins C1 is likely to be lost.

When the balance of the coin C1 is lost and the coin C1 moves to the coin passage 32, the coin C1 is held under the conveyor belt 61 and conveyed through the coin passage 32, while the coin C1 rotates. When moving to the disk 53 side, the coin C1 enters the inside of the peripheral wall 56, returns to the rotating disk 53, and moves in the circumferential direction along the peripheral wall 56.

Thus, the changing means 70 provided on the upper surface 53a of the rotating disk 53 changes the frictional force with the coins on the rotating disk 53 on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53, so that the edge of the coin feeding port 57 is changed. By changing the movement of the coin balanced between 57a and the rotating disk 53, the balance is lost, and the coin can be smoothly fed out from the coin feeding port 57.

Further, if the changing means 70 is provided in a non-constant shape on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53, the frictional force with the coin on the rotating disk 53 can be changed on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53.

Further, if the changing means 70 includes the changing member 71 having a different distance from the center to the peripheral portion of the rotating disk 53, it is possible to change the frictional force with the coin on the rotating disk 53 on the same circumference. Specifically, the changing member 71 may be provided eccentric to the center of the rotating disk 53.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the same structure and effect | action as 1st Embodiment, the description is abbreviate | omitted using the same code | symbol.

As the changing member 71 of the changing means 70, a rubber sheet 72 is used which has an annular shape in which an inner circumferential circle and an outer circumferential circle are concentric and formed in a sheet shape. A cutout portion 72 a is formed in a part of the peripheral portion of the rubber sheet 72. The rubber sheet 72 is installed concentrically with the rotating disk 53 around the center O1 of the rotating disk 53.

A peripheral portion of the rubber sheet 72 and a cutout portion 72a are arranged on the same circumference of the rotary disk 53 whose distance from the peripheral wall 56 is smaller than the diameter of the smallest coin to be handled.

In the state where the rubber sheet 72 exists at the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. 4, the area where the rubber sheet 72 is in contact with the coin C1 is large and the frictional force with the rubber sheet 72 is large. Accordingly, when the notch 72a of the rubber sheet 72 rotates at the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 4, the area where the rubber sheet 72 contacts the coin C1 is small, and the frictional force with the rubber sheet 72 is reduced. The rubber sheet 72 comes off.

Further, by providing the cutout portion 72a in a part of the peripheral portion of the changing member 71, the frictional force with the coin on the rotating disk 53 can be changed on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53.

Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the same structure and effect | action as the said embodiment, the description is abbreviate | omitted using the same code | symbol.

As the change member 71 of the change means 70, a first change member 81 and a second change member 82 provided on a part of the first change member 81 and having a friction coefficient different from that of the first change member 81 are provided. Prepare. Both the first change member 81 and the second change member 82 are formed in an annular shape, and the outer circumference circle of the first change member 81 and the inner circumference circle of the second change member 82 are provided concentrically. The outer circumferential circle of the second change member 82 is provided eccentrically. For example, a rubber sheet is used for both the first change member 81 and the second change member 82, but the friction coefficient of the second change member is larger than that of the first change member 81.

A first changing member 81 is installed on the upper surface 53a of the rotating disk 53, the inner circumference of the second changing member 82 is centered on the center O1 of the rotating disk 53, and the outer circumference of the second changing member 82 is The rotating disk 53 is installed eccentrically around an eccentric center O2 that is eccentric by a predetermined distance L2 with respect to the center O1. In FIG. 5, the first changing member 81 is installed up to the periphery of the upper surface 53 a of the rotating disk 53, but the first changing member 81 is installed in the periphery of the upper surface 53 a of the rotating disk 53. It does not have to be.

Thereby, the changing means 70 has the first changing member 81 and the second changing member 82 on the same circumference of the rotary disk 53 whose distance from the peripheral wall 56 is smaller than the diameter of the smallest coin to be handled. The frictional force with the coins on the rotating disk 53 is changed on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53. Further, the changing means 70 is provided in a non-constant shape on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53.

And in the state which has the 2nd change member 82 in the position shown as a continuous line in FIG. 5, the area which the 2nd change member 82 is contacting with respect to the coin C1 is large, and the frictional force with the 2nd change member 82 However, if the second changing member 82 rotates eccentrically at the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5 as the rotating disk 53 rotates, the area where the second changing member 82 contacts the coin C1 is small. The frictional force with the second change member 82 becomes small and is disengaged from the second change member 82.

Then, by providing the first changing member 81 and the second changing member 82 having a friction coefficient different from that of the first changing member 81 on the upper surface 53a of the rotating disc 53, the rotating disc 53 rotates on the same circumference. The frictional force with the coin on the disk 53 can be changed. Specifically, the second changing member 82 may be provided eccentrically with respect to the center of the rotating disk 53.

Next, a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

Prepare. The first change member 81 is formed in an annular shape, and the second change member 82 is provided at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of the first change member 81 with a space therebetween. For example, a rubber sheet is used for both the first change member 81 and the second change member 82, but the friction coefficient of the second change member is larger than that of the first change member 81.

On the upper surface 53 a of the rotating disk 53, the first changing member 81 and the second changing member 82 are installed concentrically around the center O 1 of the rotating disk 53.

6, the 1st change member 81 contact | connects the coin C1, and although frictional force with the 1st change member 81 is small, it rotates. When the second change member 82 rotates eccentrically at the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 6 as the disk 53 rotates, the second change member 82 comes into contact with the coin C1, and the second change member 82 The frictional force increases.

In the first and second embodiments, the friction coefficient of the changing member 71 may be smaller than the friction coefficient of the upper surface 53a of the rotary disk 53.

In the third and fourth embodiments, the friction coefficient of the second change member 82 may be smaller than the friction coefficient of the first change member 81.

Each change member 71, 81, 82 is not limited to a rubber sheet, but may be other materials including metal and synthetic resin.

Further, the changing means 70 may change the frictional force with the coin on the rotating disk 53 on the same circumference of the rotating disk 53 by providing a groove on the upper surface 53a of the rotating disk 53 or performing a surface treatment. .
