Description

The present invention relates to an electric device that can be connected to an external device by a plurality of types of connection methods and is connected to the external device by a single connection method selected from the plurality of types of connection methods.

。   Some electrical devices are connected to an external device via a power supply line, a signal line, or the like in order to receive power supply from the external device and to input / output signals to / from the external device. For example, a photoelectric switch that optically detects the presence or absence of an object is connected to an external device via a power supply line for supplying power to a light source or a control component and a signal line for outputting a detection signal (for example, , See Patent Document 1).

When connecting an electrical device to an external device, use status among multiple connection methods, such as a cable method that directly connects the cable to the electrical device, and a connector method that removably attaches the plug at the end of the cable to the socket of the electrical device. One connection method suitable for the above is selectively used.

Therefore, in an electrical device connected to a conventional external device, a cable or a socket can be selectively soldered to a terminal portion mounted on a board housed inside the main body. Some components are designed to be shared.

However, in the conventional electrical device, before the board is accommodated in the main body during the assembly work, it is necessary to selectively perform either the soldering operation of the cable or the soldering operation of the socket to the terminal portion of the board. . For this reason, when assembling electrical equipment, the process after the process of housing the board inside the main body cannot be shared between the cable system type and the connector system type. The work cannot be simplified. In particular, in assembling work of cable-type electrical devices, the cable soldered to the board becomes complicated in the process after the soldering of the cable to the terminal portion of the board. Such a problem generally occurs not only in a photoelectric switch but also in an electric device connected to an external device by selectively applying a plurality of connection methods.

The purpose of this invention is to allow connection members such as cables and sockets to be connected to the terminal part of the board in the final process after the board is stored inside the main body, and to make most of the assembly work common among multiple types It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric apparatus that can simplify the assembly work.

The electric device according to the present invention includes a housing, a terminal portion, and a plurality of connection blocks. The housing is a hollow housing that houses electrical components connected to an external device, and is partially provided with an opening. The terminal portion is connected to the electrical component in the housing and is disposed at a position facing the opening. The plurality of connection blocks have external connection members of different shapes connected to external devices, and also have internal connection members of the same shape connected to the terminal portions, and are selectively attached to the opening of the housing. Is done. When any of the plurality of connection blocks is attached to the opening, the internal connection member is electrically connected to the terminal portion.

In this configuration, when any one of the plurality of connection blocks is attached to the opening of the housing, the internal connection member of the attached connection block is electrically connected to the terminal portion inside the housing. For different types of electrical equipment to which each of the plurality of connection blocks is mounted, the steps up to the last step before mounting any one of the plurality of connection blocks to the opening of the housing are made common.

In this configuration, the housing has a housing-side engaging portion in the opening, and each of the plurality of connection blocks has a block-side engaging portion that elastically engages with the housing-side engaging portion. preferable. The work of attaching any of the plurality of connection blocks to the housing can be simplified.

In addition, the plurality of connection blocks can be configured by a first connection block whose external connection member is a cable and a second connection block whose external connection member is a connector. By selectively attaching the first connection block or the second connection block as the external connection member to the opening of the housing, the process of assembling the cable-type electric device and the connector-type electric device can be performed. Most can be simplified.

Further, the opening may have a recess into which a part of the peripheral surface of the connector is fitted, and the first connection block may have a protrusion that closes the recess. The opening can be reliably closed regardless of which of the first connection block and the second connection block is attached.

According to the present invention, a connection member such as a cable or a socket can be connected to the terminal portion of the board in the final process after the board is stored inside the main body, and most steps of assembly work among a plurality of types can be performed. It is possible to simplify the assembly work by sharing it.
