Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a call recording system for recording a call in a VoIP environment.
VoIP(Voice over IP)環境では、音声はRTP(Real−time Transport Protocol)パケットにより運ばれる。 This type of call recording system is used in, for example, a call center. A call recording system used in a call center or the like is required to record without missing all calls. In a VoIP (Voice over IP) environment, voice is carried by RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) packets. Conventionally, the start and end of a call are determined by call control information independent of the RTP packet. Therefore, in order to record a call in a VoIP environment, a mechanism for recording from an RTP packet in cooperation with call control information is required.
For example,
In the conventional call recording system, if monitoring of the call control information is overlooked or the start / end of the call is not recognized when there is an abnormality, the start or end of the call cannot be recognized correctly, and recording may fail. As a result, all calls may not be recorded. In addition, since the specifications of call control information in the VoIP environment differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, a dedicated program must be created corresponding to the type of IP-PBX (Private Branch eXchange). Furthermore, even if the same IP-PBX is used, when the specification of the call control information is changed, it is necessary to modify the program that cooperates accordingly. As described above, in call recording in a VoIP environment, when recording using call control information, it is necessary to cope with each manufacturer's IP-PBX, to cope with specification changes, and to deal with loss of call control information. Yes, it was a cost increase factor for call recording products and systems.
An object of the present invention is to provide a call recording system that does not depend on call control information and is not affected by changes in the type of IP-PBX or the specification of call control information.

図示のように、電話機1とコールセンター10は、一般の加入電話回線ネットワークであるPSTN(Public Switched Telephone Networks:公衆交換電話網)11に接続される。
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining an example of an embodiment of a call recording system according to the present invention in a VoIP environment when a user calls a call center. In this example, a call center is described as an example, but the call recording system according to the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in the figure, the
The
First, the user uses the
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a call recording system according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of a call state management table. As shown in the figure, the call state management table 23 stores a management ID, a source IP address, a source port, a destination IP address, a destination port, an RTP packet last reception time, and the like. These data are transmitted from the
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of an operation performed by the call determination unit. When the
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of an operation performed by the call state monitoring unit. The call
FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining an example of the relationship between the operations of each part from the start of the call to the end of the call in the call recording system according to the present invention. First, when a call is started, the
The
On the other hand, the call
In the above description, the
As described above, the present invention discriminates and records the start and end of a call using only RTP packets without using the call start / end information based on call control information. That is, in the call recording system, the RTP packet is received by the call discriminating unit, the start of the call is discriminated using the call status management table, and the recording control unit starts recording upon receiving the recording start notification from the call discriminating unit. On the other hand, the call state monitoring unit periodically monitors the call state management table to determine the end of the call, receives a recording end notification from the call state monitoring unit, and ends the recording at the recording control unit To do. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a call recording system that enables recording without depending on call control information in a VoIP environment.
