Description

The present invention relates to a method for forming an artificial nail for decorating a user's own nail.

Conventionally, it has been practiced to enjoy the fashionability of fingertips by applying desired decorations such as art and 3D (three-dimensional) to the nails mainly by women, and usually decorating the nails by a professional called a manicurist There are many cases. Thus, when a manicurist or the like applies decoration directly to a user's own nail, the artificial nail is generally applied by directly applying a liquid resin obtained by dissolving acrylic powder in a solution onto the user's own nail. A method of forming on the surface of the user's own nails, or by applying a gel-like photocurable resin directly on the user's own nails to form and then curing by irradiation with ultraviolet rays For example, a method of forming artificial nails on the surface is used.

However, the above-described method requires a great amount of time exceeding several hours in some cases, and the cost for decoration is high. In addition, the decoration by these methods is expensive because the decoration is maintained only for a few weeks and must be regularly provided. Further, the monomer as a solvent has a problem of hygiene such that the odor is stiff and there is a risk of causing allergies to the nails and surrounding skin.

On the other hand, instead of directly applying a solution or gel-like photocurable resin to the user's own nail to form an artificial nail on the surface of the user's own nail, a pre-shaped artificial nail (nail chip) Conventionally, a method for forming an artificial nail that adheres to the surface of the user's own nail is known (Patent Documents 1 and 2 below).

In this Patent Document 1, a mold that transmits ultraviolet light or the like is manufactured, a photocurable resin is cast into the mold, and cured by irradiation with ultraviolet light or the like to manufacture an artificial nail. The nail is adhered to the user's own nail.

Also, in Patent Document 2, the periphery of a fingertip portion including the user's own nails is molded with an impression material to form a mold, and a room temperature curable resin or the like is poured into the mold and the user's fingertip The replica is manufactured and an artificial nail is formed on the surface of the replica nail, and then the artificial nail is separated from the replica and attached to the user's own nail.

特開2011−115538号公報JP 2011-115538 A 特開2009−101128号公報JP 2009-101128 A

However, in the conventional artificial nail formation method described above, when a pre-shaped artificial nail is used, since the shape is fixed, it corresponds to a shape (particularly a curved shape) that is different for each user. A wide variety of artificial nails of various shapes must be prepared. For this reason, it is necessary to prepare an enormous amount of artificial nails, which is difficult in both production and sales.

In addition, when an artificial nail is formed using a replica of a user's finger part, an artificial nail that matches the shape of the user's own nail can be formed, but a formwork for producing a replica of the finger part is formed. The work to do was troublesome.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides an artificial nail forming method capable of easily and reliably forming an artificial nail according to the curved shape of each user's own nail. With the goal.

The method for forming an artificial nail according to the present invention is a method for decorating a user's own nail, and in order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, a predetermined liquid mixture is cured by curing a liquid mixture of a synthetic resin and a monomer. A first step of forming an artificial nail having a shape, a second step of softening the artificial nail formed in the first step by heating at a predetermined temperature, and the artificial nail softened in the second step A third step of deforming along the curved shape of the user's own nail by closely contacting the surface of the user's own nail, and cooling and hardening the artificial nail deformed in the third step A fourth step of re-molding the artificial nail and a fifth step of bonding the artificial nail re-shaped in the fourth step to the user's own nail are characterized.

According to this, an artificial nail having a predetermined shape is formed by curing a liquid mixture of a synthetic resin and a monomer, and the artificial nail is heated and softened at a predetermined temperature. The artificial nail is deformed along the curved shape of the user's own nail by bringing it into close contact with the surface of the user's nail, reshaped by cooling and hardening the artificial nail, and the artificial nail is adhered to the user's own nail. Since the artificial nail is once molded and then reshaped to match the shape of the user's own nail, the artificial nail corresponding to the curved shape of each user's own nail can be easily and reliably formed. Can do.

The synthetic resin is preferably a fine powder acrylic resin. According to this, since the artificial nail is softened by heat that can be generated by daily necessities such as a dryer, the user can easily deform the artificial nail.

Moreover, the formation method of the artificial nail using the thin plate-shaped printing auxiliary member in which the some insertion hole for fitting the said artificial nail was formed in the surface may be sufficient. According to this, since the preparation in the decoration of the artificial nail can be completed by performing the decoration printing, the subsequent decoration of the artificial nail can be simplified.

An artificial nail according to another aspect of the present invention is an artificial nail used in the method for forming an artificial nail according to claim 2 or claim 3, and cures a liquid mixture of fine powder acrylic resin and monomer. It is characterized by being formed into a predetermined shape. According to this, since the artificial nail is softened by heat that can be generated by daily necessities such as a dryer, the user can easily deform the artificial nail.

According to the present invention, an artificial nail having a predetermined shape is formed by curing a liquid mixture of a synthetic resin and a monomer, and the artificial nail is heated and softened at a predetermined temperature. The artificial nail is deformed along the curved shape of the user's own nail by bringing it into close contact with the surface of the user's own nail, and the artificial nail is reshaped by cooling and hardening, and the artificial nail is bonded to the user's own nail. As a result, the artificial nail is molded once and then reshaped so as to match the shape of the user's own nail. Therefore, the artificial nail according to the curved shape of each user's own nail is easily and reliably formed. be able to.

For this reason, since the user can decorate his / her own nails, it is not necessary for the manicurist to decorate his / her nails. Therefore, it is possible to greatly reduce the time required for the nails to decorate their nails and to save the time required for going to and from the nail salon. In addition, it is possible to reduce the cost of decorating the self-nails at a nail salon or the like. Moreover, since a solution or gel-like photocurable resin is not applied directly, it is safe in terms of hygiene.

<First Embodiment>
Next, a first embodiment of an artificial nail and a method for forming the same according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 1, the artificial nail 1 according to the present embodiment is used to decorate the user's own nail N by being bonded in a manner covering the surface of the user's finger F. is there.

The artificial nail 1 is made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, and has a desired decoration C such as art or 3D (three-dimensional) on the front side, and is used by an adhesive tape A provided on the back side. It is adhered to the surface of the person's own nail N.

The artificial nail 1 is made by curing a liquid mixture of a synthetic resin and a monomer. Specifically, a mixed liquid in which a fine powdery acrylic resin (acrylic powder) and a monomer (acrylic liquid) are mixed. It is obtained by curing a product. When the artificial nail 1 is softened by heating, the artificial nail 1 is deformed along the curved shape of the surface of the user's own nail N or the like by being brought into close contact with another object such as the user's own nail N or the like. To do. The artificial nail 1 is cured in a deformed state while being naturally or artificially cooled while the deformed state is ensured. Therefore, the artificial nail 1 has a curved shape of each user's own nail N. According to the shape. When the artificial nail 1 is naturally or artificially cooled without securing the deformed state, the artificial nail 1 returns to the state before the deformation and is cured.

The artificial nail 1 is a synthetic resin made of fine powder acrylic resin, and is molded into a predetermined shape by curing a liquid mixture of the fine powder acrylic resin and monomer. For this reason, it deform | transforms by heating with the heat | fever of 50 degreeC or more. Accordingly, the artificial nail 1 is softened by heat that can be generated by daily necessities such as the dryer D, and thus the artificial nail 1 can be easily deformed even by a user or the like.

Next, a method for forming the artificial nail 1 will be described with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2A, an artificial nail 1 having a predetermined shape is formed by curing a liquid mixture of synthetic resin and monomer (first step). The mold member 100 as shown in FIG. 3 is used for molding the artificial nail 1 here.

The formwork member 100 includes a lower member 110 provided with a plurality of concave portions 111 and an upper member 120 provided with a plurality of convex portions 121 that can be fitted into the concave portions 111 of the lower member 110. ing. A concave liquid receiving portion 111a formed downward is provided on the lower surface of each concave portion 111 in the lower member 110, and the liquid receiving portion 111a is provided on the lower surface of each convex portion 121 in the upper member 120. A convex liquid pressing portion 121a set slightly lower than the depth is provided downward.

In the mold member 100, the mixed liquid material is poured into the recesses 111 of the lower member 110, and the protrusions 121 of the upper member 120 are fitted into the recesses 111 of the lower member 110. It is held in a region surrounded by the receiving part 111a and the liquid pressing part 121a. By curing the mixed liquid as it is, the artificial nail 1 having a predetermined shape can be formed. The predetermined shape here is substantially the same as the shape of the surface of the user's own nail N.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the artificial nail 1 is heated and softened at a predetermined temperature. Here, the artificial nail 1 is lightly held by the tweezers P and heated by the dryer D (second step).

Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the artificial nail 1 is brought into close contact with the surface of the user's own nail N to be deformed along the curved shape of the user's own nail N (third step). ). Here, the artificial nail 1 in the softened state is held in a hand and pressed against the surface of the user's own nail N to deform the artificial nail 1 along the curved shape of the surface of the own nail N. In addition, the artificial nail 1 is reshaped at the same time as the deformation by naturally cooling and hardening the artificial nail 1 in a state where the artificial nail 1 is deformed on the user's own nail N (fourth step). .

Next, as shown in FIG. 2D, the artificial nail 1 is bonded to the user's own nail N (fifth step). Here, the adhesive tape A is provided on the front surface of the user's own nail N or the back surface of the artificial nail 1, and the artificial nail 1 is adhered to the surface of the user's own nail N via the adhesive tape A. Since the artificial nail 1 can be formed on the own nail N, the user's own nail N can be decorated.

Various decorations C such as art and 3D may be applied to the artificial nail 1 at any time after the first step.

According to the above, since the artificial nail 1 is molded and then reshaped so as to match the shape of the user's own nail N, the artificial nail 1 corresponding to the curved shape of each user's own nail can be easily and reliably obtained. Can be formed.

In addition, in this embodiment, although the synthetic resin which comprises the artificial nail 1 demonstrated the case where it was a fine powder-form acrylic resin, other synthetic resins, such as a urethane resin, an epoxy resin, an ebonite, and polyester, may be sufficient. . In addition, although it has been described that what is mixed with the synthetic resin is a monomer, the monomer is a low-molecular unit liquid substance such as ethylene, propylene, vinyl chloride, styrene, and the like, and is appropriately selected. is there. In short, the combination of the synthetic resin and the monomer may be any combination as long as the liquid mixture of the synthetic resin and the monomer can be cured and molded and can be remolded by heating.

Moreover, although the case where the artificial nail 1 was heated with the dryer D was demonstrated, you may make it heat with another method.

Moreover, although the case where the artificial nail | claw 1 softens by heating with the heat | fever of 50 degreeC or more was demonstrated, Preferably the artificial nail | claw 1 is softened with the heat | fever of the range of 50 to 200 degreeC. The reason why the lower limit is set to 50 ° C. or more is to soften the artificial nail 1 with a general dryer D as described above. On the other hand, the upper limit is set to 200 ° C. or less in order to soften the artificial nail 1 with a general heater (a heater, a heater, or the like).

More preferably , the artificial nail 1 is softened by heat in the range of 50 ° C. or higher and 130 ° C. or lower. The upper limit is set to 130 ° C. or lower because the upper limit of the temperature that can be generated by a general dryer D or the like is about 130 ° C.

More preferably, the artificial nail 1 is softened by heat in the range of 60 ° C. or higher and 70 ° C. or lower. This is because the average temperature of warm air generated in a general dryer D is in the range of 60 ° C. or higher and 70 ° C. or lower.

Moreover, although the case where the 3rd process and the 4th process were performed simultaneously was explained, after changing artificial nail 1 in the 3rd process and separating artificial nail 1 from on user's own nail N, The artificial nail 1 may be reshaped by cooling and curing.

Moreover, although the case where the artificial nail | claw 1 was naturally cooled and hardened was demonstrated, you may cool with the other method.

Moreover, although the case where the artificial nail | claw 1 and the user's own nail N were adhere | attached with the adhesive tape A was demonstrated, you may adhere | attach by other methods, such as an adhesive agent.

<Second Embodiment>
Next, a second embodiment of the method for forming an artificial nail according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the present embodiment, a case where decorative printing is performed on the artificial nail 1 between the first step and the second step in the first embodiment will be described.

In the following description, configurations different from those of the above-described embodiments will be described. The same configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the method for forming the artificial nail 1 according to the present embodiment is a thin plate-like printing auxiliary member 200 having a plurality of insertion holes 210 formed on the surface thereof. Is used to perform decorative printing on the artificial nail 1 according to the following procedure.

First, the artificial nail 1 molded in the first step is softened by heating at a predetermined temperature to make it flat.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the flat artificial nail 1 is fitted into the fitting hole 210 of the printing auxiliary member 200. Thus, the position of the artificial nail 1 with respect to the printing auxiliary member 200 can be regulated by fitting the artificial nail 1 into the fitting hole 210.

Next, decorative printing is performed on the artificial nail 1 from above the auxiliary printing member 200 using an inkjet printer. At this time, since the position of the artificial nail 1 with respect to the printing auxiliary member 200 is restricted, the decorative printing can be accurately performed on the artificial nail 1.

Next, the artificial nail 1 is taken out from the fitting hole 210 of the printing auxiliary member 200.

Next, the artificial nail 1 is re-deformed into a predetermined shape by heating at a predetermined temperature. The re-deformation here is to deform the artificial nail 1 to the original shape (predetermined shape) when it is molded in the first step.

As described above, since the preparation for the decoration of the artificial nail 1 can be completed by performing the decoration printing, the subsequent decoration of the artificial nail 1 can be simplified.

In addition, in this embodiment, although the case where two or more insertion holes 210 were formed was demonstrated, one may be sufficient.

Moreover, although the case where the decorative printing is performed by the ink jet printer has been described, the decorative printing may be performed by other printing methods such as screen printing.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described with reference to drawings, this invention is not limited to the thing of embodiment shown in figure. Various modifications and variations can be made to the illustrated embodiment within the same range or equivalent range as the present invention.
