地球表面を区分する複数のブロックの位置を示すブロック位置情報、及び、当該各ブロックのタイムゾーンを関連付けて記憶する記憶部と、
3機以上の前記位置情報衛星から送信される前記衛星信号を前記受信部に受信させて、当該衛星信号に含まれる位置情報及び時刻情報を取得する第1情報取得部と、
前記複数のブロックのうち、前記第1情報取得部により取得された前記位置情報により示される現在地が含まれるブロックに関連付けられた前記タイムゾーンを、前記記憶部から取得するタイムゾーン取得部と、
前記タイムゾーン取得部により取得された前記タイムゾーン、及び、前記第1情報取得部により取得された前記時刻情報に基づいて、ローカルタイムを算出する第1ローカルタイム算出部と、
前記第1ローカルタイム算出部により算出されたローカルタイムに基づいて、前記内部時刻を修正する第1時刻修正部と、
1機の前記位置情報衛星から送信される前記衛星信号を前記受信部に受信させ、当該衛星信号に含まれる時刻情報を取得する第2情報取得部と、
前記タイムゾーン取得部により取得された前記タイムゾーン、及び、前記第2情報取得部により取得された前記時刻情報に基づいて、ローカルタイムを算出する第2ローカルタイム算出部と、
前記第2ローカルタイム算出部により算出されたローカルタイムに基づいて、前記内部時刻を修正する第2時刻修正部と、を備える
