The other end connecting plate portion 39 is inclined so as to approach the intermediate connecting plate portion 38 toward the outer side plate portion 35, and a chamfer 47 is formed on the upright portion 26 side of the base portion 25.

The upright portion 26 has a flat plate shape, is perpendicular to the inner plate portion 36 from the other end edge of the inner plate portion 36, and is parallel to the one end connecting plate portion 37 and the intermediate connecting plate portion 38. Stands on the opposite side of 35.

The hinge part 27 is a resin hinge formed in a thin plate shape so as to have flexibility. In the state where the holding part 30 connects the base part 25 and the parting part 28 as shown in FIG. The base portion 25 extends in the same direction as the extending direction of the base portion 25 with respect to the rising portion 26 from the end portion on the opposite side to the base portion 25 in the rising direction of the rising portion 26.

The parting part 28 extends substantially parallel to the base part 25 from the edge of the hinge part 27 opposite to the upright part 26 in a state where the holding part 30 connects the base part 25 and the parting part 28. A flat plate-like substrate portion 51, a tip plate portion 52 that extends so as to approach the base portion 25 from the edge on the opposite side of the hinge portion 27 of the substrate portion 51 toward the tip side, and a tip plate portion 52 is formed of an opposing ridge 53 that protrudes in the direction of the base 25 from the edge on the side opposite to the substrate 51 and faces the inner ridge 43.

The holding part 30 includes a female part 56 provided on the base part 25 and a male part 57 provided on the parting part 28.

The female part 56 is perpendicular to the inner plate part 36 and opposite to the outer plate part 35 so as to be arranged in the same plane as the intermediate connection plate part 38 from the position of the intermediate connection plate part 38 of the inner plate part 36. A flat plate-like long plate portion 61 that rises, an engagement protrusion 62 that protrudes in the direction of the raised portion 26 from an end edge of the long plate portion 61 opposite to the inner plate portion 36, and the length of the inner plate portion 36. A flat plate-like short plate portion 63 that rises slightly shorter than the long plate portion 61 on the opposite side of the outer plate portion 35 from the intermediate position on the rising portion 26 side of the plate portion 61 and parallel to the long plate portion 61; The short plate portion 63 includes an engaging ridge portion 64 that protrudes in the direction of the long plate portion 61 from an edge portion on the opposite side to the inner plate portion 36.

A chamfer 65 is formed at an end edge of the engaging protrusion 62 opposite to the long plate portion 61 so as to be inclined toward the short plate portion 63 toward the base portion 25 side. A chamfer 66 that is inclined so that the base portion 25 side is positioned closer to the short plate portion 63 side is formed on the end edge portion of the engaging protrusion 64 that is opposite to the short plate portion 63. An R chamfer 67 is formed on the opposite side of the base portion 25 so as to be inclined so that the base portion 25 side is located on the long plate portion 61 side.

The male portion 57 includes a flat base end plate portion 71 that rises perpendicularly to the base plate portion 51 from the position on the front plate portion 52 side in the base plate portion 51 of the parting portion 28, and a base end plate portion 71. And a bulging ridge 72 that bulges to the side other than the base end plate 71 at the edge opposite to the substrate 51. The male part 57 has a diameter of the bulging ridge part 72 smaller than the width between the long plate part 61 and the short plate part 63 of the female part 56, and the minimum width between the engaging ridge parts 62 and 64. Bigger than. Further, the plate thickness of the base end plate portion 71 is thinner than the minimum width between the engaging protrusions 62 and 64. Therefore, when the bulging ridge portion 72 enters between the long plate portion 61 and the short plate portion 63 while pushing the engagement ridge portions 62 and 64 open, the engagement ridge portions 62 and 64 (especially the engagement ridge portions 62 and 64). When it comes out of between the long plate portion 61 and the short plate portion 63 while pushing the engaging ridge portions 62 and 64 open, the ridge portions 62 and 64 are engaged. Is disengaged.

And as shown in FIG. 1, the thermal insulation panel 21 which makes this and a double window structure with respect to this to one window part 10 is four sides (of FIG. 1) exposed from the window frame 12 of the window glass 11 of the window part 10. Four frame members 20 (only two are shown in the cross section of FIG. 1) arranged in a cross section and having a rectangular frame shape as a whole, and these frame members 20 are attached to the window glass 11. And four double-sided tapes 75 (only two are shown in the cross section of FIG. 1), and four cushion tapes 76 (only two are shown in the cross section of FIG. 1) that close the gap between the frame member 20 and the window frame 12. And one heat shield plate 22 held by the four frame members 20. The four frame members 20, the four double-sided tapes 75, and the four cushion tapes 76 are each formed by cutting from one long member according to the size of the window portion 10.

When constructing the above-described heat shield panel 21, first, as shown in FIG. 3, the connection between the female part 56 and the male part 57 of the holding part 30 of the frame member 20 is released, and the hinge part 27 is deformed to give up. The part 28 is in an open state with respect to the base part 25. A double-sided tape 75 is attached to the frame member 20 between the one end protrusion 41 and the other end protrusion 42 of the outer side plate portion 35 of the base portion 25, and the outer surface of the upright portion 26. A cushion tape 76 is attached to the base portion 25 side of the corner cover portion 29. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the double-sided tape 75 is adhered to the window glass 11 so that the corner concealing portion 29 is brought into contact with the window frame 12 while pressing and compressing the cushion tape 76 against the window frame 12. In this manner, the four frame members 20 are attached to the four sides of the window glass 11. In this state, the frame member 20 is stuck to the window glass 11 in the base portion 25 having a hollow structure, and the upright portion 26 is disposed to face the window frame 12 of the window portion 10. In addition, in order to join the frame members 20 to each other at right angles, “butting” in which the end of the other frame member 20 is brought into contact with the side surface of one frame member 20, the end portion is cut at 45 degrees and brought into contact. Arbitrary methods such as “joining” to be used or a separate “corner member” may be employed.

From the above state, the heat shield plate 22 formed in a rectangular shape according to the size of the window portion 10 is disposed on the side opposite to the upright portion 26 from the female portion 56 of the base portion 25 of all the frame members 20. For all the frame members 20, the parting part 28 is swung so that the male part 57 of the holding part 30 is fitted to the female part 56 as shown in FIG. 1. Then, in all the frame members 20, the parting portion 28 sandwiches each end edge of the heat shield plate 22 with the base part 25, and the holding part 30 holds the parting part 28 in this state (that is, the parting part). The portion 28 can sandwich the edge portion of the heat shield plate 22 with the base portion 25). Thereby, the heat shield panel 21 is attached to the window part 10, and it becomes a double window structure which has the space part 80 in between. At this time, the base portion 25 abuts the heat shield plate 22 at the inner ridge portion 43, and the parting portion 28 abuts the heat shield plate 22 at the opposed ridge portion 53 while the front plate portion 52 is mainly bent.

According to the frame member 20 and the heat shield panel 21 of the present embodiment described above, the frame member 20 is attached to the window portion 10 with the double-sided tape 75 with the parting portion 28 opened, and the heat shield plate 22 is sandwiched therebetween. Since it can be constructed by swinging the parting portion 28 toward the base portion 25 and fitting the holding portion 30, the window portion 10 can be easily made into a double window structure. Of course, if the heat shield panel 21 is further provided on the indoor side of the heat shield plate 22 of the heat shield panel 21, a multiple window structure can be obtained.

Further, since the frame member 20 is attached to the window glass 11 of the window portion 10 and the base portion 25 that sandwiches the edge portion of the heat shield plate 22 with the parting portion 28 has a hollow structure, the base portion 25, that is, the portion of the frame member 20 disposed between the window glass 11 and the heat shield plate 22 can be improved in heat insulation (heat insulation). Therefore, the heat shield property of the entire heat shield panel 21 can be further improved.

Further, since the frame member 20 has a corner concealment portion 29 formed on the opposite side of the upright portion 26 from the parting portion 28, a heat insulating material such as a cushion tape 76 is disposed between the upright portion 26 and the window frame 12. Even so, it can be hidden by the corner concealing portion 29, and the appearance is improved.

Moreover, since the frame material 20 is a synthetic resin integral molded product by extrusion molding, the number of parts can be reduced, and manufacturing costs, management costs, and the like can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 5, only the base portion 25 of the frame member 20 may be divided in the length direction by forming a groove portion 81 by groove processing. As a result, as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5, the space 80 between the window glass 11 and the heat shield plate 22 is connected to the spaces 45 and 46 of the base 25 and the female portion 56 via the groove 81. And it communicates with the space part 82 between the upright parts 26, and hot air can be discharged | emitted from the clearance gap between the butt | matching corner parts of the frame materials 20, the clearance gap between corner accessories, etc. FIG. Also, by forming a plurality of small holes communicating with the space portions 45 and 46 in each of the one end connecting plate portion 37, the intermediate connecting plate portion 38, and the inner side plate portion 36, the gaps and corner roles of the butting corner portions between the frame members 20 can be obtained. Hot air can be discharged from the gaps between objects.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, only the holding portion 30 of the frame member 20 is divided into a length direction by forming a groove portion 85 by grooving, and a wiring path is secured as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 6. May be. As a result, for example, the sensor wiring adhered to the window glass 11 can be passed through the groove portion 85 through the space portion 82 between the female portion 56 and the upright portion 26 and pulled out from the corner portion or the like.

In addition, around the crescent, the frame member 20 may be cut with a router or the like to form a relief to avoid interference.
