Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an adhesive tape roll, and more particularly to an adhesive tape roll that can be easily and cleanly cut with a finger when the adhesive tape is pulled out.
Conventionally, there is a cellophane tape roll (generally referred to as cellophane tape) in which a cellophane film coated with an adhesive is formed into a band shape, and this band film coated with an adhesive is wound into a roll. . Cellophane tape is used in many situations because it is inexpensive and can be bonded to various materials such as paper. However, since cellophane is likely to deteriorate with time, cellophane tape is not suitable for long-term adhesion. Moreover, when the tape cutter is not mounted or when a cutting tool such as a scissors is not nearby, it is necessary to cut the cellophane tape with a finger. However, when trying to cut with a finger, the cellophane tape stretches or wrinkles are formed on the cellophane tape, and the cellophane tape cannot be cut cleanly and quickly.
However, the binding tape roll has not been devised for cutting the binding tape drawn from the roll into a desired length with a finger. Therefore, in order to cut the binding tape drawn from the binding tape roll into a desired length, a cutting tool such as a scissors is required. Further, when the drawn binding tape is cut with a finger, the shape of the cut portion becomes distorted. After returning the distorted cut part (end part) to the surface of the bundling tape roll and then trying to peel off the cut part from the bundling tape roll, the cut part is distorted, There is a problem that the binding tape does not peel off well from the surface of the roll, and the binding tape cannot be pulled out quickly and cleanly.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive tape roll capable of easily and cleanly cutting the adhesive tape with a finger when the adhesive tape is pulled out.
The first invention is
An adhesive tape roll formed by winding an adhesive tape having an adhesive surface formed on one side,
The adhesive tape is characterized in that perforations for manual cutting are formed along an inclination direction with respect to the longitudinal direction.
The “inclination direction” in the first invention does not include a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction and a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
According to the first invention, the adhesive tape is formed with perforations for manual cutting along the inclined direction with respect to the longitudinal direction thereof, so that when the adhesive tape is pulled out, the adhesive tape can be easily pulled with a finger. And it can be cut neatly. When the perforation along the width direction is formed on the adhesive tape, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction becomes extremely small, and if the adhesive tape is pulled out from the roll vigorously, the adhesive tape may break or after the adhesive tape is applied There is a possibility that the adhesive tape will break with a little force. In general, when two objects (for example, paper) are joined with an adhesive tape, as a human habit, there is a tendency to stick the adhesive tape so that the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape is perpendicular or parallel to the edge of the object. is there. When a perforation along the width direction is formed on the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape is attached so that the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape is perpendicular to the edge of the object, the perforation in the entire width direction of the tape There is a possibility that the edge positions of the objects coincide with each other, concentrated stress is applied to the perforation, and the tape breaks. Moreover, when the perforation along the longitudinal direction is formed on the adhesive tape, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction becomes extremely large, and it becomes difficult to cut the adhesive tape drawn from the roll with a finger. In addition, when a perforation along the longitudinal direction is formed on the adhesive tape and the adhesive tape is affixed so that the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape is parallel to the edge of the object, the entire length of the tape is perforated. There is a possibility that the position of the edge of the eye coincides with the edge of the object, concentrated stress is applied to the perforation, and the tape breaks. On the other hand, when the perforation along the inclined direction is formed on the adhesive tape, it will not break even if the adhesive tape is pulled out of the roll vigorously, and it will be difficult to cut even after the adhesive tape has been applied. The adhesive tape can be easily cut with a finger.
According to a second invention, in the first invention,
The perforation has alternately cuts penetrating the adhesive tape and uncut portions left between the adjacent cuts.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the ease of cutting with a finger can be enhanced by intermittently forming cuts that penetrate therethrough.
According to a third invention, in the second invention,
A large number of rows of perforations are formed in parallel with each other at a minute interval in the longitudinal direction.
According to the third aspect of the invention, since a large number of rows of perforations are formed at a minute interval, the tape can be cut at an arbitrary position while the adhesive tape is pulled out from the roll.
According to a fourth invention, in the third invention,
The angle formed by the inclined direction and the longitudinal direction is 5 to 85 degrees.
According to the fourth invention, the effects of the first invention can be more reliably exhibited.
A fifth invention is the fourth invention,
The minute interval is an interval as long as a user feels that the adhesive tape can be cut at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction.
According to the fifth aspect, the user can feel as if the adhesive tape can be cut at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction.
According to a sixth invention, in the fifth invention,
The cut has a minute first length, and the uncut portion has a second length longer than the first length.
By making the uncut portion longer than the cut, the tensile strength of the perforation becomes larger than when the uncut portion is made shorter than the cut. Thereby, when the adhesive tape is pulled out from the roll vigorously, the possibility of the adhesive tape being cut off and the possibility of the adhesive tape being cut off after the adhesive tape is applied can be further reduced.
A seventh invention is the sixth invention, wherein
The base material of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is a uniaxially stretched or biaxially stretched film, and the stretch direction of the uniaxially stretched film or the stretch direction of the biaxially stretched film is along the longitudinal direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. .
According to 7th invention, since the extending | stretching direction of the adhesive tape is along the longitudinal direction of the said adhesive tape, when the adhesive tape is pulled out from a roll vigorously, possibility that the said adhesive tape will cut, after sticking an adhesive tape The possibility that the adhesive tape will break can be further reduced.
The eighth invention
A method for producing an adhesive tape roll formed by winding an adhesive tape having an adhesive surface formed on one side,
A method for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape roll, comprising: forming a perforation for manual cutting along a direction inclined with respect to a longitudinal direction of the tape base material constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
According to the eighth invention, the adhesive tape roll according to the first invention can be manufactured.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the adhesive tape roll which can cut | disconnect the said adhesive tape easily and beautifully with a finger when drawing out an adhesive tape can be provided.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a view showing an adhesive tape roll according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view showing the perforation of the adhesive tape shown in FIG.
The pressure-sensitive

The base material of the pressure-sensitive
In addition, the base material of the

First, the
According to the pressure-sensitive
In general, when two objects (for example, paper) are combined with the
On the other hand, when the
Moreover, according to the

Moreover, according to the pressure-sensitive
Next, the test of the
<Tensile strength test>
First, a plurality of adhesive tapes having different perforation angles were prepared, and each adhesive tape was clamped to the two
The inclination angle of the perforation is an angle formed by the perforation with respect to the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape. The tilt angles are (1) 90.00 degrees, (2) 78.75 degrees, (3) 67.50 degrees, (4) 56.25 degrees, (5) 45.00 degrees, (6) 33.75. The adhesive tapes set at degrees, (7) 22.50 degrees, (8) 11.25 degrees, and (9) 0.00 degrees were tested three times each, and the average value of the breaking strength for three times was calculated. Calculated. In addition, (1) means that the perforation is formed along the width direction of the adhesive tape, and (9) means that the perforation is formed along the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape.
In addition, the following three types of materials having different materials or cuts of the base material of the adhesive tape were prepared, and experiments were performed by changing the angles (1) to (9) above. The first type is (a) the material is OPP and there are no cuts at both ends in the width direction. The second type is (b) the material is OPP and there are cuts at both ends in the width direction. The eyes (c) were made of PET and had cuts at both ends in the width direction. The test results are shown in FIGS. FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the test results numerically. FIG. 11 is a graph showing the numerical values shown in FIG. FIG. 10 also shows the test results for the cellophane tape. In FIG. 11, the area | region between the maximum value and the minimum value of the tensile strength which is a test result of a cellophane tape was shown together with the horizontally long rectangle. In FIG. 11, the solid line graph corresponds to the above condition (a), the alternate long and short dash line graph corresponds to the above condition (b), and the broken line graph corresponds to the above condition (c).
(Test results)
As can be seen from FIGS. 10 and 11, it can be seen that as the inclination angle of the perforation decreases, that is, as the direction of the perforation approaches the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape, the tensile force required for breaking gradually increases. The smaller the tensile strength is, the better the hand cutting property is. However, the tensile strength in the longitudinal direction is weak, so an appropriate angle setting is required. As can be seen from FIG. 11, in order to have the same tensile strength (breaking strength) as the cellophane tape, for example, 90 degrees <tilt angle ≦ 23 degrees is preferable under the above condition (a). For example, 90 degrees <tilt angle ≦ 39 degrees is preferable, and for the condition (c), 90 degrees <tilt angle ≦ 45 degrees is preferable.

<Hand cutting test>
A sensitivity test was conducted on the hand cutting property of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 3 (Example) according to the present invention and the hand cutting property of the comparative example. A cutting operation was performed and the ease of cutting was tested.

It was a thing.
(Test results)
FIG. 12 shows the test results. As shown in FIG. 12, all of the adhesive tapes according to Examples 1 to 4 could be easily cut without any problem 20 times. Moreover, since any adhesive tape was cut | disconnected by the perforation, the cut part was linear. For this reason, even if the pulled-out adhesive tape was returned to the roll surface, it was easy to peel off the adhesive tape and pull it out again.
On the other hand, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to Comparative Example 1 was often cut in a distorted shape (an oblique cut) at an unexpected angle close to the longitudinal direction. For this reason, it was not easy to return the drawn-out adhesive tape to the roll surface, peel off the adhesive tape, and draw it out again. Moreover, the adhesive tape which concerns on the comparative example 2 was not able to cut | disconnect all 20 times. When I tried to cut it forcibly, the adhesive tape stretched greatly. Moreover, the adhesive tape according to Comparative Example 3 sometimes did not break when a force was first applied. In this case, the adhesive tape was broken when the position where the force was applied was slightly shifted. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to Comparative Example 3 had an impression that it was difficult to cut.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION When this adhesive tape is pulled out, this invention can be utilized for the adhesive tape roll etc. which can cut | disconnect the said adhesive tape easily and beautifully with a finger | toe.
