Description

The present invention relates to spats, and more particularly to spats that are suitably used for exercise.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, spats have been known in which a portion having a high elongation stress or tightening force is partially provided to have a taping function. For example, in Patent Document 1, a portion extending from the patella along the outer vastus to the greater trochanter, a portion extending from the patella to the inner vastus muscle, and a curve from the lower part of the gastrocnemius to both sides of the knee A spat is disclosed in which a tightening portion having a large tightening force is provided on the portion and no tightening portion is provided near the joint.

In the spats disclosed in Patent Document 1, the range of movement of the joint is ensured by dividing the tightening portion so that the ease of movement of the leg is not hindered. However, in the spats disclosed in Patent Document 1, a tightening portion is provided for the purpose of comfortably performing an operation and reducing fatigue, and no consideration is given to enhancing physical performance during exercise. Rather, by providing the tightening portion separately, the load of the tightening portion is not sufficiently applied to the movement of the muscles and joints, and improvement in physical performance during exercise can hardly be expected.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a spat that can improve performance during running or reduce performance degradation due to fatigue.

The spats of the present invention capable of solving the above problems are spats having a base portion and a strong power portion exhibiting a higher elongation stress than that of the base portion, and the strong power portion is located outside the greater ankle muscle. A thigh lateral part extending through the vastus and above the patella; and a thigh medial part extending from the greater gluteal muscle through the medial vastus and above the patella; It is characterized by being connected to each other above the patella. If the strong power portion is provided in this way, the strong power portions of the outer thigh portion and the inner thigh portion act so as to support the extension of the hip joint. In other words, when the wearer bends the hip joint, the outer thigh and inner thighs are stretched, and the stretching stress causes the outer thigh and inner thighs to extend the hip joint. Kicking ability will be improved. As a result, it is possible to improve the performance during traveling and to reduce the performance degradation (decrease in running speed) due to fatigue.

The base portion is preferably present from the lower abdomen to the upper abdominal muscle of the rectus femoris and is also present in the lower abdominal region of the biceps femoris and / or the lower abdominal region of the semi-tendonoid muscle. If the base portion is present in this manner, the pressure when wearing the spats is reduced, the movement of the hip joint is not hindered as much as possible, and the feeling of stickiness is reduced to improve the feeling of wearing the spats.

It is preferable that the strong power portion further includes a knee covering portion that extends from above the patella through the patella and below the patella, and the knee covering portion is connected to the outer thigh portion and the inner thigh portion above the patella. By providing the knee covering portion as the strong power portion, the knee joint is supported by the knee covering portion. As a result, the knee joint is restrained from bending and the upper body from sinking during traveling, and the force generated by the hip joint extension is efficiently transmitted to the ground. Further, the vertical movement of the center of gravity of the body during traveling is suppressed, and the stability in the left-right direction is improved.

It is preferable that an anti-slip material is provided on the skin surface side of the strong power portion below the patella. If an anti-slip material is provided under the patella, the hip and knee joints and the knee covering part will not easily slip due to flexion or extension of the hip joint or knee joint, and the hip joint or knee joint is suitably supported by the strong power part. Become so.

The strong power part further includes an outer part of the lower leg that extends from the lower part of the patella through the outer side of the lower leg to the gastrocnemius, and an inner part of the lower leg that extends from the lower part of the kneecap to the inside of the lower leg part and reaches the gastrocnemius. It is preferable that the outer part and the inner side of the lower leg are connected to the knee covering part below the patella, and the outer part of the lower leg and the inner side of the lower leg are connected to each other through the gastrocnemius muscle. By providing the outer side of the lower leg and the inner side of the lower leg as a strong power part, the knee covering part is locked to the outer part of the lower leg and the inner side of the lower leg, and the knee covering part, the outer thigh part, and the inner thigh part are connected to the hip joint and It becomes difficult to shift due to flexion and extension of the knee joint. As a result, the extension of the knee joint is more suitably supported by the knee covering portion, and the extension of the hip joint is also more suitably supported by the outer thigh portion and the inner thigh portion.

It is preferable that the outer side of the lower leg and the inner side of the lower leg are connected to each other at the lower part of the gastrocnemius. If the outer side of the lower leg and the inner side of the lower leg are provided in this way, the extension of the hip joint is strongly supported by the strong power part provided from the outer side of the thigh and the inner side of the thigh to the outer side of the lower leg and the inner side of the lower leg. .

It is preferable that a non-slip material is provided on the skin surface side of the strong power part of the gastrocnemius. If the anti-slip material is provided in the gastrocnemius, the knee covering portion, the outer side of the lower leg, and the inner side of the lower leg are less likely to be displaced due to bending and extension of the knee joint. Therefore, the knee joint is suitably supported by the strong power part.

It is preferable that the strong power portion further includes a buttock connecting portion that connects the left large gluteal muscle through the sacrum and / or the lumbar vertebra to the right large gluteal muscle and connects the strong power portions of the left and right legs. If the strong power parts of the left and right legs are connected by the buttock connection part, the left and right thigh outer part and thigh inner part are locked to the buttock connection part, and the thigh outer part and thigh inner part are It becomes hard to slip by extension. As a result, the extension of the hip joint is more suitably supported by the outer thigh portion and the inner thigh portion.

In the spats of the present invention, since the strong power portion is provided so as to surround the thigh in the circumferential direction and extend from the buttocks to the knee, the strong power portion supports the extension of the hip joint during running. Therefore, the power for swinging down the legs during running and the power for kicking the ground are improved, and it is possible to improve performance during running and to reduce performance deterioration (running speed reduction) due to fatigue.

The spats of the present invention are suitably used for exercise, and are particularly suitably used for exercise involving running. The spats of the present invention are partially provided with a strong power portion exhibiting a high elongation stress, and this strong power portion supports the extension of the wearer's hip joint to improve performance during running or fatigue. It is possible to reduce the performance drop (running speed drop) due to. In addition, the spats of the present invention can be expected to reduce performance degradation due to fatigue not only during running but also during walking.

The cause of the decrease in running speed during running was examined by the present inventors through experiments with general runners. When fatigue occurred, the hip extension force decreased and the leg swinging force and ground force were reduced. It became clear that the kicking force was reduced, and this was found to be one of the biggest causes of the decrease in running speed. Specifically, it is clear that the ability to extend the hip joint when the thigh is lifted and then swung down, and the force to extend the hip joint when the foot kicks the ground, significantly affects the running speed. became. In addition, when the foot touches the ground, the knee joint can bend greatly and the upper body sinks due to inability to withstand the impact of the grounding, and the vertical movement of the center of gravity of the body increases. It became clear that

Based on the above findings, the spats of the present invention are characterized in that a strong power portion is provided so as to support the extension of the hip joint. Furthermore, the spats of the present invention are preferably further provided with a strong power portion so as to support the knee joint in order to efficiently transmit the force generated by the hip joint extension to the ground. Hereinafter, the spats of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings.

The spats of the present invention are worn over at least a part of the lower body, and have a base portion that exhibits a relatively low elongation stress and a strong power portion that exhibits a relatively high elongation stress. FIG. 1 shows a spat 1 (1A) that covers the wearer's waist and knees. The spats 1 </ b> A have a base portion 2 and a strong power portion 3 that exhibits a higher elongation stress than the base portion 2. The strong power unit 3 includes an outer thigh portion 4 that extends from the greater gluteal muscle 21 through the outer vastus muscle 22 and above the patella 28, and an inner thigh that extends from the greater gluteal muscle 21 through the inner vastus muscle 23 and above the patella 28. The outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 are connected to each other above the greater gluteal muscle 21 and the patella 28. That is, the outer thigh part 4 and the inner thigh part 5 are provided so as to extend from the buttocks to the knees while surrounding the thigh in the circumferential direction. By providing the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 as the strong power portion 3, the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 support the extension of the hip joint when the wearer's hip joint is bent. Act on. That is, when the hip joint bends, the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 are stretched, and the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 act so as to extend the hip joint by the extension stress (tensile stress), and the legs are swung down. Strength and ability to kick the ground will be improved. As a result, it is possible to improve the performance during traveling and to reduce the performance degradation (decrease in running speed) due to fatigue.

In addition, although the bending of the hip joint can be somewhat restricted by providing the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 as the strong power portion 3, the performance during running is hardly affected by the bending operation of the hip joint. Rather, as described above, in order to improve the performance during running, it is important to increase the force for extending the hip joint.

The outer thigh outer portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 are provided on the greater ankle muscle 21, but the outer thigh outer portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 may be provided so as to overlap at least a part of the greater ankle muscle 21, and preferably on the buttocks It is provided so as to cover the top. Moreover, the thigh outer side part 4 and the thigh inner side part 5 may extend above the greater gluteal muscle 21, or may extend to the side part (for example, iliac crest) or the abdomen of the pelvis.

The outer thigh outer portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 are provided above the patella 28. Specifically, the thigh outer portion 4 and the thigh inner portion 5 are provided in the lower abdominal part of the rectus femur 24 (lower half of the muscular abdomen) and / or the quadriceps tendon 25. It is preferred that It is preferable that the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 are basically provided so as not to inhibit the movement of the hip joint as much as possible.

The outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 are connected to each other above the greater gluteal muscle 21 and the patella 28. In other words, the strong power portion 3 is continuously provided from the outer thigh portion 4 to the inner thigh portion 5 above the greater gluteal muscle 21 and the patella 28. Unlike the case where the strong power portion 3 is provided intermittently by providing the strong power portion 3 continuously from the outer thigh outer portion 4 to the inner thigh portion 5 in this way, the tensile stress of the strong power portion 3 is increased. Thus, the effect of supporting the extension of the hip joint by the strong power portion 3 is suitably exhibited.

In the present invention, the connection of a portion having a strong power portion (referred to as X portion) and the other portion (referred to as Y portion) means that the X portion and the Y portion are directly connected, It means that the strong power part is continuously provided from the X part to the Y part. Moreover, in each part which comprises a strong power part, all the strong power parts are provided continuously. That is, the strong power portion is continuously provided in the X portion, and the strong power portion is continuously provided also in the Y portion.

The outer thigh portion 4 is preferably provided so as to cross the outer vastus muscle 22 diagonally. That is, it is preferable that the outer thigh portion 4 is provided so that the outer side of the thigh extends downward from the rear side of the thigh to the front side. Moreover, it is preferable that the thigh inner side part 5 is provided so that the inner side broad muscle 23 may be crossed diagonally. That is, the inner thigh portion 5 is preferably provided so as to extend downward from the rear side to the front side of the thigh. By providing the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 in this manner, the extension of the hip joint is suitably supported by the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5.

On the other hand, it is preferable that the base part 2 exists from the lower abdomen to the upper part of the muscle abdominal muscle 24 (upper half of the muscle abdomen). The base portion 2 is also preferably present in the lower abdominal part of the biceps femoris 26 (lower half of the muscle belly) and / or the lower abdominal part of the semi-tendonoid muscle 26 (lower half of the muscle belly). Thus, if the base part 2 exists, the pressure at the time of wearing a spats will be reduced, the movement of a hip joint will not be prevented as much as possible, a feeling of stiffness will be reduced, and the wearing feeling of a spats will improve. More preferably, the base portion 2 extends downward from the lower abdominal part of the biceps femoris 26 and / or the lower abdominal part of the semi-tendonoid muscle 26. Further, in the case of spats covering below the knee and ankle as described later, the base portion 2 exists from the lower abdominal part of the biceps femoris 26 and / or the lower abdominal part of the semi-tendonoid muscle 26 to the back of the knee 29. Preferably it is.

In the spats 1A, the strong power portion 3 further extends from the left greater calf muscle 21 through the sacrum 27 and / or the lumbar vertebra 27 to the right greater calf muscle 21, and the left and right leg strong power portions 3 (ie, left and right It has a buttock connection 6 that connects the outer thigh 4 and / or the inner thigh 5). If the strong power portions 3 of the left and right legs are connected by the buttocks connecting portion 6, the left and right thigh outer side portions 4 and thigh inner side portions 5 are locked to the buttocks connecting portion 6. The part 5 becomes difficult to be displaced due to the flexion or extension of the hip joint. As a result, the extension of the hip joint is more suitably supported by the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5.

The spats according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 2A shows a front view of the spats according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 2B shows a rear view of the spats shown in FIG. 2A. In addition, about the spats which concern on a 2nd embodiment, description of the part which overlaps with the said description is abbreviate | omitted.

The spats 1 (1B) shown in FIG. 2 cover the wearer's waist and below the knee. In the spats 1B, in addition to the outer thigh portion 4, the inner thigh portion 5, and the buttocks joint portion 6, the strong power portion 3 has a knee covering portion 7 that extends from above the patella 28 to below the patella 28. ing. The knee covering portion 7 is connected to the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 above the patella 28. By providing the knee covering portion 7 as the strong power portion 3, the knee joint is supported by the knee covering portion 7. When the feet touch the ground during running, the knee joint bends to absorb the impact of landing, but the knee cover 7 connected to the outer thigh 4 and the inner thigh 5 supports the extension of the knee joint. As a result, the knee joint is prevented from bending and the upper body from being depressed more than necessary, and the force generated by the extension of the hip joint is efficiently transmitted to the ground. Further, as a result of the knee joint being supported by the knee covering portion 7, vertical movement of the center of gravity of the body during running is suppressed, and stability in the left-right direction is improved. Therefore, the performance during traveling can be improved, and fatigue during traveling can be reduced.

The knee covering portion 7 is preferably provided so as to cross the patella 28 in the vertical direction, and is preferably provided on the front side of the leg. Therefore, it is preferable that the knee covering portion 7 does not extend to the back side of the knee 29 or the thigh. Note that the knee covering portion 7 is not provided so as to extend to the rear side of the lower leg portion and to surround the lower leg portion in the circumferential direction so as to be distinguished from an outer lower leg portion 8 and an inner lower leg portion 9 described later. And

The spats according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 3A shows a front view of the spats according to the third embodiment, FIG. 3B shows a side view of the spats shown in FIG. 3A, and FIG. 3C shows FIG. The back view of spats shown in FIG. In addition, about the spats which concern on a 3rd embodiment, description of the part which overlaps with the said description is abbreviate | omitted.

Spats 1 (1C) shown in FIG. 3 covers the waist and ankle of the wearer. In the spats 1C, the strong power portion 3 extends from the lower side of the patella 28 along the tibia 31 along the tibia 31 in addition to the outer thigh portion 4, the inner thigh portion 5, the buttocks connection portion 6 and the knee covering portion 7. It has a front side 10. The lower leg front side portion 10 is connected to the knee covering portion below the patella 28. Providing the anterior crus portion 10 connected to the knee covering portion 7 as the strong power portion 3 makes it possible to more strongly support the extension of the knee joint. In addition, in order to distinguish the lower leg front part 10 from the lower leg outer part 8 and the lower leg inner part 9 which will be described later, the lower leg front part 10 is not provided so as to extend to the rear side of the lower leg part and surround the lower leg part in the circumferential direction. And

The spats according to the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4A shows a front view of the spats according to the fourth embodiment, and FIG. 4B shows a rear view of the spats shown in FIG. In addition, about the spats which concern on a 4th embodiment, description of the part which overlaps with the said description is abbreviate | omitted.

The spats 1 (1D) shown in FIG. 4 covers the waist from the wearer to below the knee. In the spats 1D, the strong power portion 3 reaches the gastrocnemius muscle 30 from the lower side of the patella 28 to the gastrocnemius muscle 30 in addition to the outer thigh portion 4, the inner thigh portion 5, the buttocks connecting portion 6 and the knee covering portion 7. It has an outer side portion 8 and an inner side portion 9 of the lower leg that extends from below the patella 28 to the gastrocnemius muscle 30 through the inside of the lower leg. The lower leg outer part 8 and the lower leg inner part 9 are connected to the knee covering part 7 below the patella 28, and the lower leg outer part 8 and the lower leg inner part 9 are connected to each other at the gastrocnemius muscle 30. That is, the lower leg outer part 8 and the lower leg inner part 9 are provided so as to surround the lower leg part in the circumferential direction. By providing the lower crus outer part 8 and the lower crus inner part 9 as the strong power part 3 in this way, the knee covering part 7 is locked to the outer crus part 8 and the inner crus part 9. The thigh outer side part 4 and thigh inner side part 5 become difficult to shift due to flexion and extension of the hip joint and knee joint. As a result, knee joint extension is more suitably supported by the knee covering part 7, and hip joint extension is also more suitably supported by the outer thigh part 4 and the inner thigh part 5.

The spats according to the fifth and sixth embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. 5A shows a front view of the spats according to the fifth embodiment, FIG. 5B shows a side view of the spats shown in FIG. 5A, and FIG. 5C shows FIG. The back view of spats shown in FIG. 6A represents a front view of the spats according to the sixth embodiment, FIG. 6B represents a side view of the spats shown in FIG. 6A, and FIG. 6C represents FIG. The back view of spats shown in FIG. In addition, about the spats which concern on a 5th embodiment and a 6th embodiment, description of the part which overlaps with the said description is abbreviate | omitted.

Spats 1 (1E) shown in FIG. 5 and spats 1 (1F) shown in FIG. 6 cover the wearer's waist to ankle. In the spats 1E and 1F, similarly to the spats 1D shown in FIG. 4, an outer lower leg portion 8 and an inner lower leg portion 9 are provided as the strong power portion 3. However, in the spats 1D, the outer lower leg portion 8 and the inner lower leg portion 9 are connected to each other at the upper part of the gastrocnemius muscle 30, whereas in the spats 1E, the outer lower leg portion 8 and the inner lower leg portion 9 are connected to the lower part of the gastrocnemius 30. The lower leg outer part 8 and the lower leg inner part 9 are connected to each other by the radial tendon of the gastrocnemius muscle 30 in the spats 1F.

It is preferable that the lower leg outer part 8 and the lower leg inner part 9 are connected to each other at the lower part of the gastrocnemius 30 or below (for example, the radial tendon) like the spats 1E and 1F. If the lower crus outer part 8 and the lower crus inner part 9 are thus provided, the strong power part 3 is provided in an arcuate shape that swells forward across the knee as viewed from the side of the body. 3 will further support the extension of the knee joint. More preferably, the lower crus outer part 8 and the lower crus inner part 9 are connected to each other at the lower part of the gastrocnemius 30 as in the spats 1E. If the lower crus outer part 8 and the lower crus inner part 9 are provided in this way, the extension of the hip joint is particularly strongly supported by the strong power part 3. In this case, the base portion 2 passes from the lower abdominal part of the biceps femoris 26 (lower half of the muscle abdomen) and / or the lower abdominal part of the semitendonoid muscles 26 (lower half of the muscle abdomen) through the back of the knee 29. It is preferable to exist over the upper part of the gastrocnemius 30.

The lower crus outer part 8 and the lower crus inner part 9 are preferably provided so as to extend downward or inward from the front side to the rear side of the lower leg part, as in the spats 1E and 1F. Thus, by providing the outer side part 8 and the inner side part 9 of the lower leg, the knee joint is suitably supported by the outer part 8 and the inner side part 9 of the lower leg.

The spats according to the seventh embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 7A shows a front view of the spats according to the seventh embodiment, FIG. 7B shows a side view of the spats shown in FIG. 7A, and FIG. 7C shows FIG. The back view of spats shown in FIG. In addition, about the spats which concern on a 7th embodiment, description of the part which overlaps with the said description is abbreviate | omitted.

The spats 1 (1G) shown in FIG. 7 is a combination of the spats 1C shown in FIG. 3 and the spats 1E shown in FIG. That is, in the spats 1G, in addition to the outer thigh portion 4, the inner thigh portion 5, the buttocks connecting portion 6 and the knee covering portion 7 as the strong power portion 3, the front side of the crus from below the patella 28 along the tibia 31. The anterior crus 10 extending from the lower side of the crus 28 through the outer side of the crus to the gastrocnemius 30 and the inner side of the crus 28 from below the patella 28 through the inside of the crus to the gastrocnemius 30 9 is provided. The lower leg outer part 8 and the lower leg inner part 9 are connected to each other at the lower part of the gastrocnemius 30. If the strong power part 3 is provided in this manner, the front side part 10 of the lower leg is locked by the outer part 8 of the lower leg and the inner part 9 of the lower leg, and the knee joint support effect by the front side part 10 of the lower leg is enhanced. The knee joint is supported also by the lower leg outer part 8 and the lower leg inner part 9. Therefore, the extension of the knee joint is supported more strongly.

The spats according to the eighth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8A shows a front view of the spats according to the eighth embodiment, FIG. 8B shows a side view of the spats shown in FIG. 8A, and FIG. 8C shows FIG. The back view of spats shown in FIG. In addition, about the spats which concern on an 8th embodiment, description of the part which overlaps with the said description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the spats 1 (1H) shown in FIG. 8, the strong power part 3 is added to the outer thigh part 4, the inner thigh part 5, the buttocks connection part 6, the knee covering part 7, the outer crus part 8, and the inner crus part 9, An ankle outer part 11 extending from the gastrocnemius 30 through the outer side of the lower leg to the lower part of the tibia 31 on the front side of the lower leg, and an inner part 12 of the ankle extending from the gastrocnemius 30 to the lower part of the front tibia 31 through the inner side of the lower leg. And have. Then, the ankle outer part 11 is connected to the outer crus 8 at the gastrocnemius 30, the ankle inner part 12 is connected to the crus inner part 9 at the gastrocnemius 30, and the ankle outer part 11 and the ankle inner part 12 are on the front side of the crus. They are connected to each other at the lower part of the tibia 31. That is, the ankle outer part 11 and the ankle inner part 12 are provided so as to surround the lower leg part in the circumferential direction. By providing the ankle outer part 11 and the ankle inner part 12 as the strong power part 3, the knee covering part 7, the lower leg outer part 8, and the lower leg inner part 9 are not easily displaced upward when the knee joint is bent. Thus, the knee covering portion 7 can more suitably support the extension of the knee joint. Further, the extension of the hip joint is suitably supported by the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5.

The spats according to the ninth embodiment and the tenth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 9A shows a front view of the spats according to the ninth embodiment, FIG. 9B shows a side view of the spats shown in FIG. 9A, and FIG. 9C shows FIG. The back view of spats shown in FIG. FIG. 10A shows a front view of the spats according to the tenth embodiment, FIG. 10B shows a side view of the spats shown in FIG. 10A, and FIG. 10C shows FIG. The back view of spats shown in FIG. In addition, about the spats which concern on a 9th embodiment and a 10th embodiment, description of the part which overlaps with the said description is abbreviate | omitted.

The spats 1 (1J) shown in FIG. 9 and the spats 1 (1K) shown in FIG. 10 are basically the same as the spats 1H shown in FIG. A strong power unit 3 is provided. In the spats 1J, the buttocks connection portion 6 is not provided, and the strong power portions 3 of the left and right legs are provided separately. Thus, the buttocks connecting portion 6 may not be provided as the strong power portion 3, but the buttocks connecting portion 6 is provided in order to prevent the outer thigh outer portion 4 and the inner thigh inner portion 5 from being easily displaced by the flexion or extension of the hip joint. It is preferred that

In the spats 1K, the buttock connecting portion 6 is provided in a substantially V shape with the left and right legs. That is, the buttocks connection portion 6 extends from the greater ankle muscle 21 to the sacrum 27 and / or the lumbar spine 27 (that is, extends upward and inward from the greater ankle muscle 21), and the greater ankle muscle 21 to the intestine. It is composed of an outer heel connecting portion that extends to the skeleton (that is, extends upward and outward from the greater gluteal muscle 21). In this case, it is easy to provide the strong power portion 3 from the outer thigh portion 4 or the inner thigh portion 5 to the buttocks connection portion 6. For example, by attaching a belt-like member having a high elongation stress to the base material of the spats so that the left and right buttocks cross each other, the strong power portion 3 is stretched from the thigh outer portion 4 to the buttocks connection portion 6 (inner buttock connection portion). It becomes possible to form easily from the inner side part 5 to the collar part connection part 6 (outer collar part connection part).

Next, constituent materials for the base portion and the strong power portion will be described. The base material and the strong power part are not particularly limited as long as the strong power part exhibits a higher elongation stress than the base part. The base part and the strong power part preferably have elasticity, and in order to extend the same length, the base part requires a relatively weak force, and the strong power part requires a relatively strong force It is preferable that

The elongation stress is obtained by measuring the stress at 30% elongation. Specifically, it is obtained by pulling a test piece to be measured with a tensile tester and measuring the stress at that time. At this time, the test piece cut out with a width of 1 inch is fixed between the fasteners so that the holding interval is 100 mm. Then, while pulling the test piece at a pulling speed of 200 mm / min, the stress when the distance between the fasteners becomes 130 mm is measured, and the value at this time is taken as the elongation stress.

As the value of the elongation stress of the base portion (stress at 30% elongation), for example, it is preferably about 0.3N to 2.0N, and the value of the elongation stress of the strong power portion (stress at 30% elongation) For example, it is preferably about 1.0N to 6.0N. These values may be appropriately determined in consideration of the wearer's age, gender, physical strength, and the like.

As a method of providing the base portion and the strong power portion, (1) a method in which the base portion and the strong power portion are made of materials having different elongation stresses, and the base portion and the strong power portion are formed by connecting these materials; (2) The base part and the strong power part are each composed of woven or knitted fabric, and the woven structure or woven density of the woven cloth is changed, the knitted structure or knitted density of the knitted fabric is changed, or the woven or knitted cloth is A method of forming a base part and a strong power part by changing the type of yarn (for example, whether or not an elastic yarn is used), thickness, etc., and generating a difference in elongation stress, and (3) a spats base material A method in which a sheet member having a high elongation stress is partially attached, the part to which the sheet member is attached is a strong power part, and the other part is a base part. (4) An elastomer material is applied to a base material of spats. Part where elastomer material is applied Strong power unit, a method, and the like to the base portion other portions.

Examples of the material constituting the base portion and the strong power portion by the method (1), and the base material used by the method (3) and the method (4) include woven fabric, knitted fabric, and elastomer (for example, Natural rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin such as polyurethane) and the like. Examples of the material of the sheet member having a high elongation stress used in the method (3) and the elastomer material used in the method (4) include natural rubber; synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene copolymer and polyisobutylene; Examples thereof include synthetic resins such as polyurethane, polyether / polyester, polybutylene terephthalate and polytrimethylene terephthalate. Moreover, you may use the woven fabric, the knitted fabric, the nonwoven fabric, etc. which have a stretching property as a sheet | seat member with the high elongation stress used by the method of said (3).

The spats of the present invention are preferably provided with a non-slip material on the skin surface side of the strong power part. It is preferable that the anti-slip material is provided so that the strong power portion is not easily displaced when the hip joint or the knee joint is bent or extended.

For example, in the case of the spats 1A up to above the knee as shown in FIG. 1 or when the portion below the knee covering portion 7 is not provided as the strong power portion 3 (that is, the lower end of the strong power portion 3 is the outer thigh portion) 4 and the thigh inner part 5), it is preferable that a non-slip material is provided on the skin surface side of the strong power part 3 above the patella 28. If a non-slip material is provided above the patella 28, the outer thigh portion 4 and the inner thigh portion 5 are less likely to be displaced due to flexion or extension of the hip joint. Further, in the case of the spats 1A up to the knee as shown in FIG. 1, it is also preferable that an anti-slip material is provided above the patella 28 along the entire circumference of the skirt of the spats.

In spats that extend below the patella 28 (that is, spats up to below the knees or ankles), it is preferable that a non-slip material is provided on the skin surface side of the strong power portion 3 below the patella 28. If a non-slip material is provided below the patella 28, the outer thigh portion 4, the inner thigh portion 5, and the knee covering portion 7 are not easily displaced due to flexion or extension of the hip joint or knee joint. Therefore, the hip joint and the knee joint are suitably supported by the strong power unit 3. Further, in the case of the spats 1B and 1D up to below the knee as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, it is preferable that a non-slip material is provided below the patella 28 along the entire circumference of the skirt of the spats.

In spats in which the lower crus outer part 8 and the lower crus inner part 9 are provided as the strong power part 3, it is preferable that an anti-slip material is provided on the skin surface side of the strong power part 3 of the gastrocnemius muscle 30. If the anti-slip material is provided on the gastrocnemius muscle 30, the knee covering portion 7, the outer side portion 8 of the lower leg, and the inner side portion 9 of the lower leg are less likely to be displaced due to flexion or extension of the knee joint. Therefore, the knee joint is suitably supported by the strong power unit 3.

FIG. 11 shows an example in which an anti-slip material is provided on the spats 1H shown in FIG. FIG. 11A shows a front view of the spats according to the eighth embodiment provided with an anti-slip material, and FIG. 11B shows a side view of the spats shown in FIG. c) represents a rear view of the spats shown in FIG.

In the spats 1 (1L) shown in FIG. 11, the anti-slip material 13 is provided on the skin surface side of the strong power portion 3 below the patella 28, and the anti-slip material 14 is provided on the skin surface side of the strong power portion 3 of the gastrocnemius muscle 30. It has been. The anti-slip members 13 and 14 are not directly visible from the outside of the spats, but in FIG. 11, the anti-slip members 13 and 14 are shown so as to be visible with a solid line for easy understanding. In the spats 1L provided with the anti-slip materials 13 and 14, even if the hip joint and the knee joint are bent or extended, the anti-slip materials 13 and 14 make it difficult for the strong power portion 3 to shift.

As the anti-slip material, a conventionally known elastic body such as natural rubber, silicone or polyurethane may be used. However, in order to have a higher anti-slip effect, a woven fabric composed of yarn containing nanofibers having a fiber diameter of 1 μm or less (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “nanofiber yarn”) as an anti-slip material. It is preferable to use a knitted fabric or a non-woven fabric. The anti-slip material composed of the nanofiber yarn has a large specific surface area of the fiber and a large number of fiber gaps. Therefore, the non-slip material composed of the nanofiber yarn has a high adsorptivity to the skin and is excellent in the anti-slip effect.

Further, as the anti-slip material, it is more preferable to use a woven fabric composed of nanofiber yarns having a fiber diameter of 1 μm or less. By using a woven fabric composed of nanofiber yarns as an anti-slip material, each nanofiber is difficult to break, making it easier for nanofibers to be present as long fibers, and providing a good fiber gap between the nanofibers. The anti-slip effect of the anti-slip material is enhanced.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.

Example 1
Spats according to the eighth embodiment were prepared as the spats of the present invention, and spats without a strong power part were prepared as comparison targets. Six subjects wore any spats and performed a 5 km running time trial. The running state of each subject was measured with a high-speed video camera, and the motion analysis of each subject at the maximum speed and the minimum speed was performed.

When wearing the spats of the present invention, the average change rate of the running speed at the maximum speed and the minimum speed was −8.3%, while when wearing the comparison spats, The average rate of change in running speed at the lowest speed was -11.2%. By wearing the spats of the present invention, the decrease in running speed was reduced, the running performance could be improved, and the performance drop due to fatigue could be reduced.

Example 2
Spats according to the eighth embodiment were prepared as the spats of the present invention, and spats without a strong power part were prepared as comparison targets. Nine test subjects wore the spats of the present invention, and the other nine test subjects wore the spats for comparison, and performed a 10 km running time trial. Each subject's running state is measured with a high-speed video camera about every 1 km, and each subject's motion analysis is performed at the maximum speed and the minimum speed. The moving distance (stride) change rate was calculated. In addition, as the index of the kicking force of the ground, the maximum value of the angular acceleration in the grounding phase with respect to the vertical axis of the thigh is used as the index of the knee extension force after the grounding (force to suppress the sinking). The maximum value in the stretching direction was determined at the maximum speed and the minimum speed, and the rate of change was calculated.

In subjects wearing the spats of the present invention, the running speed change rate is -9.6%, the mid-term movement distance (stride) change rate is -11.7%, and the angular acceleration with respect to the vertical axis of the thigh is the maximum in the grounding direction. The rate of change of the value was -7.2%, and the rate of change of the maximum value of the knee joint angular acceleration in the contact phase extension direction was -4.6%. On the other hand, in subjects wearing comparison spats, the rate of change in running speed was -10. 1%, the rate of change in mid-term movement distance (stride) was -14.9%, and the angular acceleration of the thigh vertical axis was in contact with the ground. The change rate of the maximum value in the direction was -13.7%, and the change rate of the maximum value in the contact direction of the knee joint angular acceleration was -16.4%. By wearing the spats of the present invention, a decrease in running speed was reduced, a decrease in force for kicking the ground was reduced, and a decrease in stride was reduced. In addition, the impact immediately after touching was reduced.
