Abstract
【解決手段】第1の軸線A中心に回転すると共に外部歯8を有する太陽歯車7と、内部歯10を有すると共に第1の軸線と同軸上で且つ太陽歯車に対して径方向外方に配置された固定されたリング歯車9と、複数の遊星歯車11であって、外部歯12をそれぞれ有し、太陽歯車及びリング歯車の歯間に挿入されると共にその歯とかみ合い、且つ、それぞれの第2の軸線B中心に回転して第1の軸線中心に旋回する複数の遊星歯車と、潤滑剤の流れFを生じさせるために第1の軸線及び太陽歯車の周りに配置された複数のノズル17を有する潤滑剤の供給手段16と、を具備し且つ流れが環状流であるホバリング可能な航空機のための遊星歯車列6を提供する。

Claims (12)
- ホバリング可能な航空機(1)のための遊星歯車列(6)であって、
第1の軸線(A)中心に回転すると共に外部歯(8)を有する太陽歯車(7)と、
内部歯(10)を有すると共に前記第1の軸線(A)と同軸上で且つ前記太陽歯車(7)に対して径方向外方に配置された固定されたリング歯車(9)と、
複数の遊星歯車(11)であって、外部歯(12)をそれぞれ有し、前記太陽歯車(7)及び前記リング歯車(9)の歯(8、10)間に挿入されると共に該歯(8、10)とかみ合い、且つ、それぞれの第2の軸線(B)中心に回転して前記第1の軸線(A)中心に旋回する複数の遊星歯車(11)と、
潤滑剤の流れ(F)を生じさせるために前記第1の軸線(A)及び前記太陽歯車(7)の周りに配置された複数のノズル(17)を有する前記潤滑剤の供給手段(16)と、を具備する遊星歯車列において、
前記流れが環状流であることを特徴とする遊星歯車列。 - 前記供給手段(16)が、前記第1の軸線(A)の周りに延在すると共に前記ノズル(17)を有する分配器(18)を具備する請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記分配器(18)がそれぞれの凹部を対面させながら前記第1の軸線(A)の正反対側に位置した2つの略Cの形をした管路(19)を具備する請求項2に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記管路(19)が、前記分配器(18)の2つの半体を形成する請求項3に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記管路(19)の各々が、ギザギザ形状を有すると共に、一体で形成された請求項3又は請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記管路(19)の各々が、1又は複数の隣接した直線部(20)に対してそれぞれ180°よりも小さい角度を形成する複数の直線部(20)を具備する請求項5に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記直線部(20)の各々が、前記潤滑剤の通過流を生じさせるために前記1又は複数の隣接した直線部(20)の前記1又は複数の長手穴(21)と連通する長手穴(21)を有する請求項6に記載された遊星歯車列。
- 前記直線部(20)の各々が、隣接した直線部(20)の前記長手穴(21)に接続された1つの端部(22)を有し、且つ、対向する外方に開口した端部(23)は、外側から通過可能であると共に使用時にはそれぞれのプラグ(24)によってシールされる請求項7に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記管路(19)の前記直線部(20)に形成されると共に前記長手穴(21)と連通する横方向の穴によって、前記ノズル(17)が画成された請求項7又は請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記管路(19)の各々のため、前記分配器(18)が、前記管路(19)から反対方向に他の前記管路(19)へと突出すると共に前記潤滑剤のための供給口(26)を有する分岐路(25)を具備する請求項3から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記リング歯車(9)が、前記供給手段(16)を支持する支持プレート(15)に固定された請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の遊星歯車列。
- ホバリング可能な航空機(1)であって、
回転翼(3)と、
駆動部材と、
前記回転翼(3)と前記駆動部材との間に挿入されると共に請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1つに記載の遊星歯車列(6)を具備するトランスミッション(5)と、を具備し、
前記遊星歯車列(6)が、前記遊星歯車(11)に接続された遊星キャリア(13)を具備し、
前記太陽歯車(7)及び前記遊星キャリア(13)のいずれか一方(7)が、前記駆動部材からトルクを受け、
前記太陽歯車(7)及び前記遊星キャリア(13)の他方(13)が、前記回転翼(3)の駆動シャフトへと接続された航空機。
