According to the invention described in claim 4, the stationery is rolled up and inserted into the cylinder, and the end of the stationery protruding from the stationery discharge port is tapped with a flat surface to accommodate the stationery in the cylinder, After performing the stationery insertion step of aligning one side with the first side or the second side and the stationery insertion step, the cylinder is crushed along the first side and the second side to fold the stationery in three A folding step, an envelope storage step for storing the cylinder containing the note paper folded in three in the three-fold step into the envelope from the toilet paper discharge port, and a pair of formed on the toilet paper discharge port after performing the envelope storage step The stationery knob step that pinches the stationery through the envelope by pinching the bottom part of the envelope that corresponds to the notch, and the toilet paper that is folded in three after discharging the cylinder from the envelope in the envelope Notepaper storage Tsu and up, how to use the envelope stationery with is provided.

According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately fold the stationery into three by an easy and short-time operation of inserting the cylindrically rolled notepaper into the cylinder and then crushing the cylinder. In addition, the folded note paper can be easily inserted into the envelope.

It is a perspective view of the envelope stationery concerning one Embodiment of this invention. It is a perspective view which shows about the condition which inserts the stationery rounded in the cylinder shape in an envelope stationery. It is a perspective view shown about the situation which inserts the folded-up notepaper into the envelope with the envelope stationery. It is a figure explaining the state by which the stationery rounded in the cylinder shape was inserted in the envelope stationery. It is a perspective view shown about the state by which the notepaper was folded in the envelope stationery.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. An envelope stationery 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a cylindrical body 2. The cylindrical body 2 is a cylindrical member whose both ends in the longitudinal direction are opened by making the rectangular first surface 21 and the rectangular second surface 22 face each other and by connecting the long side portions of the two. Is configured.

As for the long side part which has connected the 1st surface 21 and the 2nd surface 22, one side is comprised as the 1st edge | side 23 and the other is the 2nd edge | side 24, and the 1st surface 21 and 2nd surface of the cylinder 2 are comprised. When 22 is crushed so as to approach each other, the cylindrical body 2 bends at the site of the first side 23 and the second side 24 so that the cylindrical body 2 exhibits a plate-like rectangle as a whole. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 3, the tubular body 2 accommodates the folded note paper 10. Therefore, the horizontal width of the first surface 21 and the second surface 22, that is, the first side 23 and the second side 24. The width in the direction orthogonal to the length is configured to be substantially the same as the length in the short direction of the stationery 10 (FIG. 2) after being folded in three.

Thereby, the inner periphery of the cylinder 2 is set to be approximately 2/3 of the length of one side of the note paper folded in three. Note that “one side of the note paper folded in three” means a side in a direction perpendicular to the three-fold fold, and as shown in FIG. That will be true.

The 1st surface 21 and the 2nd surface 22 which comprise the cylinder 2 can be comprised by flexible members, such as a resin-made sheet | seat about 0.1 mm-1.0 mm in thickness, for example.

Of the two openings formed at the end in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body 2, one opening is a notepaper insertion opening 4 and the other opening is a notepaper discharge opening 6.

Although the cylindrical body 2 is a flexible member, it adopts a material and thickness that exhibits “rebound” to the extent that the first side 23 and the second side 24 are elastically restored. It is preferable that the middle portion of the two surfaces 22 in the short direction is separated.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, when the first side 23 and the second side 24 of the cylinder 2 are pressed close together with a finger, the note paper insertion port 4 and the note paper discharge port 6 are opened widely. The stationery 10 can be easily inserted.

In the stationery discharge port 6, a pair of notch portions 21 a and 22 a that are formed to face each other and allow insertion of a finger are formed at a position between the first side 23 and the second side 24. . In the present embodiment, U-shaped notches 21 a and 22 a are formed at the end portions of the first surface 21 and the second surface 22 on the toilet paper discharge port 6 side, respectively.

Due to the notches 21a and 22a, as shown in FIG. 3, the stationery 10 inserted into the cylinder 2 appears outside at the portion of the notch 21a, and as shown in FIG. In a state where 2 is inserted into the envelope 30, it is possible to pinch the part of the notepaper 10 that appears at the part of the notch 21 a with the finger from above the envelope 30.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, in the cylindrical body 2, a strip-like ear 7 extending from the toilet paper insertion port 4 to the toilet paper discharge port 6 is disposed in a portion inside the first side 23.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the stationery 10 is accommodated in the cylindrical body 2 by the strip-shaped ear 7, the tip of the ear 7 abuts on the surface of the stationery 10, and at this time, the stationery is inserted from the stationery insertion opening 4. A linear contact portion reaching the discharge port 6 is formed. The strip-shaped ear 7 is provided not on the inner side of the first side 23 but on the inner side of the second side 24, or on the inner side of both the first side 23 and the second side 24. It is good also as providing in this site | part.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a handle 8 for discharging the tubular body 2 inserted into the envelope 30 from the envelope 30 is formed in the note paper insertion slot 4.

The handle 8 of the present embodiment is configured so that it protrudes from the opening of the envelope 30 and can be picked with a finger in a state where the cylinder 2 is inserted into the envelope 30. The handle 8 can be configured by, for example, projecting a part of the first surface 21 or another member attached to the first surface 21.

In addition, it is set as the operation | work form which pulls out the cylinder 2 from the envelope 30 directly by pinching the cylinder 2, without providing the handle 8, or set it as the size which the note paper insertion port 4 side of the cylinder 2 protrudes from the envelope 30 Thus, a form in which the handle 8 is omitted is also conceivable.

Next, the usage method of the envelope stationery 1 comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the stationery 10 is rolled up and inserted into the cylinder 2, and the end of the stationery 10 protruding from the stationery discharge port 6 is hit with a flat surface to accommodate the stationery 10 inside the cylinder 2. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 5, a notepaper insertion step of matching one side 12 of the notepaper 10 with the first side 23 or the second side 24 is performed.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, first, the stationery 10 is rolled into a cylindrical shape and inserted into the cylindrical body 2. The stationery 10 inserted into the cylinder 2 swells so as to be in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 2 by the stiffness of the stationery 10, whereby the lateral width of the cylinder 2 (the first surface 21 and the second surface 22 The three-fold is accurately realized with a width substantially the same as the width.

When inserting the notepaper 10 into the cylindrical body 2, the end of the notepaper 10 protrudes from the notepaper discharge port 6, and the end is lightly applied to the surface of the desk, for example, by tapping it. The end of the note paper 10 can be positioned at the end of the note paper discharge port 6 of the cylinder 2.

In addition, when the address is described in the notepaper 10 and the address is displayed through the window of the envelope 30, the notepaper 10 is rolled so that the address is arranged on the front side. Thereby, in a state where the notepaper 10 is accommodated in the envelope 30, the destination can be confirmed from the window of the envelope 30.

Further, as for the notepaper 10 accommodated in the cylinder 2, one side 12 of the notepaper 10 is made to be aligned with the second side 24 as shown in FIG. 5. In addition, you may make it insert the one side 12 of the notepaper 10 in the clearance gap 23a above the ear | edge 7 formed inside the 1st edge | side 23, or the clearance gap 23b below. Further, one side 12 of the notepaper 10 corresponds to a side constituting the short side of the notepaper 10 in this embodiment.

After performing the above notepaper insertion step, as shown in FIG. 4, a three-fold step is performed in which the cylinder 2 is crushed along the first side 23 and the second side 24 to fold the notepaper 10 in three. The Thereby, the rectangular thin sheet-like cylinder 2 is configured while the note paper 10 is accommodated in the cylinder 2.

During this tri-folding step, the surface of the stationery 10 comes into contact with the strip-shaped ear 7, so that movement of the stationery 10 rolled in the cylindrical body 2 is restricted. Further, since one side 12 of the stationery 10 is aligned with the second side 24, when the paper sheet is folded in three, the one side 12 comes into contact with the second side 24, and the one side 12 becomes the second side 24. Movement within the cylinder 2 beyond the position is restricted.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, an envelope accommodation step is carried out in which the cylinder 2 containing the note paper 10 folded in the three-fold step is accommodated in the envelope 30 from the note paper discharge port 6.

After performing the envelope storing step, as shown in FIG. 4, the stationery is picked up via the envelope 30 by pinching the bottom portion of the envelope 30 corresponding to the pair of notches 21 a and 22 a formed in the toilet paper discharge port 6. A stationery knob step for pinching 10 is performed.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4, following the stationery knob step, a stationery accommodation step of discharging the cylinder 2 from the envelope 30 and housing the folded folded stationery 10 in the envelope 30 is performed.

At this time, since the notepaper 10 is pinched, only the cylinder 2 is pulled out from the envelope 30, and the notepaper 10 is left in the envelope 30, so that the notepaper 10 can be accommodated in the envelope 30. Become. The operation of pulling out the cylindrical body 2 can be easily performed by pulling the handle 8.

According to the above embodiment, the stationery 10 can be accurately folded in three by an easy and short operation of inserting the tubular roll 2 into the tubular body 2 and then crushing the tubular body 2. Further, the folded note paper 10 can be easily inserted into the envelope 30.
