Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an illuminating device that can irradiate light in different upper and lower directions, and has an upper illuminating light source, a lower illuminating light source, and a casing that accommodates each of these light sources, and particularly, under the floor of a railway vehicle base. It is for illuminating the work surface at the time of the vehicle inspection work in the inspection pit provided in and ensuring safety.
Conventionally, in an inspection pit provided under the floor of a railway vehicle base, a fluorescent lamp is mainly used for illuminating a work surface during vehicle inspection work and for ensuring safety. At the time of vehicle inspection work in such an inspection pit, it is necessary to widely illuminate the pit floor surface or the operator's feet in addition to the vehicle bottom surface, which is the work surface. Generally, fluorescent lamps are installed on both side walls or both side walls in the pit. A pair of rails laid along the upper side were installed so as to be arranged at equal intervals.
Even for lighting fixtures used in such special environments as inspection pits, no special lighting fixtures have been developed so far, and light distribution control has not been performed. Moreover, as a general trend of recent lighting fixtures, an LED lamp that uses an LED lamp as a light source instead of a fluorescent lamp is increasing. As what can be utilized as a lighting fixture for an inspection pit, for example, it is conceivable to divert the LED illuminator for station premises illumination described in Patent Document 1 as it is.
However, in the conventional general fluorescent lamp and the LED illuminator described in Patent Document 1, light distribution control is not considered for the inspection pit. In particular, the mounting position in the pit is in the vicinity of the operator's line of sight, so lack of consideration for dazzling and is not preferable for safety, and there is a possibility that it cannot be sufficiently illuminated over a wide range to the feet.
In the inspection pit, there is a necessary illuminance depending on the work content. Usually, about 100 to 200 lux is generally sufficient, but depending on the work content, a higher illuminance may be required locally. However, since the conventional illumination for the inspection pit is fixed and cannot be moved, a separate hand lamp has to be prepared as an auxiliary light, and the work is overlying.
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the problems of the prior art as described above. The light distribution control in which the upper part is widely irradiated with indirect light and the lower part is irradiated with direct light brightly, particularly for inspection pits. When used as lighting, it reduces glare to the operator, can efficiently illuminate the bottom and feet of the vehicle, and can also illuminate specific locations freely, making it efficient and appropriate It aims at providing the illuminating device which can implement | achieve illumination.

Next, the operation based on the above solution will be described.
According to the illuminating device (10) described in [1], light is emitted in different directions above and below the light emitting surface (12) on the front side of the casing (11). That is, in the casing (11), the direct light from the upper illumination light source (20) is reflected by the reflecting surface (40) without intersecting the light emitting surface (12), and the reflected indirect light is emitted. The light is emitted at least obliquely upward from the surface (12). In the casing (11), the direct light from the downward irradiation light source (30) crosses the light emission surface (12) and is emitted as it is obliquely downward from the light emission surface (12).
By such light distribution control, it is possible to irradiate light in two vertically asymmetrical directions in which the upper part is indirect light and the lower part is direct light. For example, as described in [9] above, when the lighting device (10) for the inspection pit (A) at the railway vehicle base is used, the position of the operator's line of sight or the vehicle performing the inspection work in the inspection pit (A) Indirect light is applied to the bottom, and light is directly applied to the floor in the inspection pit (A) or the operator's feet, reducing glare to the operator and efficiently irradiating the vehicle bottom and feet. can do.
According to the illuminating device (10) described in [2] above, the upper irradiation light source (20) and the lower irradiation light source (30) are each composed of light sources having the same structure. As a result, the parts can be shared and the cost can be reduced. Further, the reflection surface (40) expands the irradiation range of the indirect light reflected from the direct light from the upper irradiation light source (20) as compared with the direct light irradiation range from the lower irradiation light source (30). Thereby, it is possible to further reduce glare with respect to the upward irradiation, and to illuminate a wide range.
According to the illuminating device (10) described in [3], the downward irradiation light source (30) is included in the hand lamp (50) that is detachable from the casing (11). The casing (11) has an attachment portion (14) for detachably storing the hand lamp (50) at a predetermined position. In the state in which the hand lamp (50) is housed in the attachment portion (14) of the casing (11), the downward irradiation light source (30) included in the hand lamp (50) in the casing (11) is as described above. This is a position where direct light is emitted obliquely downward from the light exit surface (12). The hand lamp (50) can be detached from the casing (11) and freely used in the hand.
According to the illumination device (10) described in [4], the hand lamp (50) is connected to the casing (11) side via a power cord. Thereby, even if the hand lamp (50) is removed, it is in a state where it is connected to the casing (11) by wire, and it can be prevented that it is lost or misplaced elsewhere. Note that the power cord may be configured to automatically wind up the pulled-out portion.
According to the illuminating device (10) described in [5], the casing (11) has a long unit shape extending in both directions, and includes an upward irradiation light source (20), a reflective surface (40), and the like. The downward irradiation light source (30) also has a shape extending along both sides of the casing (11). Thereby, by arranging each unit so as to be continuous in the longitudinal direction, for example, it is suitable for use as a wide range of illumination extending in the longitudinal direction.
According to the illuminating device (10) described in [6] above, the upper irradiation light source (20) and the lower irradiation light source (30) each have a plurality of LEDs (22, 32) on the substrate (21, 31). ) Are arranged. As a result, the size can be reduced as compared with the conventional fluorescent lamp, the power consumption can be suppressed, the light distribution control is facilitated, and the service life is long, so that the replacement frequency can be reduced.
According to the illuminating device (10) as described in said [7], the said casing (11) is shape | molded with the resin material provided with insulation. As a result, not only is insulation provided, but also water resistance and impact resistance can be improved depending on the material selected, and it can be molded into a free shape.
According to the illumination device (10) described in [8], the control unit (61) includes the control unit (61) that turns on the upper irradiation light source (20) and the lower irradiation light source (30). In addition to turning on and off the upper irradiation light source (20) and the lower irradiation light source (30), the brightness at the time of lighting can be adjusted. As a result, in addition to the above-described light distribution control on the structural surface, a variety of light distribution controls can be performed electrically.
According to the illuminating device of the present invention, the upper part is widely illuminated with indirect light and the lower part is illuminated with direct light brightly, particularly when used as illumination for inspection pits when illuminating the work surface. The glare to the worker can be reduced, the bottom surface of the vehicle and the feet can be efficiently irradiated, and the safety and speed of work can be assisted.
In addition, since the downward illumination light source is a hand lamp that can be attached to and detached from the casing, it can be removed from the casing and used by hand, and it is also possible to illuminate specific locations freely. Without being limited to a place, it is possible to realize appropriate lighting with high efficiency.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment that represents the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
1 to 17 show an embodiment of the present invention.
The illuminating
First, the inspection pit will be described. As shown in FIG. 16, an inspection pit A is provided as a concave groove having a rectangular cross section under the floor of the railway vehicle base. As for the size of the inspection pit A, for example, the width of the opening cross section is about 850 mm. In FIG. 16 (a), a pair of rails B and rails C are laid on the floor along the upper side walls of the inspection pit A. The rail B is made of I-shaped steel, and a vehicle to be inspected is placed on the rail C. In FIG. 16B, the rail C is laid directly on the floor surface.
The illuminating
As shown in FIG. 1, the illuminating
As shown in FIG. 1, the upper
The upward irradiation
The downward irradiation

A
As described above, the
As shown in FIG. 2, a
Here, the
Further, in the
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 14, the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, in the
As shown in FIG. 2,
Next, the effect | action of the illuminating
As shown in FIG. 16, the
Regardless of the installation location, the height position of the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the
By such light distribution control of the illuminating
In the
In the present embodiment, the upper
Further, the downward irradiation
In the inspection pit A, there is a necessary illuminance depending on the work content, and usually about 100 to 200 lux is generally sufficient, but depending on the work content, a higher illuminance may be required locally. Therefore, the
The
Further, in the present embodiment, the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the output from the sensor that detects the presence or absence of the vehicle on the rail C, for example, when there is a vehicle, the
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and there are changes and additions within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention. Are also included in the present invention. For example, although the example which installed the illuminating
