Description

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a refrigerator.

In order to improve the heat insulation performance and save energy, the refrigerator is configured such that a heat insulating material is provided in a space between an outer box and an inner box that constitute a heat insulating box serving as a refrigerator main body. And, as this heat insulating material, conventionally, a foam heat insulating material made of hard urethane foam or the like has been used, but in recent years, a vacuum heat insulating material that has a larger heat insulating effect than this foamed heat insulating material and can be made thinner is used. Has been.

The vacuum insulation material is a rectangular thin plate wrapped in a bag made of a laminate film with high gas barrier properties, for example, a core made of glass wool, which is a thin fiberglass cotton, matted into a mat, and laminated with aluminum foil and a synthetic resin film. Since the film constituting the bag hits the sharp corners of the structure constituting the heat insulation box and is damaged, the vacuum state cannot be maintained, affecting the heat insulation effect. Is also a concern.

Therefore, for example, when attaching a vacuum heat insulating material on the inner box plate constituting the heat insulating box body, it is necessary to perform it more carefully, for example, by two people so that the vacuum heat insulating material does not hit the surrounding corners etc. There is a problem that it takes time and manpower to work carefully.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and the object of the present invention is to easily and smoothly attach the vacuum heat insulating material without damaging the vacuum heat insulating material even when the size is further increased, shortening the working time, and improving efficiency. The purpose is to provide a refrigerator that is designed to be a simpler.

The refrigerator of the embodiment is a positioning for attaching the vacuum heat insulating material to the ceiling plate member constituting the ceiling portion of the inner box constituting the heat insulating box body configured by sandwiching the vacuum heat insulating material between the inner box and the outer box. The guide portion is provided on the ceiling plate member.

A room, an ice making room, a first freezing room, and a second freezing room are provided.

2 and 3 show all the doors of the refrigerator compartment door 15, the vegetable compartment door 17, the ice making compartment door 19, the first freezer compartment door 21 and the second freezer compartment door 23 in the refrigerator 1 shown in FIG. And a part of a partition member or the like for partitioning between the refrigerator compartment, vegetable compartment, ice making compartment, first freezer compartment and second freezer compartment provided respectively behind these doors FIG. 2 is a perspective view clearly showing only the heat insulation box 3 after being removed, and an exploded perspective view of the heat insulation box 3.

As shown in FIG. 2, the heat insulating box 3 includes a plurality of plate-like portions, the top plate-like portion 5, the bottom plate-like portion 7, the right-side plate-like portion 9, the left-side plate-like portion 11, and the back plate-like portion 13. The plurality of plate-like portions are formed of an outer box 10 and an inner box 20 configured by abutting and engaging the ends of two plate-like portions adjacent to each other.

In addition, between this outer box 10 and the inner box 20, it fills so that a vacuum heat insulating material may be pinched | interposed, and, thereby, the heat insulation of the heat insulation box 3 is improved. In addition, as described above, the engaging portion that is engaged by abutting the end portions of two adjacent plate-like portions is provided with a screw or the like that fixedly connects the two adjacent plate-like portions. The two plate-like portions adjacent to each other by the screws are firmly fixed to each other.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the upper surface plate-like portion 5 constituting the ceiling portion of the heat insulation box 3 has a step shape in the front-rear direction, and the front portion is a flat plate shape parallel to the bottom surface plate-like portion 7. None, the rear part is located below the front part and has a flat plate shape parallel to the bottom plate part 7. In this way, the machine room 25 is formed on the rear part recessed below the upper surface plate-like part 5, and a compressor (not shown) constituting the refrigeration cycle of the refrigerator 1 is provided in the machine room 25. . The upper part of the machine room 25 is closed by a closing plate 27 as shown in FIG.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the upper surface plate-like portion 5 in a state where the outer plate ceiling plate member constituting the outer box 10 is removed from the upper surface plate-like portion 5 shown in FIG. 3. In addition, the upper surface plate-like part 5 in a state in which the outer plate ceiling plate member is removed is indicated by reference numeral 50. The upper surface plate-like portion 50 includes a vacuum heat insulating material 51 provided on the upper side, and a ceiling plate member 53 provided on the lower side of the vacuum heat insulating material 51 and constituting the ceiling portion of the inner box 20. . Then, the outer plate ceiling plate member is mounted on the vacuum heat insulating material 51 placed on the ceiling plate member 53 in this way, thereby constituting the upper surface plate-like portion 5.

FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the upper surface plate-like portion 50 shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the ceiling plate member 53 constituting the upper surface plate-like portion 50 has a rectangular flat flat plate portion 53a that occupies almost the whole, and the vacuum heat insulating material 51 is provided on the flat plate portion 53a. Is mounted and fixed, for example, with an adhesive or the like. A plurality of positioning guide portions 53d are provided on the outer peripheral edge of the flat plate portion 53a. The positioning guide portions 53d will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 6 shows that the corners of the upper surface plate-like portion 5 and the right-side plate-like portion 9 which are the upper right corner portions of the heat insulation box 3 shown in FIG. It is sectional drawing shown in the state. More specifically, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a cross section of the right side end portion of the upper surface plate-like portion 50 shown in FIG. 4 with the right side plate-like portion 9 attached to the right end portion as shown in FIG. Yes, this right side plate-like portion 9 is composed of an outer box right side plate member 93 constituting the outer box 10 and an inner box right side plate member 95 constituting the inner box 20 with the vacuum heat insulating material 91 interposed therebetween, The inner box right side plate member 95 is attached in contact with the right end of the upper plate portion 50.

In FIG. 6, the vacuum heat insulating material 51 of the upper surface plate-like portion 50 is mounted on the flat plate portion 53a of the ceiling plate member 53. The right end portion of the flat plate portion 53a, that is, the right side plate for the inner box of the flat plate portion 53a. The right end toward the member 95 is bent obliquely downward to form an inclined fixing portion 53b. Further, the lower end portion of the inclined fixing portion 53b extending obliquely downward is bent upward along the inner box right side plate member 95 and then extended upward to constitute an attachment piece 53c. The attachment piece 53c is fixed to the inner box right side plate member 95 with an adhesive or the like, thereby fixing the ceiling plate member 53 to the right side plate member 95 for the inner box at right angles, and as a result, the upper plate portion 50 or the upper plate. The shape portion 5 is fixed to the right side plate shape portion 9 at a right angle.

Moreover, as described above, the attachment piece 53c configured to extend above the flat plate portion 53a of the ceiling plate member 53 has a tip portion slightly higher than the right side plate member 95 for the inner box of the right side plate-like portion 9. It extends and bends, for example, 45 degrees to the outside on the right side beyond the upper end of the inner box right side plate member 95, and the bent portion constitutes the positioning guide portion 53d. In addition, this bending angle should just be 90 degrees or less.

As shown in FIG. 5, the positioning guide portion 53d is not provided continuously to the entire outer peripheral edge portion of the flat plate portion 53a of the ceiling plate member 53, but the left and right side end portions of the flat plate portion 53a and Two pieces are integrally provided at three positions on the rear end.

In FIG. 5, the two positioning guide portions 53d provided at the right end portion of the flat plate portion 53a are not clearly shown in an inclined state in relation to the perspective view. 53d is also inclined and configured in the same manner as the positioning guide portion 53d shown at the left end of the figure. Furthermore, the center portion may be curved so that the positioning guide portion 53d is convex inward, or the upper end corner of the positioning guide portion 53d may be arcuate. Furthermore, the work procedure and the like largely depend, but the mounting position and the number are appropriately selected without being limited to the opposing sides of the positioning guide portion 53d.

In the refrigerator 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, when the vacuum heat insulating material 51 is attached to the upper surface plate-like portion 5 of the heat insulating box 3, the film constituting the outside of the vacuum heat insulating material 51 is easily damaged. Therefore, the vacuum heat insulating material 51 is attached to the center of the ceiling plate member 53 so as not to be offset with respect to the ceiling plate member 53 of the upper surface plate-like portion 5 and so as not to hit the corner of the surrounding structure. In this embodiment, the positioning guide portion 53d whose tip is bent outwardly at the outer peripheral edge portion of the ceiling plate member 53 on which the vacuum heat insulating material 51 is disposed is necessary. Therefore, the vacuum heat insulating material 51 can be accurately and easily attached to the ceiling plate member 53 by being guided by the positioning guide portion 53d. Even if the vacuum heat insulating material 51 is about to be attached to the ceiling plate member 53, the vacuum heat insulating material 51 is guided so as to come into contact with the positioning guide portion 53d and be brought to the center of the ceiling plate member 53. Thus, the vacuum heat insulating material 51 is accurately attached to the center without being offset from the ceiling plate member 53.

In the above-described embodiment, the positioning guide portion 53d is described as being provided on the ceiling plate member 53 constituting the upper surface plate-like portion 5, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the bottom plate-like portion is provided. 7. The same applies to the right plate portion 9, the left plate portion 11, and the back plate portion 13.

Although several embodiments of the present invention have been described, these embodiments are presented by way of example and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, replacements, and changes can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalents thereof.
