Description

本発明の実施形態は、粒体が充填される充填塔などに設置可能な粒体均分装置に関する。   Embodiments of the present invention relate to a granule leveling apparatus that can be installed in a packed tower or the like packed with granules.

水処理で使用される活性炭吸着塔へ新しい活性炭を充填する際、機械的に搬送された活性炭の山を、活性炭吸着塔内に人が入って、平らに均す必要があった。   When filling the activated carbon adsorption tower used in water treatment with new activated carbon, it was necessary for a person to enter the activated carbon pile that was transported mechanically and evenly.

しかしながら、活性炭の粉塵が舞う作業環境は過酷であり、また、酸欠事故等の命の危険もある。   However, the working environment in which activated carbon dust flies is harsh, and there is a risk of life such as an oxygen deficiency accident.

Conventionally, as a grain leveling device, there is a technology that includes a rotating fan and also serves as an outside air ventilation mechanism. However, this technique can be used only when there is a place where outside air exists, and since it uses wind power, there is a problem of dust when applied to an activated carbon adsorption tower. As another grain leveling apparatus, there is a technique of leveling a grain directly against a rotating leveling blade. However, in order to bring the input into contact with the leveling device, it is necessary to raise or lower either, and it is difficult to apply to an activated carbon adsorption tower having obstacles such as piping inside.

このように、活性炭吸着塔などの劣悪な作業環境において、人がタンクに入って作業することなく、活性炭のような粒体を平坦に均す技術の実現が望まれている。   As described above, in a poor working environment such as an activated carbon adsorption tower, it is desired to realize a technique for flattening particles such as activated carbon without a person entering the tank to work.

実施形態は、タンク内に粒体を充填する際に、人がタンクに入って作業することなく粒体を平坦に均す技術を提供することを目的とする。   An object of the embodiment is to provide a technique for flattening a granule without filling a tank into a tank and working by a person entering the tank.

実施形態によれば、開孔とブレードを有し、投入される粒体を分配するための回転体、該回転体の回転中心に設けられた回転軸、該回転軸と接続された回転駆動部を具備することを特徴とする粒体均分装置が提供される。   According to the embodiment, the rotating body having openings and blades for distributing the charged particles, the rotating shaft provided at the rotation center of the rotating body, and the rotation driving unit connected to the rotating shaft There is provided a granule leveling apparatus characterized by comprising:

実施形態にかかる粒体均分装置の構成を表す図である。It is a figure showing the structure of the granular material equalizing apparatus concerning embodiment. 図1の回転体を上から見た図である。It is the figure which looked at the rotary body of FIG. 1 from the top. 電動機の周波数を変化させた例を表すグラフである。It is a graph showing the example which changed the frequency of the electric motor. 実施形態にかかる粒体均分装置を設けた活性炭吸着塔の構成を表す概略図である。It is the schematic showing the structure of the activated carbon adsorption tower which provided the granule equalizing apparatus concerning embodiment.

実施形態にかかる粒体均分装置は、投入される粒体を分配するための回転体、該回転体の回転中心に設けられた回転軸、該回転軸と接続された回転駆動部を含む。   The granular material leveling apparatus according to the embodiment includes a rotating body for distributing the charged granular material, a rotating shaft provided at the rotation center of the rotating body, and a rotation driving unit connected to the rotating shaft.

回転体は開孔とブレードを有する。   The rotating body has an opening and a blade.

The granule leveling apparatus according to the embodiment can be attached to the top of a tank such as an activated carbon adsorption tower. When the granular material is introduced onto the rotating rotator, a part of the granular material is distributed through the aperture and falls below the rotator. On the other hand, the other part of the granule is distributed by the surface of the rotating body and the blade, and falls around the rotating body. In this way, the particles are dispersed flatly in the activated carbon adsorption tower. As a result, when filling particles such as activated carbon into a tank such as an activated carbon adsorption tower, the particles can be leveled even if the person does not enter the tank and work.

以下、実施の形態について、図面を参照して説明する。   Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.

図1は、実施形態にかかる粒体均分装置の構成を表す図を示す。   FIG. 1: shows the figure showing the structure of the particle equalizing apparatus concerning embodiment.

図2は、図1の回転体を上から見た図を示す。   FIG. 2 shows a view of the rotating body of FIG. 1 as viewed from above.

図1に示すように、実施形態にかかる粒体均分装置10は、回転体2と、回転駆動可能な電動機1と軸3とを有する。回転体2は例えば底部が開口した円錐形を有する。回転体2は電動機1と軸3で繋がっており、電動機1の稼動により回転する。   As shown in FIG. 1, a granule leveling apparatus 10 according to an embodiment includes a rotating body 2, a motor 1 that can be driven to rotate, and a shaft 3. The rotating body 2 has, for example, a conical shape with an open bottom. The rotating body 2 is connected to the electric motor 1 by the shaft 3 and is rotated by the operation of the electric motor 1.

図1及び図2に示すように、回転体2表面には、複数の開孔6と、ブレード5が設けられている。   As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of apertures 6 and blades 5 are provided on the surface of the rotating body 2.

The guide tube 4 can be provided above the rotating body 2 as necessary. With the guide tube 4, the charged particles can be guided onto the rotating body 2. The granule 8 guided to the rotating body 2 by the guide tube 4 hits the blade 5 and is blown obliquely downward. At this time, if the rotational speed of the electric motor 1 is faster, the centrifugal force becomes larger and the motor 1 is moved further away. On the other hand, if the rotational speed is slow, the centrifugal force is small and it is dropped closer. By changing the number of revolutions as necessary, it is possible to change the distance to fly obliquely downward.

このため、電動機1としては、インバータによって回転数を可変できるものを使用することができる。   For this reason, as the electric motor 1, what can change a rotation speed with an inverter can be used.

図3に、インバータ機能を用いて、電動機の周波数を変化させた例を表すグラフを示す。   FIG. 3 shows a graph showing an example in which the frequency of the electric motor is changed using the inverter function.

このグラフは、経過時間と、電動機の周波数との関係を表している。   This graph represents the relationship between the elapsed time and the frequency of the electric motor.

この場合には、運転開始から約80分間、電動機を一定の周波数で運転し、その後10分間隔で、電動機の周波数を変化させ、これを3回繰り返す。   In this case, the motor is operated at a constant frequency for about 80 minutes from the start of operation, and then the frequency of the motor is changed at 10-minute intervals, and this is repeated three times.

このようにして、インバータ機能をもつ電動機を用いると、回転数を変化させながら、粒体の充填を行うことができる。   In this way, when an electric motor having an inverter function is used, the particles can be filled while changing the rotation speed.

回転体2に設けられる開孔6は、粒体8の一部を透過させる大きさを有し得る。開孔6の大きさが粒体8をほとんど透過させる大きさであると、ほとんどの粒体が回転体の下方ばかりに落下して、粒体を平坦に均すことができなくなる傾向がある。一方、開孔6の大きさが粒体8をほとんど透過させない大きさであると、ほとんどの粒体が回転体の周囲ばかりに落下して粒体を平坦に均すことができなくなる傾向がある。   The opening 6 provided in the rotating body 2 may have a size that allows a part of the granule 8 to pass therethrough. If the size of the opening 6 is such that the particles 8 are almost transmitted, there is a tendency that most of the particles fall just below the rotating body and the particles cannot be leveled flat. On the other hand, if the size of the opening 6 is such that the particle 8 hardly penetrates, most of the particles tend to fall only around the rotating body and the particles cannot be evenly flattened. .

ガイド管4は円筒形状を有することができる。また、投入された粒体8を確実に回転体2中心部付近へ導く為には、回転体2よりも小さい径の円筒状の物とすることができる。   The guide tube 4 can have a cylindrical shape. Further, in order to reliably introduce the charged particles 8 to the vicinity of the center of the rotating body 2, a cylindrical object having a smaller diameter than the rotating body 2 can be used.

図4に、実施形態にかかる粒体均分装置を取り付けた活性炭吸着塔の構成を表す概略図を示す。   In FIG. 4, the schematic showing the structure of the activated carbon adsorption tower which attached the granule equalizing apparatus concerning embodiment is shown.

図示するように、実施形態にかかる粒体均分装置10は、活性炭吸着塔7の頭頂部に取り付けることができる。この粒体均分装置10を用いると、人がタンク内に入って作業しなくても粒体を平坦に均しながら充填することができる。   As shown in the figure, the granule leveling apparatus 10 according to the embodiment can be attached to the top of the activated carbon adsorption tower 7. By using this particle leveling device 10, it is possible to fill the particles while leveling them even if a person does not enter the tank and work.

以上により、実施形態にかかる粒体均分装置を用いると、粒体を容器へ投入後に均す作業の手間と作業中に起こる酸欠事故などの危険をなくすことが可能となる。   As described above, when the granule leveling apparatus according to the embodiment is used, it is possible to eliminate the trouble of the leveling operation after putting the granule into the container and the risk of an oxygen deficiency accident occurring during the operation.
