前記円筒状壁の端面に配設されたリング状パッキンと、
前記蓋体の下方に設けられ前記鍋の上面開口部を覆い蒸気穴を有した加熱板と、
前記円筒状壁の内側に設けられその下面を塞ぐ弁を有した円筒状中空体の弁ホルダーとを備え、
